The Holy Empire's request for access to New Danish university archives and libraries is happily granted, for His Majesty believes in the free exchange of information. In return, he also requests access to the Steel Fraternity's own records. Permission to establish a branch of the Steel Fraternity has also been granted, on the understanding that doing so will not invite subversive attitudes into New Denmark's universities.

To the Right Honourable Francesco Lombardi,

We are honoured to recieve your application for an embassy here in Ny Danmark and, with the blessings of the King, do readily accept it on his behalf. A room even now is being prepared for Ambassador Giordano Napoli within the Green Room of Kriston Palace, which should be large enough for him to comfortably see to his duties. We cannot recommend his family to reside there as well, however, so we have specially prepared a sizeable residence for them near Krystalvander, which is a mere hour away from Gotkrift by train. As an act of goodwill, the King himself has provided this at his own expense.

Arrangements have also been made for Ambassador Giordano's children to attend the St Margaret the Virgin School in Colsby, Gotkrift. This is among the highest rated schools in the Kingdom and has been attended by several members of the extended Royal Family in the past. We trust it should be more than suitable for the Ambassador's wishes and those of his children.

Finally, Mr Christian Anderson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been officially assigned to oversee communications between the Kingdom and the United Kingdom and to ensure that your ambassador and his family quickly become settled. He has made himself available to call at all hours and shall arrange to meet with the Ambassador once a week to check up on him. We await an invitation to establish an embassy of our own within the United Kingdom with all eagerness.

Discussions for the various treaties you have requested shall be conducted as soon as is convenient, but His Majesty has already expressed his interest in seeing this through at today's Kongeting. An ambassador shall be sent to initiate negotiations as soon as proper links have been made.

We are a small and economically challenged nation and at the moment there would be little obvious benefit in this embassy, but it is our intention to explore what new economic and technological exchanges of goods, information or fellowship may be possible.
