On behalf of Marcinesian, we would like to warmly welcome you to our diplomatic relationship programme.

For more than a decade, Marcinesia is proud to have unified culture and tradition, four official languages (English, Sakkanese, Hangyeol, Bahasa). A new national motto has clearly described that our nation shaped by religious attitude, unity and integrity. Of course, we will not stand up as a solid foundation nation without the grace of God from whom all blessings flow, protect and embrace people and government of Marcinesia.

We believe that diversity; race and even religion without harmony would lead to a disastrous event in which case a said nation would eventually collapse in a matter time. For this matter, we have established and invited other sovereign national to participate in our diplomatic relationship programme in order to promote harmony stance between Marcinesia and the other interest-national.

There are two main purposes why this diplomatic relationship programme has been initiated. The sole purpose is to open our gate to every interest-sovereign national to enter into bilateral relationship - establishing embassy/consulate in our country. Informing ambassador and other interest parties with comprehensive and wealth of national information is another goal to achieve in this programme.

In accordance to Regulations XIX.03/2013 Ministry for Foreign Affairs Marcinesia, applicants must obey and fulfil the requirements below prior applying the diplomatic relationship programme. Failures to comply, the application may get rejected and MOFA has the power and reserve to reject the application.

1. Possession, consumption and/or trading tobacco is strictly prohibited as United Districts of Marcinesia maintains "Pro Health and Clean Environment".

2. Hate of Speech or as we define the term "Disrespect Image and Damage" (DID) including racism is strictly prohibited at all times within United Districts of Marcinesia.
We maintain respect, equality, in terms of race, religion, language.

3. Consumption of alcohol strictly must be inside 'dwelling places' - restaurant, house, hotel, etc.
Drunk-driving is strictly prohibited under Road Safety Act no. 12/2012

4. Partial or full conversion of religion for other people is strictly not tolerated. Marcinesia has official state of religion - Christianity, and strictly to maintain, unless the will of individual to convert his/her religion, the national religion. Under Human Rights Act no. 1/2001, "Individual has the full rights over his/her religion"

5. Possession, consumption and/or trading illicit drugs is strictly prohibited under National Health Act no. 5/2001 in exception medication drugs

6. Weapon armaments are only for law-enforcement agency and embassy security personnel. However, under Public Safety Act no. 1/2003 "Handgun is the only acceptable weapon armament(s) recognised in the United Districts of Marcinesia"

Amsel Sub-Districts or as known as the central of transportation network at the heart of the capital Kristanburg. Crowd, business activities, commuters are typical activities found in this Sub-Districts. Typical buildings are mostly skyscraper.

Breezing, quiet and peaceful environment may be found in this area, with the only exception, harbouring activities as Bellemere is considered the number one port portal in all districts. The landscape is rather complicated and complex, perhaps, but admired for the beauty of the environment in Marcinesia. Hilly upside, down, rather challenging for the driver(s) to be extra careful driving in narrow street, Ubyeong'gyeo is the famous sub-districts found in Jang Karam, the capital of Jobohanna Districts. The view on the top of the hill is extremely gorgeous overlooking Northern Territory Districts Island and the vast of Yeonjo Sea. Typical buildings are mostly cottages, luxury house with some fortified wall. Perfect for those like challenges, village environment and the splendour of natural environment attraction.
