Names (Both first and last names) are generated randomly from a list of possible names, so while you may have come across Max Barry in one issue, you'll find a few Max's with different surnames and Barry's with different first names the more you issues you come across.

Mind you that is rather good luck that you came across one of those issues...maybe it gives your nation super powers or something

I love it when i come across something like that. First off its fine for max to shamelessly plug himself, this is his site, or affiliated with him at a high level, so if he wants to plug his stuff its fine. Any attention is good attention in the wide world of advertising. As for the Jong-Il's that always just makes me giggle when i see it, kind of a quirky satire IMO.
