I have personally reviewed your order on our equipment and are pleased to know that you have chosen us as your defence supplier. However I as well as other nations share concerns on the purchasing numbers you have put forth which will utterly cripple your nation with a defence budget of $67 billion taking into account the maintenance costs, ordnance as well as training. Due to security concerns, we CANNOT sell you the F-35 Lightning fighter. However I have proposed to lowering the actual amount you have purchased to a realistic amount where you will be able to pay for in instalments. Here is the proposed plan:

We, at the transport ministry, are in the middle of revamping our entire lines. As such, we would be honored to purchase five K-5s to work on the direct link between the capital of Isn Deslen and our largest port city, Portsdown. We would also like it if engineers from your corporation could be on hand should any of the trains need to have extensive repairwork done. We, of course, are willing to pay for all travel costs, material costs and for the engineers time.
