The DECLARATION of CREATION of the COALITION of PONYIST STATES
FROM THE DESK OF HIS ROYAL BRONINESS, KING ALEXANDER I OF ENATAI

Friends, ponies, bronies! I am proud to have arrived on the political scene coincidentally at just the right moment to see the rise of a glorious new movement. The Pony Age is upon us! All around the globe, ponies and their allies, myself included strongly in the latter, are rising up and swallowing countries whole, in great bursts of friendship and harmony. Truly, there has been no better time in history than right now to be a pony or brony, and I say it is time to sieze the opportunity to come together as one, in worship of the ones whose light guides us both literally and figuratively, the wisest of any of us, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.

I hereby found a group that I hope will lead ponies to ultimate friendly victory over the forces of the grumpy, rude, and unpleasant. I hereby found the Coalition of Ponyist States, a group for those nations whose leaders and members are themselves Ponyist--that is to say, who believe in the cause of ponies and/or are, as I and others like me already am, are under the wise guidance of the Regal Sisters. The goal of this organization is going to be to make sure that Ponyist States around the globe no longer live in isolation or fall into friendless eggheadism and bookworming, without experiencing the magic of friendship between nations!

I also suggest henceforth that we also consider this Coalition of Ponyist States to be banded together in more than merely name. I urge member nations to stand together and help one another grow and prosper, whether that should come from banding together as a force when one member nation is attacked, or giving fellow member nations some form of precedent economically, to merely sharing signs of goodwill and encouraging friendship between our citizens and ourselves.

So I urge you one and all, all those who truly wish to make something amazing, friendly, and ponified, to join us, and together, we can make not only all of Equestria, but all of the world a brighter place!

Number of Ponies Living Within Your State: Any number of Millions, and without an official government head count experts believe them to be numbering somewhere between 28-30 million individuals.

Do Ponies Act As a Major Part of Your Nation's Economy or Military?: While our government has yet to officially allow ponies to join the military (due largely to their inability to use regular weapons and vehicular systems designed for Humans). A small number of patriotic ponies have been recruited into an experimental special weapons and tactics unit, operating under the Ministry of Peace, to gauge both their effectiveness as an actual fighting force and the feasibility of their incorporation into the regular military.
While ponies in both the Private and Public sectors as well have recently made progress, their varied number of unique skills and traits (especially in the case of Unicorns and Pegasi) more then easily earning them well paying jobs in not only the Shadow Corporation’s booming construction industry, and parcel delivery service. But in any number of other growing fields as well.

Do Ponies Have Equal Rights in Your Nation?: While certainly a minority in a country as large as ours. Ponies of all creeds and origins (Earth, Pegasi, or Unicorn) have equal rights in all Shadowian territories.

The Republic will continue as neutral on this matter. The actions of Hippostania, while certainly saddening to us, does not warrant an official condemnation in our eyes.

We are abhorred by the discrimination inflicted upon the communist community within Hippostania, and Hippostania's failure to adhere to acceptable civil and political rights norms, which should allow the existence of political groups (even if those groups are deemed unpopular).

As we said before, we shall not condemn Hippostania's anti-Communist policy, though we believe they went a little overboard (as did the non-CoPS nations offended by their ban). Thus, we believe that any and all Hippostanian Communists should be deported to Communist nations so as to restore sanity and to end this nonsense once and for all.

Concerning the Alliance Against Ponyist States

Friends and Fellow Bronies,
I hardly have to tell all of you what we think of these... err, anti-Ponyists... ahehem... More to the point, we figure YellowApple is in the right for doing scouting duty. No matter what, we should keep our eyes on them. Furthermore, we suggest that, though they do not define our terrorism watch list, we ought to at least have all its full-time members listed there. I will not lie, we will... probably be outnumbered if we get into a fight. But we will not be outgunned! Not with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna on our side! I'd like to see what a bunch of barbaric specists would have to say to THE MOON AND THE SUN THEMSELVES. Honestly though, we don't consider them a threat, like, at all. Anti-ponyism is an international fad, nothing more. It shall fade in time.

Concerning the Hippostanian Problem: So long as it is up to a vote and everyone else is voting on it, we vote AYE and if it were up to us, we would vote in favor of some form of legislative action concerning the issue of Hippostanian anti-communist procedures, on the following grounds:
> There is nothing Ponyist about banning a civil right. We can see that now, and we have always felt torn about supporting Hippostania while civil rights violations have been swept under the rug. It was wrong of us to ignore it.
> The Coalition of Ponyist States has nothing whatsoever to do with economic systems, on that we have always been clear. However, the freedom to speak one's mind is perhaps the reason Ponyism exists in its current form. Had any of us been living in an anti-ponyist country where they do not have the pleasure of proper friendship, civility, or civil & social rights, who knows what this coalition would be right this very second? Why it could be anything! It could even be an anti-ponyist coalition. Heck, just look beyond our borders if you want to see evidence of how well that is going (spoiler: not very!).
