Story: The Azacan government has fallen into corruption and has begun harboring the black Market openly many countries have applauded Azaca for this act and Many others still are quite bewildered at such an evil act. many countries are taking sides and it seems that war will be imminent

The States-General hereby deems it neccesary to warn every nation involved in slave trade, in particularly with Azaca that several vessels of the Self Defence Force (made easier by the fact that the Declaration of Neutrality has not been recognized so far) have been dispatched to the Azaca coast with orders to intercept and inspect any vessel sailing past or away from Azaca. Those found guilty will see their crews interned under Free Tristanian Law, their illegal cargo freed and brought to a neutral port and their ships scuttled. All bills in regards to imprisonment, scuttling and the court will be send to the nation involved.

At present, a flotilla under the command of rear-admiral van Ruysdael aboard the light aircraft carrier FTS Witte de With is leaving for the zone of operation. Know that any form of resistance will be met by force. The number of ships involved will be made public upon arrival and they will join the ranks of the anti- slave trade league.

Official Statement of the Chancellery Kingdom of Ferkas

At the current time the Chancellery Kingdom of Ferkas will be taking no action, for or against any nation or group.

However it should be noted that any criminal action taken within the national boundaries of the Chancellery Kingdom of Ferkas (defined as any of the five islands of Ferkas proper, assorted territories between said islands, colonial possessions of the Chancellery Kingdom of Ferkas, embassies and consulates of the Chancellery Kingdom of Ferkas, and waters extending up to 80KM off the shore of any claimed landmass) it will be delt with accordingly.

Any criminals who are captured carrying out any criminal act, as defined by the Chancellery Kingdom of Ferkas, within the aformentioned boundaries will meet whatever punishment the magistrate deems needed.

We would also like to take this time to state certain actions which carry a zero tolerance response. Any trafficking of slavery or weapons within the earlier mentioned territory will be delt with most harshly.

If any nation seeking to curtail "black market" actions carries out their actions within the boundaries of the Chancellery Kingdom of Ferkas they may also be punished within the limits of any laws which they violate.
