The Embassy Complex in Mokastana consist of four 20-story tall office buildings with three large car parks for your embassy vehicles. Each Embassy will get one floor for itself with private 5x6ft elevators to their respective floors, in addition five 10x10 ft elevators and 2 4x4ft will be all floor accessible. The 10x10 elevators are for moving furniture and other large items and require keys and permission from Embassy security.
In addition to the offices housing will be given to all security and embassy staff outside the complex in a specialty created suburb near the Embassy Complex. Private vehicles will be allowed in the suburb and will be allowed to park at the embassy complex. Both the Suburb and Embassy complex are surrounded by a 10 foot high 4 foot thick concrete wall guarded by The Embassy Defense Group, a total of 200 will act as police and security on all grounds.
You will each be given two floors(31,000 square feet total), each floor includes: a main room, 4 spacious office rooms for cubicles and such, a locker room and one back room with a gun locker. The offices include all modern luxuries and any request will be taken care of to our best abilities. The armored vehicles will be stored in the International Garage at the center of the four embassy Buildings. All cleaning and janitorial staff will be provided by Mokastana.
In the event your nation has previous relations with Mokastana, no doubt these introductory offices will not suffice our mutual needs. For nations of The Fegosian Union, or other close alliances with Mokastana we will allow construction or build an embassy building for you on the recently added Embassy Avenue outside the Embassy Complex. Staff will still live in the suburbs and require proper ID to enter/exit the Embassy complex, but the additional size should help.

No weapon allowed larger than .45 caliber, no fully automatic weapons, shotguns permitted up to 12 gauge size

Embassy complex must fit on 125 by 250 foot property, Maximum of ten floors
Maximum of 800 personnel and 40 Security personnel (Intelligence officers must be less than 20)
No weapons larger than standard FU Assault rifle, or alliance equivalent.
No weapon allowed larger than .45 caliber, no fully automatic weapons, shotguns permitted up to 12 gauge size.
No Incinerator ammunition.
