Treaty of Emira

Upon signing, the following nations hereby recognize the following to be true, until formally concluded.

The United Socialist States of Prizyetsa accepts the invitation to discuss a full alliance encompassing political, military, economic and humanitarian relations with The Imperium of Kauvara.

Once signed by the head of state of both nations, this treaty goes into effect immediately. In order to nullify this treaty, word of intent must be given 1 week before doing so in order to give both nations time to prepare for changes in foreign affairs.

1. The signees of the treaty will allow free travel without the need of a visa between their borders;
a. Any individual may be stopped at customs when entering or leaving a nation to be searched
b. Any individual may be placed under arrest and withheld from leaving the country if they are
found with;
i. Narcotics
ii. Weapons
iii. Over PrR40.000 (NSD10.000) in cash on their person or in their luggage without
declaration
iv. Are on any wanted list in either nation

2. Both nations agree to inform each other of any conflicts, internal or external, that could pose a
threat to citizens of either nations as well as any alliances or treaties forged by either nations.

3. If a conflict is to arise, which threatens the existence of one of the sighnees, it is the obligation
of the other sighnee to join in aid of the nation which is threatened; in other words, if one nation
is attacked and cannot win the war alone, it becomes the other nation’s duty to give aid to their
ally.

4. To ensure better military cooperation between the signees, both nations will allow and support
a small contingency of each other’s military in order to build a better relationship together and
to train together, allowing for better cooperation on the battlefield. The following deployment
will take place:
a. One Prizyetsi naval unit will be allowed permanent residence in the port city of Danik, in
Drydock Superstructure “Brymloft,” in order to facilitate the efficient transfer of any and all
Prizyetsi citizens and soldiers in Kauvara, as well as provide a first-response naval force
in the event of any attack.
b. A Kauvaran Naval unit will be allowed to permanently dock at the military docks located
at Vasilji and make use of the refitting stations owned and operated by the Marini Prizyet.
All accommodations will be provided for any staff or supplies needed by the Kauvaran unit.
c. One Prizyetsi air wing will be allowed exclusive and permanent access to an airfield in
Takan, in order to facilitate the efficient transfer of any and all Prizyetsi citizens and soldiers
in Kauvara, as well as provide a first-response air force in the event of any attack.
d. One Kauvaran air wing (8492nd Squadron (KF-11)) will be allowed permenant tarmac space at Kormosk-Dogai
International Airport’s military section to provide a constant logistical link between Prizyetsa
and Kauvara if it were ever needed for any reason.
e. Up to 250,000 Prizyetsi troops will be allowed to be stationed in the commercial city of
Fyrto in order to establish a rapid-response force in the event of invasion
f. The newly-established VI Legion “Prizyetsum” (250,000-strong) will be stationed in
Kormosk in order to establish a rapid-response force in the event of invasion


5. Technological advances in all areas may be shared between nations if they so choose, in
order to ensure the advancement of both for the defense of their nations, and the ability to
maintain a first strike role if it seems necessary.

6. If any other issue not mentioned above comes up, it will discussed, and acted upon within 24
hours unless there is a good reason not to.
