It's all about location

The Jolt threads used to allow posters to put location info in their profile for all to see. It was info I always appreciated about posters, particularly in General (even if it may have been false). Is it possible here?

Wellerbania is a Kazakhstan-sized Island nation based around the EMPEROR SEAMOUNT CHAIN in the NW Pacific Ocean. Its capitol, Tokaru is located halfway between the Nintoku & Ojin Seamounts. It was founded on October 11, 1896 after a long, brutal war to gain independance from the Japanese Empire which was enslaving Wellerbanians.

I think Errin means that persons location, not info on the nation.

[violet] had taken it for use as one of the other nation info bits, I believe. I'm not sure if that's still the case. I too would like the location parts back.

If you click on the player's name to go to their forum profile, it will show things like location. Frankly, I don't mind the change as it keeps us from having fifteen people mark their location as "Behind you!" or some other such nonsense which stopped being funny years ago.

Personally, I'd like to see "Location" be set to the nation's region, or have some other display of the nation's region in their posts. It's what I always used the field for, and it's useful to see a nation's region without having to click through to the game.
