League of Monarchist States

This is a league for the states of NS that have a monarch, and are willing to protect their traditions. Join us to become Royalist Superpowers. The way this works is there will be a Lord Protector elected every two weeks and the councillors elect him. The preservaton of state and King, hearth and home happens in this League. We have been trying, with sucess to bring NS monarchies together. We have written a charter of how we will be governed and the conditions.


Charter
CONSTITUTION

Amendment I
All nations have the right to petition the government and speak their minds about regional issues. The right to free speech shall not be infringed upon.
Amendment II
All nations have the right to run for delegate unless the said nation has not been in the region as a WA member for a full term (Amendment III)
Amendment III
All nations may serve a maximum of three terms with each term not exceeding 25 days.
Amendment IV
All nations have the right to a fair trial (jury service is required of all nations) on a forum of their choice before being banned/ejected. In the time of emergency nations may be banned for a period of 20 days. (See Supreme Court for Information)
Amendment V
All nations have the right to leave the region without risking persecution.

Foreign Policy

League of Monarchist States does not support raider operations, if a nation is found guilty of raiding under the name of this region they will be banned and charged with a class one offence, and Supreme Court will rule this trial immediately.

League of Monarchist States does support defender organizations and will offer training for defense organizations. Diplomatic recognition of other regions will be decided by the order of the supreme court.

Members: Will be elected.

Four Liberal Nations
Four Conservative
One Swing

Jury will be elected by head of Supreme Court
Jury would be five nations strong.

Nations in the supreme court will be put in power by the delegate except for the swing member who will be elected by the people of the region. All other nations will serve for as long as the delegate who put them in power is the delegate, if under the circumstance that the delegate is to be impeached

I vote "NO". Each country has individual requirements and intentions. Though it would be better at all times for the League to be supportive of its members, it should not be made mandatory!
