HEARTHOME EMBASSY PROGRAMME

On behalf of Hearthome Government and Hearthomean people, I invite you to establish an embassy in our nation. We welcome all nations who wish to establish diplomatic relations with Hearthome to fill in the form below, and may this be the start of a good and strong relationship between our states.

Rules for the establishment of embassies
1. The complex is located at Richmond Heights neighbourhood, and is walled and secure. Armed guards monitor the area at all times. As such, your guards may only carry handguns and nonlethal weapons.
2. Diplomatic immunity covers all crimes with the exception of smuggling and murder.
3. Staff and security personnel are limited to 60 and 20, respectively.
4. No APCs or military vehicles are allowed in the embassy area, with the exception of Hearthome's. Armoured transportation is provided by Hearthome, no exceptions. Ordinary vehicles are limited to five and aircrafts to two.
5. Richmond Heights and thus the complex is surrounded by Bambu Park and Emerald Gardens, which have protected species. Activities including—but are not limited to—fires, barbecues and huntings, may not be carried out on the premisses. Entry and exit of these premisses on the complex's side is allowed to embassies' and Hearthome Police personnel only.

We would however like to notify you that our nation is a nation of sapient kangaroos, we could not find the proper place in the application form to notify you of this matter.
