1 Embassy general information
1.1 In order to improve relations with neighbouring states, we, the Kingdom of Phillippanoa, have decided to allow the establishing of embassies on our territory.
1.2 All embassies will be in the capital city of Bürgopolis or Lopolis.
1.3 Due to the lack of runways in or near Bürgopolis, the ambassadors are requested to either come by helicopter or land or establish an embassy in Lopolis which has an airport.

2 Safety and security
2.1 For safety reasons, all armed personnel attached to the embassy are required to remain within the Bürg (capital) region. All official motorades outside the Bürg region will be escorted by the Royal Police.
2.2 No large weaponry (nothing bigger than a semi-automatic rifle)
2.3. Phillippanoan governmental officials (including police) may not enter embassy grounds without permission from the ambassador.
3 The ambassadorial immunity in Phillippanoa is as follows:
3.1 The ambassadors are immune from prosecution, arrestation, or any other crime related procedure. They may however, in case of major crime, be declared Persona non grata and be required to leave the country, in which case the only the ambassador (and any family) will depart
3.2 Ambassadorial staff are immune from prosecution for official acts
