Terrorist attack(OOC/Signup) MT-PMT

Making this thread to test for interest. The basic story outline will begin with a massive muslim terrorist bombing in my country. Several cities will have thermobaric devices detonated within the city, given the densely populated cities, something on the order of 4-7 million citizens will die. A bomb will also be detonated at the palace, killing my leader and allowing for a change of leadership. After that, a terrorist group will claim responsibility for the bombing and we launch an invasion of their nation in reprisal.

(Ok, in case some of you decide to ask why i asked for a link to a military factbook, it more or less shows you put some effort into thinking up your military, and provides me a reference to what your nation uses. As for prev rps, its just a check against godmodders. Nothing more.)

both of you seem to check out. very well. i be making ic thread soon. prolly end of today. belhorizen can you make the military factbook a lil longer, i only see like couple rifles and a ship. at least put a list of your equipement and such. (tanks, planes, etc)

ok guys, i be posting cells hidden in the countries registered here to activate and conduct the suicide bombings. you guys should be able recover some evidence then.

i stated before but the main command group is hidden in a country encompassing pakistan and Afghanistan. You should be able to do an ip trace, studying evidence or something and find out the hideouts. There will be hidden cells in your country too.

To those that wish to join in, just rp a bombing in your country. I got cells everywhere, that should be sufficient cause to join the fight.

Ahhh right. go in ahead hungramy. there should be some bombings in your country etc. A good number of those that died should be hungramian citizens though, given the close ties between our nations i expect there to be a major tourist presence. Your gonna need to root out the terror network hiding in your country, since you didn't really outlaw religion i think.

There will be an ongoing propaganda battle. I will try to rp the islamists realistically, based on whats been happening worldwide. This will be more a war of ideology than a war of militaries. i can safely say that. Drackonisa, your army is geared mainly for a conventional large scale war, this is going to be tough on you i think. As for the rest, this will test the social bonds of your peoples and how your government reacts to the threats of terrorism. does it stay together and sue for peace and harmony? or will yours give in to knee-jerk reactions and attempt to purge all muslims regardless of whether they are moderates or not due to paranoia. remember, terrorism the first reaction will be distrust amongst the people, as people suspect muslim neighbours who may or may not be extremists.

I am just saying, with my nations tactics(secret tortures) and with the combined efforts of many agencies of many nations eventually locations will found and this possible war, so be prepared for that...eventually

hmm...if only theres a couple of muslim nations in here. it be nice to see some moderate muslim reactions to all this. The way this rp is going its like all the muslims in there are all crazy radicals and extremists.

Your not going to get that out of New Armarzia, less then .1% are Muslim and they tend to not draw attention to themselves (except for the ones wanting to join your group)

yeah and we pretty much banned/high regulate religions here, just check my factbook. so unlikely to have terrorist top honchos in my nation. maybe new hayesalia or GAR? since they got a sizeable muslim community there. not sure about rupudska. maybe i should add a % muslim community in the thread as well. makes it easier for al-sharifah to rp.
