Unilateral Declaration of Indifference

The small and entirely worthless nation of Kalumba has had enough of people occasionally noticing we exist. Therefore we declare our indifference to all world affairs. We will continue to do what we wish and ignore you.

We will remain indifferent until we are granted anonymity from the outside world, bar from those who share our ideals and grievances.

The Kiravian Federacy commends this declaration of indifference. There has been to much blood shed and money wasted in this world by nations intervening in one another's affairs on account of ideology, the abstract Western concept of "human rights", and simple boredom on behalf of leaders.

We wish to let the government of Kalumba know that the Federacy acknowledges their existence, and is willing to grant it a diplomatic audience if ever and whenever the Kingdom sees fit.
