We are currently discussing the creation of an International Steel Pact Space Station and the creation of an IRC,

The Steel Pact Charter

We the Nations of The Steel Pact, in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure diplomatic peace, provide for the common defence, promote the fundamental ideas of Absolute Autocratic Power, and secure the world from the plague that is Communism, do ordain and establish this Charter for the Steel Pact.

Article One

The signees of this Pact enter into an accord of non-aggression. No nation shall ever declare war on another nation, nor embargo another nation, nor blockade other members’ ports so long as they are both signees of the Pact of Steel.
Quarrels will be settled in a Pact Court of Grievance consisting of the Affronted, the Offender, the Supreme Council who is to act as an unbiased jury, and the Chairman of The Pact who is to act as the judge.

Article Two

If any signee should get involved in armed conflict, he can expect to have the support of The Unified Pact Defence Corps, and other member-states.

Article Three (Pact Administrators)

The Founder of the Steel Pact
The sole autocratic leader of the Steel Pact, and shall control all matters of the Pact. However due to the fact that governing the Pact by himself would be extremely difficult, he may appoint members to the Supreme Council.

The Deputy Founder
The member responsible for maintaining Pact Discipline and updated the member list. The Deputy has final say when the Founder is unavailable to lead the Pact. The Deputy is expected to consult with the other Officials.

The Minister for War
The member of the Supreme Council, who is to head the Unified Pact Defence Corps, and The Ministry of War. During times of War, he shall lead the UPDC into battle. During times of peace, he is to maintain the UPDC, supply it with Pact resources, and train it.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs
The member of the Supreme Council who is to head the Ministry of Peace. His day-to-day duties include; peace within the members of the Steel Pact, informing the Founder of current world events and wars, represent the Pact in the world, and draft up official pact declarations.

The Minister for Commerce
The member of the Supreme Council who is to head the Ministry of Commerce. His day-to-day duties include managing the Pact storefront, managing the Pact Treasury, and ensuring that all members pay their dues and fees. Such as the initial membership fee of 10,000,000 NS dollars, and the War Tax of 150 million NS dollars during times of war so that the UPDC may purchase mercenaries.

Article Four

The signee shall have total sovereignty of his own nation, in so much as his decisions pose no threat to the unity of the pact as a whole. This means implementing a policy of "Don't ask, don't tell;" on sensitive issues such as slavery, homosexuality and religion.

Article Five

All nations, upon signing, shall donate 10,000 troops to the UPDC, and pay a membership fee of 10,000,000 standard NS dollars.

Article Six

Provisional Members can receive full defensive benefits, but must pay an annual fee of 5.5 million NS dollars, are still subject to entry fees, cannot join the Supreme Council, or suggest amendments.

Full members are required can receive full defensive benefits, suggest amendments to The Charter, be appointed to the Supreme Council, but must donate a minimum of 10,000 troops to the UPDC, and are still subject to the War tax, and entry fee, but not the annual fee.

I also RP this nation as an imperialistic despotism with theocratic flair. This is hard to represent using NS's nation stats, so I have kept my current population and changed everything else. Because of this and certain eccentricities of my nation, its a bit difficult to fill out some of the questions.
