Due to the recent formation of the Pact of Steel, the remaining nations within the Darklands have joined together to create a defensive alliance under the Nordlanda Pact. The nations of Prizyetsa, Kauvara, Sovietyeto, and the Scocialist Provinces hereby declare the new alliance to be created under the following terms in the hope that all nations and their population may coexist peacefully with the remaining nations.

ARTICLE I: Commitment Clause
The Nordlanda Pact signees all commit their full military, economic and financial support to any member under threat from a foreign aggressor upon the signing of the document.
ARTICLE II: Purpose of the Nordlanda Pact
The Nordlanda Pact is for defensive purposes, and all signees, upon signing, declare that this is understood. Any offensive action taken by a member of the Nordlanda Pact will be taken by the individual, and has no ties to the Nordlanda Pact unless the member state is attacked, in which case the Nordlanda Pact comes to their aid.
ARTICLE III: Humanitarian contributions of member states
The Nordlanda Pact will also be involved with humanitarian missions in the event that one of its member nations, or a nation outside of the Nordlanda Pact if nescesary, undergoes severe economic or social hardships. The only military deployments will be as follows:
Section 1. The Imperium of Kauvara
The IKAC will fly supplies via the 6981st Strategic Transport Wing, composing of 15 KHT-4 Heavy Transports.
Section 2. The United Socialist States of Prizyetsa
The PPAG will airlift supplies via the 8th Logistics Mobility Command Wing, composing of 20 MD-11 military airlift conversion aircraft.
Section 4. The Dictatorship of Scocialist Provinces
The DSP will be a transfer hub for all supplies, given its centralized location.
ARTICLE IV: Military contributions of member states
All member states must have a detachment of it’s military ready for instant service at all times in case the need would ever arise. An inventory of all units ready for instant service is attached to the declaration in Article V.
ARTICLE V: Specific deployments
This article lists the specific military contributions each nation will make, as well as their roles to be taken in the event of conflict. These numbers may change depending on the mission.
Section 1. The Imperium of Kauvara will take on the role of maintaining security in the air, as well as supporting any advances or defensive actions with air strikes. The 93rd Engineers and 102nd Logistical Support will build and maintain airbases for the Kauvaran aircraft, to be defended by the 54th and 55th Heavy Infantries. IKSF Cells will operate in clandestine operations in support of the other member nations. The 6082nd Heavy Strategic Transport Wing will assist in deployment of allied forces.
Section 2. United Socialist States of Prizyetsa will commit a detachment of it’s military solely to the use of the Nordlanda pact, and ensure security on the seas and the air-space around the fleet together with Kauvara. Prizyetsa will also build any defensive structures such as bunkers that may be needed in the battle space.
Section 4. The Dictatorship of Scocialist Provinces will allow the use of its military bases, as its location in the world is highly centralized and tactical. They will also provide heavy armored support using advanced tanks and IFVs.

Section 6. Cooperation amongst allied forces
In order to facilitate more effective deployments, each nation will provide services.
Subsection 6-1. Services of the Imperial Kauvaran Armed Forces (IKAF)
-Airfields built and maintained by the 93rd Engineer Regiment (IKGF) and 102nd Logistical Support Regiment (IKGF) will ensure extra space for any aircraft of other allied nations to refuel and rearm, as well as be repaired by Kauvaran aeronautic engineers, all at the expense of the IKAF.
-The 14th Light Infantry Regiment will provide scouting for any nation requiring it, as long as they are in the area and available.
-The 1304th and 1306th Multirole Wings (IKN) will operate in direct support, and be under the direct control, of the Prizyetsi 9th Surface Combatant Fleet (PN) and 11th Surface Combatant Fleet (PN), respectively.
-The 4365th Aerial Observation Wing (IKAC) will be available for any nation to requisition for reconnaissance and support.
-The 0001st Honor Guard Squadron (CV) will act of their own accord, with no command, operating wherever they deem themselves most needed, including in support of Kauvara’s allies.
Subsection 6-2. Services of the Prizyetsi military
-The Prizyetsi military will provide any transportation of land vehicles over sea, using the Prizyetsi People’s Navy.
-The Prizyetsi Government will supply services, including but not limited to: cooking, laundry, entertainment, healthcare and sanitation, to Nordlanda Pact members whilst deployed. These services are also offered to any Nordlanda Pact soldier or representative of another Nordlanda Pact nation during visits to Nordlanda Pact bases/outposts.
-The Prizyetsi Ministry of Culture and Education will provide courses, both on High School and University levels for any Nordlanda Pact soldier who applies. The government of their nation of origin will be billed at a reduced price of PrR 35.000 for bachelors degree and PrR 46.000 for a masters degree.
Subsection 6-4. Services of the DSPian military
-The DSPian Air Force will provide air bases in Europe
-The DSPian Ground Force will provide convoy and logistical support in Europe
Article VI. Training Exercises
Nordlanda Pact members and partner states will come together for at least one military exercise per year in order to strengthen the bonds between nations and increase the skill level of Nordlanda Pact soldiers. Exercises will always be named according to the intent of the hosting nation, and will always be a combination of two words. See Sections 1, 2, and 3 for more information.
Section 1. Exercise training ground one will be hosted by Prizyetsa, and will be named Operation JUST SHIELD. The exercise will be a standard Op-For scenario, with the Prizyetsi military defending against an intel gathering operation at the Rennesøy training grounds.
Section 2. Exercise training ground two will be hosted by Kauvara, taking place in the old ruined battlefield of the War of Unification just outside the industrial city of Takan in a standard Op-For scenario to be named Operation ANGEL WING. It will be a training exercise by the IV Cohort of the Custodia Vulpes, largely regarded as the best airborne troops in the Darklands. The objective of the exercise will be to teach the soldiers from other nations how to effectively execute airborne operations.
Section 3. Exercise training ground four will be hosted by the Dictatorship of Scocialist Provinces, taking place in Veshivoslav, the largest industrial city in the DSP, in a standard Op-For scenario, to be named Operation URBAN JUNGLE. A section of the city will be shut down, and the 32nd Infantry of the DSPian Ground Forces will teach the soldiers from other nations how to fight effectively in urban combat.
Article VII. Meeting of Nordlanda Pact officials
If an issue arises that needs the special attention of the governments of member nations, a meeting will be held at one of the Nordlanda Pact headquarters located in Kormosk, Prizyetsa.
