Rules and Regulations

---

General Provisions

1. The opening of embassies would mean the formal establishment of official and formal diplomatic relations between the United Kingdom of Stefannica and the Representing Nation.

2. Embassies would only be established with nations that are currently on peaceful or neutral terms with the United Kingdom of Stefannica. Any nation currently in a state of war or hostility with the United Kingdom of Stefannica or her allies would mean automatic disqualification from the programme.

3. The Representing Nation must allow the United Kingdom of Stefannica to also open and establish its own diplomatic mission in the Representing Nation's capital or duly assigned diplomatic territory.

4. The Representing Nation must agree to the terms provided for under the Rules and Regulations policy of regarding the Embassy Programme of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, United Kingdom of Stefannica.

5. Any breach or violation of these Rules and Regulations would mean the automatic cancellation of relations and recalling of diplomatic missions.

6. We reserve the right to deny any application without need to reason or explain.

Regarding Embassy Extraterritoriality

The premises of the diplomatic missions remain under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom of Stefannica. However, general administration of the offices are awarded to the representing nation, in conformance with Stefannican and International Law. Stefannicans may not enter the representing country's embassy without permission.

Once diplomatic staff leave the grounds of the and the immediate area of the Uraia Island , they are expected to respect and obey the laws of the United Kingdom of Stefannica.

Arrangements must also be reciprocated for our diplomatic mission.

Regarding Embassy Security

The security of the Andromeda Diplomatic Building falls under the Ministry of Foreigns Affairs', Bureau of Diplomatic Security. Representing Nations may send their own security personnel. However, we ask that these details be limited to a maximum of twenty (30), and that their accompanying weapons be declared and inspected by our Customs.

Armored Vehicles are not allowed.

Arrangements for security must also be reciprocated for our diplomatic mission.

Regarding Personnel Employment

(Personnel referred to here include: administrative, technical, service and support staff)

The Representing nation is given the option to bring in their own nationals, hire Stefannican locals or a combination of both. We do not limit the size of your mission's personnel, however advise that you do not employ no more than 70 as the alloted embassy/chancery rooms per nation is highly controlled to avoid overpopulation or cramming inside the diplomatic building.

Personnel must be properly identified and registered with our Immigration and Diplomatic Services offices.

Personnel must wear their National Embassy ID and provided Diplomatic Services ID while inside the territory of the Uraia Island and Andromeda Diplomatic Building.

Arrangements for personnel services must also be reciprocated for our diplomatic mission.

Regarding Residences

Ambassadorial Residential lots are available at the Ambassadors' Row, which is also located inside Uraia Island. For the other embassy staff and personnel, the Uraia Residential Towers are available. However, if the representing nation wishes to avail of services in the mainland, these must be coordinated with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Arrangements for residential accommodations must also be reciprocated for our diplomatic mission.

Regarding Transportation

Embassy staff are free to employ local transportation or provide their own. Rentals for SUVs, planes, helicopters, boats and yachts are available at the Office of Diplomatic Transportation, Andromeda Diplomatic Building. If the representing nation chooses however, to bring their own transportation, these must be limited to 1 plane; 5-7 SUVs and or cars; 2 helicopters; 3 boats and or yachts.

Arrangements for transportation of staff must also be reciprocated for our diplomatic mission.

THE ANDROMEDA DIPLOMATIC BUILDING

---

The Andromeda Diplomatic Building, located in the Uraia Island, houses all the diplomatic missions accredited to the United Kingdom of Stefannica. This gargantuan facility, is equipped with state of the art technology to aid diplomats secure strong, warm and favorable relations with Stefannica.

The building is X floors high, with each floor able to accommodate 10 embassies. At the top of the building are Stefannican Ministry of Foreign Affairs offices, giving great accessibility for representatives to communicate with their Stefannican counterparts.

Andromeda also has its own transport facilities, allowing the entry of shuttles, rockets, planes, helicopters, SUVs and Cars, Boats and Yachts for the convenience and safety of the diplomats and representatives.

On top of the active Diplomatic Security agents patrolling the area, the building is protected by a militray forcefield, ensuring maximum security for all diplomatic missions. It is also strategically located so as to be near to the rest of the Uraia Island, allowing relative ease and comfort for staff and personnel to move back to their residential areas in the island.
