The Marines are a branch of the Navy, not the Army. They'd be pretty unhappy at your re-designation of their chain of command.

This isn't chain of command, but rather how well they fight.

When I made this, navy was for how well the ships fight. Air force for how well the fighters and bombers and whatever do. Army/marines for how well they fight.
