The Arab Council
While the international community has made it their mission to misrepresent and demonize the Arab community, the Arab Council stands strong as an institution committed to the preservation, protection and promotion of Arab value. From Muslims, to Sikhs, Baha, Hindu and Orthodox, all are welcome as the Arab Council seeks to see the success of all Arab state around the world. Through these strong ethnic bonds, the Arab Council will establish alliance nations looking for a place to find security and cooperation against those that think ill of us. By Royal Decree, His Majesty Sultan Jamal bin Alboobah of Arubinstan hereby recognizes and established the Arab Council. Let it be sovereign and independent from any one state and work to ensure the collective will of all who hold it dear.
Charter of the Arab Council
The Arab Council shall establish itself as a political and military alliance of states who recognizes themselves as an Arab majority. Though based in a sovereign state, the Arab Council is to operate sovereign from all external forces and depend on institutional directive to establish policy.
Jurisdiction
The Arab Council shall recognize the absolute authority of national governments and their will. The Council will be limited to drafting motions which are political or military in nature and practice.
It is within the scope of the Arab Council to suggest and influence political reforms but may not effectively dictate national political culture, administration and structure. It is solely up to nationals government to concede political will at their own pace.
Though is cannot dictate political culture, administration and structure, the Arab Council may pass non-binding and/or binding motions which outline creation directives to be adopted by the collective body.
The Arab Council shall not intrude on the defense policy, culture, administration and structure of a national government. All military resources alloted exclusively to the Arab Council shall remain within it jurisdiction for the duration of it loan.
Funding
The Arab Council shall be funded by membership fees.
Upon accession, each new member is to required to pay a one time fee of $15,000,000.00 USD.
On an annual review, member states are required to submit total sum of $5,000,000.00USD to the Arab Council Treasury
Membership
Membership shall be determined by the President of th Arab Council.
Membership will be limited to nations that recognize an ruling Arab majority and/or minority
The President may call upon the opinion of the Arab Council Chamber but not limited to her recommendations.
Membership may to striped by the President, if they hold the confidence of the Arab Council Chamber in their decision.
Positions of Office
President of the Arab Council: The Arab Council shall be led by the President of the Arab Council. Recognized as the institution's supreme authority, no motion may be recognized by the Arab Council without the President's signature. The President will be appointed by a majority vote as conducted by the head of state from each member-state. Within the Arab Council Chamber, the President will be recognized as the presiding officer with the power to call votes and moderate debate. As the supreme authority, the President is charged with the duty of overseeing the management of all Arab Council departments and their officers. The President is the international face of the Arab Council and is diplomatic official.
Treasurer of the Arab Council : Appointed by the President of the Arab Council, with the confidence of the Arab Council Chamber, the Treasurer shall be recognized as the senior administrator of Council Treasury. As such, they will be responsible for advising the President of the Arab Council on financial and economic matters. The Treasurer will work with nation government to establish the best direction of the Council Treasury.
General of the Arab Council: Appointed by the President of the Arab Council, with the confidence of the Arab Council Chamber, the General shall be recognized as the senior official of all military matters. Working with national governments, the General shall command and administrator all military functions taken on by the Arab Council.
Councilors: Each member state shall have the right to send one delegate to lobby their national interest within the Arab Council, these individuals will be known as councilors. Councilors sit in the Arab Council Chamber.
Voting
Each Councilor enjoys one vote.
A passing vote commands a simple majority.
Once a vote has been submitted it may not be versed unless the President of the Arab Council sanctions a general re-vote.
Departments
Arab Council Chamber: The Arab Council Chamber is major deliberative body of the Arab Council. The President, Treasurer, General and Councilor all sit in the chamber where they debate the issues at hand. Any member may bring forth a topic to the chamber where the voting may take place. All voting will take place in th Arab Council Chamber.
Council Treasury: Responsible for the safe and secure holding of Arab Council funds and assets, the Council Treasury shall operate as an dependent department of the Arab Council.
