She should be able to choose to use contraception, she should be able to choose who to have sexual relations with, she should be allowed to choose whether to give the baby for adoption after it is born. Actually, Violan doesn't really have a nominal government--I fear I may have confused you on that part. The commonly accepted libertarian law code is a lot like the Xeer of Somalia and the lex mercatoria: a polycentric legal system without a monopolistic institution that determines interpretation. The covenants operate under slightly different systems amongst each other, but the overall law code holds when they deal with those outside their covenant.

What about women living in countries where the orphanages are as bad or even worse than living on the street ? Take past romania for example. Nicolae Ceauşescu made abortion illegal to create a workforce for his country. Instead he created a nation where many parents were too poor to care for their children, so many children ended up in state-run orphanages where conditions where so bad many of these children died in these orphanages.
