Esteemed members of the wider international community,
The Latin Imperium of Cvkarica(Imperivm Romaniae) has reestablished it's embassy program which shall be located at the newly restructured and rebuilt city of Neapolis, our capital city, and more specifically in the street Via Cassia. All members of the international community are therefore invited to establish diplomatic relations with the Imperivm Romaniae. As our great Imperivm continues to climb out of the pit of darkness caused by isolationist policies of previous Emperors, one of the most important issues that had to be dealt with was the reestablishment of diplomatic relations, and opening itself to foreign diplomats and representatives.
Imperial Consulate of Foreign Affairs, led by Consul Caius Terentius deems that the establishment of embassies in the Imperium needs not to be a complete and utter ''synchronization'' of ideologies or religious beliefs between the Latin Imperium and the country with it's embassy in question. In regards to that decision, all nations are free to establish an embassy within the Latin Imperium regardless of their inner economic, political, religious or any other policies, from liberal democracies to iron-fisted dictatorships.

Basic information regarding the Imperium Romaniae
Cukarica, officially the Latin Imperium of Cukarica (Cukarican:Imperivm Romaniae Cvkaricanvm) , is a country in central Tyrrhenia, situated on the southern end of the Mednordian continent, and mostly on the Cerunian peninsula and northern islands of Lycaonia. The country has land borders with Ascelonia and Ossoria to the north and west, and sea borders with former Waldenburger, now Aschenhyrstian counties of Wissenholm and Himmel, Ponentean colony of Mornou, and de jure Ascelonian; Kingdom of Saxe-Missern Blomburg.
Cukarica is a militaristic autocracy, and thus it's Emperor holds virtually unlimited amount of power. It has a ruling dynasty old for almost 2000 years. The ancient Cukarican civilization flourished in the fertile basin of the Inlex River which flows through the Cerunian Peninsula and therefore Cukarican is one of the oldest cultures in Tyrrhenia, which remained virtually unchanged and for modern standards, somewhat obsolete and "barbaric" as some of it's regional neighbors consider it. Cukarica, in it possession has nuclear weapons and it's military one of the most numerous standing armed forces in Tyrrhenia. However, although considered by it's regional foes, powerful, in military terms, the Empire is now faced with a number of other problems including a rapidly growing population, a widening rural-urban income gap, and extreme environmental degradation.
Location of the Latin Imperium within Tyrrhenia
Cukarica's capital and second largest city is the city of Neapolis on the coast of the Adriatican Ocean. Cukarica is a member of Adriatic League, CenTyr Pact signer and a patron and observer of of several other international organizations. The country's position in central Tyrrhenia and it's political, social and economic influence make it a major regional power in Mednordia, alongside other major powers of the continent, the Imperial Republic of Greston, Volzgrad and Ascelonia. In absolute terms, Cukarica allocates the second biggest annual budget to military expenditure in Tyrrhenia, based on the annual GDP. However the country itself has a very low Human development Index, mainly due to a large number of slaves who live and work in somewhat extremely inhumane conditions. A number of foreign governments and organizations routinely criticize the Empire, alleging widespread civil rights violations including systematic use of lengthy detention without trial, forced confessions, torture, mistreatment of prisoners, restrictions of freedom of speech, assembly, association, religion, the press, and labour rights.

Regulations and rules regarding embassies
● The upper limit on how much unarmed staff embassy may have is 120 personnel. For armed personnel it's significantly lower for security reasons and therefore that number is at most 30 armed security personnel.
● All of the Embassy security service personnel are obliged to obey and respect the laws and regulations of the Latin Imperium while being on Imperium's territory.
● Security personnel do not have diplomatic immunity.1
● Weapons which are allowed are handguns and submachine guns. Military grade assault/sniper rifles or their equivalents and similar weapons are banned and cannot be carried/used within the embassy.
● Embassy personnel will not use any military vehicles, and only armored civilian vehicles are allowed for use by the embassy security personnel.
●All firearms found to violate regulations and laws regarding the embassy equipment shall be confiscated and destroyed by the Gardvs Intra (Internal Guard).
● Explosive, biological, nuclear or any other similar weapons are are not permitted to be brought into the country. Any embassy employee that attempts to smuggle unauthorized weapons into the Imperium shall be severely punished and it's native embassy closed until further notice.

1)Diplomatic immunity is a form of legal immunity and a policy held between governments that ensures that diplomats are given safe passage and are considered not susceptible to lawsuit or prosecution under the host country's laws (although they can be expelled).
