The Liberal Democracy of Oiseaui (pronounced /wa.zoē/) is a massive, economically powerful sovereign state, comprising a sizable island, and two smaller surrounding islands. Located in the region of Capitalist Paradise, Oiseaui's international activity has ebbed and flowed with the changes in government. It is notable for unlimited speed roads, consistently low taxes, and overflowing freedoms. A large nation, Oiseaui's land mass is 7,692,024² (2,969,907 mi²) and consists of mountains, some rivers, lowland equatorial evergreen rain forests, semi-evergreen seasonal forests, montane rain forests, and the beaches which surround the island. Industrialized early on, Oiseaui has a trade surplus of B$483.81 billion with B$4.77 trillion made in exports. It has all of the makings to be a strong cultural, economic, political, and military influence in the international landscape however other than exports, sports, and its World Assembly Membership, Oiseaui is generally isolationist.

Introduction+
The Liberal Democracy of Oiseaui would like to formally invite foreign nations to establish diplomatic missions within our great nation. To this end, the jungle surrounding the capitol city of Pion has been cleared and three distinct large Embassy complexes have been built. Embassy defense is to be supplied by each foreign home nation, though in times of war, exceptional concern, or extenuating circumstances each embassy has the option of being afforded a personal detail of two Oiseauian Shadowmen and/or a small 10 person, military carrier plane piloted by a Oiseauian Presidential Shadow Pilot.Chancery Specifications+
Each embassy is roughly 20,000 ft2 and includes a service kitchen, street and roof access, 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms (for Ambassador use), service quarters, an intelligence room, five offices for embassy staff (space for 2 secretaries), four large meeting rooms, three multi-purpose rooms which may be used as each nation chooses, and access to a 20-car garage. Theoretically, a nation may choose to rearrange the chancery though no building or construction may occur. No chancery will be given more or less space; no nation is superior and therefore deserves a superior space.Rules & Regulations+
The rules for maintaining a diplomatic mission in Oiseaui are resolute. To maintain an embassy on Oiseauian territory is to accept them. Nations found defying any of the following rules are subject to immediate expulsion from the nation, and where specifically noted, declarations of war. If for some reason any nation feels they require an exception to any rule, they may ask for said exception in their application. However, it is the will of the Oiseauian Minister of Foreign Affairs whether any exception is accepted or denied. 1. Embassy allowed 2 Personal Ambassador Guards with lethal weapons

Expectations+
As members of diplomatic missions, embassy staff may expect certain immunities to be provided to them. It is important to note that these immunities do not apply to locally hired staff; all Oiseauians must follow Oiseauian law regardless of their intention or for whom they may be acting. Locations+
The following are the three embassy complexes currently available. Each complex has a main building, as shown in the pictures in addition to a web of surrounding underground complexes and skyscrapers. Information regarding each complex can be located beneath its image. Where your embassy is located within the complex will be decided upon by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Please note that each embassy is directly connected to a technologically advanced garage storage system for Embassy vehicles, which cannot be seen in any of the following pictures.
This location has near-direct access to Pion amenities, and Oiseauian government buildings. While most efficient, its surroundings are the least luxurious.
This location is equidistant from the wilderness, and Pion. Therefore, the privacy/luxury of the wilderness or the efficiency of Pion are only a short drive.
Locations here are near and/or Lake Danail. While they are less politically efficient, Ambassadors (especially those with family) tend to prefer this location. It is recommended people in South Complex have helicopters for government efficiency.
Technology+
The Liberal Democracy of Oiseaui is at a Modern Tech, tentatively Post Modern Tech level. If we have not established an Embassy in your nation, you must be either MT or PMT to establish an embassy in Oiseaui. However, if we have established an Embassy in your nation, you are encouraged to reciprocate regardless of Tech level. Regardless of tech level, weaponry, vehicles, and imports must still abide by the above listed rules. Application+
