I almost got hit by a car before, i was on my bike in the middle of the street (there were no cars at the time and that street rarely see's cars) and out of no way a car comes form behide me and almost runs me down and they didn't even stop to ask if i was ok(Fuckers), both my knees were a blood mess but it happen so fast that i didn't even feel anything.

Its the right of the fetus to live (which I consider to be a person, as an actual child is pretty much no different, aside from surviving outside the womb, but even late term fetuses can do that, provided the medical equipment is there) that I feel supercedes the right of the mother to convenience (which is the right that's being infringed upon in most cases, ultimately).
