..but in terms of 'playing this game' I do little in the way of roleplay (I only just tried to reach out by joining a multi-region "party", that was already defunct unbeknown to me. Though am lately trying to recruit for my region just to populate it so it's not so dire; and so maybe ignite interesting discussion).

To me it's more a personal community for those with governmental fetishes.... Fewer have the vision or enthusiasm that I like for systematizing novel ideas for theoretical political landscapes than I'd like.... of course it's not really meant to be that but an RPG ;) (an RPG that incorporates that ;p )

Now I am not one to yell at a nine year old. But that sound pretty rich coming from a 9 year old. If you took note you would see there is an other catorgory. I put 10 as an age to start at. I know there is going to be people younger than that.
