A) You stuck this in the wrong forum, this is a Technical issue.
B) We have nothing to do with how Jolt handles accounts. Try posting on the Jolt Forum. Link's on the left sidebar.

If you read carefully, you can see he can't post. That's probably why he brought it up here.

Well, he'll have to either make another NS account and see if it works or just make a Jolt only account and ask them. They restricted our ability to even see what user group people are in, so I don't know if he just can't post in NS or all of Jolt or if he's just banned overall, etc.
