"The working class, always the working class"
"At times it does become necessary for like minded individuals, organizations, and even nations to band together. In the case of Communist nations, it has been often attempted, but has rarely been successful. These failures can be attributed to an array of problems. It has been our conclusion that past alliances between Communist nations have became too overpopulated, too volatile. Low standards for membership, and the inclusion of an observer status have led to alliances that include such a plethora of different ideologies, that failure is the only possible outcome. The ideological discrepancies have not been limited to those observer or non-Communist nations, rather many of the so called Communist and Socialist nations, have governments that do not even resemble one another. While we concede that differences among Communist nations are possible, and able to be attributed to many things, mostly cultural and ethnic, we believe that true Communist/Socialist nations must logically have more in common with one another than they do with non-Communist/Socialist nations. Thus with this alliance we have sought to unite those nations that have embraced true Communism. It is a Communism founded on secular morals that are diametrically opposed to the morals of all other political ideologies.
Another problem that has plagued past Communist alliances, is that member nations tend to keep their ties to one another relatively loose. They are hesitant to aid their brother nations militarily or economically. The alliance becomes little more than a piece of paper, and a series of group meetings. With our alliance we aim to treat our brother nations as members of an extended family. Never will their cries for help fall on deaf ears. We will remain in close contact with one another, and familiarize ourselves with the workings of brother governments. We will contribute our greatest effort to defending one another. We will never allow our glorious alliance to slowly die, or cease to be relevant. We will feed off the strength of our brothers. We will forever have one hand extended to pull our brothers up should they stumble or fall.
The aforementioned morals with which we operate has led, in the past to true Communism being referred to as "hard line" Communism. This is an ideology that readily accepts it's role as an enemy of capitalism, monarchy, fascism, and the bastardized version of democracy that has been widely lauded as true democracy. True democracy does not require the casting of a single vote. Our democracy is evident in every decision we make, it is the will of the people, as the sole basis of law. There is no truer form of democracy. A system of democracy in which dissenting voices, those that oppose the destruction of the class system, are tolerated, is not democracy at all. Again, our morals dictate that those who seek to counteract the will of the people must be eliminated. There is no room for opposition in a true Communist system. Those that would oppose us have too long been immersed in this false morality that does not find it's origins in the ability of man to reason. They have been broken down over a period of time, by their cruel taskmasters. They must be re-educated when possible, exterminated when re-education is no longer a viable option. The implementation of total equality is the foundation of both morality and democracy. It must be imposed on the erudite proletariat, the uneducated proletariat, and the venomous bourgeois alike. It is under this struggle that the government (hereinafter recognized as the will of the people) must ignore the erroneous morality of our enemies, and act according to our higher principles of equality. Neither will we allow ourselves to be forced into a defensive position, when accused of atrocities by our enemies, judging our actions through the lens of their faulty moral code.
Let us then, recognizing and understanding these truths, endeavor to create a new and unyielding international partnership. We do not welcome everyone, but with arms ever open do we welcome our true brethren. Never so long as we draw breathe will the downtrodden peasants of the world be without representation. No more will the working class bow their heads in shame. Let the workers of the world claim their position as the masters of their own destiny, even as the masters of the world. Let total equality stand as the testament to the triumph of man's unique and inimitable power of reason. We must remember that the revolution is perpetual. "The working class, always the working class."
Articles of Unity
(1.) Pact of Governance. - Recognizing that the key to unity of action is the unity of ideas, the governments of member nations are asked to observe these basic laws of Communism. The government as the will of the people is the sole administrator of the law. As such, there will be no recognized party outside the one party of the people, that is the Communist party. (Understanding that such parties may vary in name, i.e. Socialist parties, Worker's or Labour parties, People's parties, etc..) A government which is currently dominated by a Communist party is unacceptable if other parties are allowed to exist. Government's in which Communist party members "hold seats" or "temporary control" is unacceptable. The admittance of other parties into the political arena is detrimental and indeed counterproductive to the will of the people. It is not Communism. The government of each member nation will hold complete authority over all media. This is inviolable. Information is an instrument of the people, and must be controlled by the people (through the vessel of government). The recognition of dissenting voices is counter productive to our system, and breeds only turmoil.
(2.) Mutual Economic Aid - It is expected of each member nation to aid other member nations economically should it be so required, and provided it is able to be administered. This will be vital to the survival of our alliance. The worker's of the world can depend on no capitalist entity to aid them, and all past examples indicate a parasitic tendency of capitalist nations to bleed Communist nations dry, under the false banner of friendly relief. We should neither ask nor desire economic aid from any capitalist or otherwise non-Communist/Socialist nation. It is also expected that any loans made to one member nation from another be entirely debt free. If a member nation is unable to comply with a request of financial aid from another member nation, both nations should jointly seek another member nation possessing the means to do so. If we are to free ourselves forever from the tyranny of the class system we should constantly work toward freeing ourselves from any contact with the purveyors of said system.
(3.) Military Aid - We will not be an alliance of military aggression, however neither shall we be an alliance of appeasement. When a member nation finds itself in a situation where there exists no possible action save combat, it will be the duty of each member nation to send military aid. This aid can manifest itself in the delivery of supplies, and/or an actual military intervention force. Should any member nation feel that their fellow member has acted in a manner unbecoming, that member may call an emergency meeting of the CommUnite council. The meeting will hear each side, attempt to determine the validity of each claim, and vote to decide what action should be taken. If the member nation is found to be the aggressor, it will be the responsibility of each individual member nation to decide what course to pursue. In the event that a member nation is invaded or otherwise attacked, each member nation that is able to comply will be expected to send troops to aid their ally.
(4.) International Revolutions -Recognizing that we all share a common radix in revolution, we shall impress it upon ourselves to aid those glorious revolutions, wherever they may be. Whenever and wherever a Communist/Socialist revolution arises, it is the duty of each member to aid his peasant brothers in overthrowing the class system. Member nations shall not be required to involve themselves militarily in such revolutions, but some form of support is expected. This support may be militarily or economically. It may be with the delivery of military supplies or consultation, medical supplies or personnel, as well as lobbying on the world stage for the recognition of the Communist forces as the legitimate government.
(5.) CommUnite Council -Each member nation will be a member of the CommUnite Council. Each will designate a five person committee to stand as their representatives. The de facto leader of each national committee will be the head of government. This national chairperson will not be required to attend each meeting, but the remaining members of each committee will be expected to attend each meeting, barring unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a temporary replacement may be added, or the remaining members of the committee may attend alone. No less than two members of a national committee shall attend each meeting. Should less than two members of a committee be unable to attend, a substitute must be designated. New business may be discussed by the council, but the by-laws of this charter may never be challenged. All nations will be equal on the Council, with the framer of the CommUnite charter, Tang Pan, serving as a special trustee of the charter.
(6.) Council Meetings - As of the signing of this charter, no predetermined intervals have been set as to when meetings will occur. It is the intention of the framers of this charter that council meeting be held frequently, so that this alliance not erode as have others. The first meeting will be decided upon by the charter trustee, Tang Pan. The frequency of future council meetings will be decided on by vote at this first meeting. Tang Pan shall hold only such special powers as are necessary until member nations are accepted and the alliance activated. Issues of importance not here covered will be discussed in meetings of the council.
Again, hopefully everyone has read what we are about, so we don't have to reject anyone. Remember, hard line Communism.
