Yeah, but only once per page, to not have a barrage of nukes on Ghidorah at all times.
Be wary that while it does do damage, it isn't too much damage to seriously injure Ghidorah.

I mean, Ghidorah can regenerate, as seen when Ghidorah literally regenerated an entire head. It did take a while though.

Capable of producing PMT weapons: yeah (In the form of burst missiles, which are non-nuclear cluster munitions with sumunitions with 1.5kt yields each, and also we use maser weapons, mounted on aircraft)
Goal when defeating Ghidorah: profit for the state (New weapons testing is another bonus)
ORBAT:
Depends on how the RP happens, will post as the RP progresses.
