Nation: Risorgia (United Socialist States of)
Ideology: Democratic Socialism
General Nation Description (May put Overview Factbook):

With a modest population, the United Socialist States of Risorgia have adeptly navigated their challenging mountainous terrain, owing much to their dedication to a collective spirit and equality. Nestled among the towering peaks and lush valleys of Bhutan, Eastern Tibet, and Western China, Risorgia has emerged as one of the most egalitarian and pacifist nations. However, it faces the challenge of finding its footing on the global stage, hampered by its very low level of development and economic standing.

Adreabhal
Ideology: Moderately Conservative Socialist Empire
Adreabhal is a land of a little more than two billion citizens, noted for its imperial governance headed by Empress Thalia Mila, devout populace, and an obsession with crabs. Stretching from the lower reaches of the Gaian continent of Africa up to the majestic head of the Nile, with a colonial force across the Red Sea on the western coast of what is known as Arabia, Adreabhal maintains a small but respectable military force and technological advancement that allows them a decent degree of modernity.

Robert Griffiths sits infront of his desk, Wading through piles of papers, most of them useless bureaucratic nonsense, When suddenly an advisor bursts through his office door, out of breath and panting. The PM and man look up at eachother "What the bloody hell are you doing?" Robert asks, the advisor quickly responds, still put of breath "S-sorry sir, We've received This from IBSO" The advisor walks over and hands the piece of paper to Robert.

Robert looks down, examining the paper, now realising it's a propaganda poster, From IBSO, against the NUCL. Robert sighs, looking back up at the Advisor
"do you have anything else more worthy of my attention than this?.." Robert asks tiredly, with a moment of silence from the advisor before a response "Uhm.. yes sir" The advisor pulls out another piece of paper from behind his back and once again hands it to Robert, This time, it's a news clipping.

Robert is silent for multiple moments reading it before exclaiming
"WHAT!?!" Robert is stunned, a Kaidian ship has exploded in the Gibraltar strait as an act of resistance against IBSO "Advisor, please get me something to write on, I have a message to send to the Kaidian Leader." The Advisor does so, quickly getting him a computer to send a telegram to Revirin, Robert is not sure this attack was sanctioned by the Kaidian government but he has a suspicion, quickly writing up a telegram to the Kaidian Leader

"THIS TELEGRAM IS TO BE VIEWED BY REVIRIN VALEN KAIDVANIA I EXCLUSIVELY

Revirin.. Is your nation responsible for the attack in the Gibraltar strait?
Have you sanctioned an attack against IBSO Members?, if you have done so Britain cannot support your war effort.

If you have sanctioned this, You should've just waited, IBSO was going to cause a war soon anyhow with just how provocative it is, One nation was going to slip up eventually and give you your chance, But with you being the aggressor we cannot support you unless enough nations do come to your support anyhow

I do hope it was not you who supported this attack, because god help us IBSO is going to be furious."

Empress Thalia Mila was busy drinking a new bergamot, lemon peel and firespice tea from the tea shop across the street when an intern, looking rushed and bothered, burst into her office. In her startled state, the Empress nearly dropped her tea all over her work clothes. Irritated, she fixed her now-steely eyes on the intern and snapped, "What is it?!?"

The intern, looking suitably chastened, knelt to the floor as a show of contrition. "So sorry, Your Imperial Brilliance. It's just, um, a report from our field agents in Vordoslavia and diplomats in Socialistic Britain and Kaidia. Apparently a Kaidian ship exploded in a Vordoslav port. Our intelligence suggests that Emperor Revirin of Kaidia knew little to nothing about the plan, but hostilities between IBSO and Kaidia are rapidly heightening. Our foreign ministers suggest we formulate a response, now. Um, Your Beamingness."

Empress Thalia Mila, always concerned with the sometimes-ridiculousness of the made-up titles to refer to her elevated station, waved her hand away as a sign of distaste for the title "Beamingness". Moving on, she folded her hands into an arch and raised an eyebrow. Thinking for only a moment, she responded decisively, "Send a telegram to Kaidia offering military support should the conflict escalate, and a telegram to Prime Minister Griffiths inquiring how he thinks we should best approach the situation. Inform him that Adreabhal is ready to stand alongside Socialistic Britain to confront the rampant overreach of IBSO in any way that they choose. In the meantime, inform the directors of the Imperial Navy and Air Forces that they may need to deploy on short notice and to prepare for any such eventuality. Please inform me of any changes to the situation posthaste."

The intern nodded a little too enthusiastically and rushed out of the office. Once he was gone, the Empress returned to her intriguing new tea blend. It was quite spicy but the sharp yet still-subtle taste of the lemon was simple divine. She'd have to order this tea again soon.

At his desk, Sir Kalden Wangchuk, the head of the National Council on Foreign Affairs and a Seat in the National Council (Risorgian executive power), perused the latest news in the morning paper. He savored a steaming cup of butter tea when a councilor burst into his office to deliver urgent news.

"Sir Wangchuk!"

Judging by the latter's eagerness, the Head of Foreign Affairs had a good idea about the topic. He replied without looking up from his paper, but his tone lacked the slightest hint of firmness.

"I know, I know. I have access to the newspaper."

The councilor apologized, and Wangchuk waved it off.

"It's all right; it's your job," he said, finally looking up and folding his paper.

"What should we declare?"

"You know very well that I can't decide that on my own. However, if you ask me, not much will come out of the next Council meeting."

"Do you think so?"

"I can assure you of that."

Without saying more, Kalden Wangchuk returned to his morning reading, leaving his councilor with a circumspect air. For a Risorgian, understanding the detachment of the National Council was easy. The Union of Socialist States of Risorgia was a landlocked nation on another continent and a different planet from many involved nations. Yet, beyond geography, it was primarily an economic matter.

Despite this, and to the surprise of several national experts, an official statement on the subject would be issued at the next National Council meeting:

"The National Council of the Union of Socialist States of Risorgia,

Recognizing the escalating tensions in European seas,
Acknowledging the sacrifice of Kaidian lives in the name of world trade,
Deplored by the deadly pursuit of economic interests,

1 - Strongly condemns the inability of the concerned nations to unite for a peaceful, bloodshed-free solution;
2 - Expresses condolences to the families of the lives lost;
3 - Urges the States of the world to prevent a potential escalation into a wider conflict by promoting dialogue, mediation, and international cooperation."

As the tension with IBSO grows stronger, the Engineering Corps of Kaidia have devised a plan: create a personnel land carrier, heavy armored, armed with a light tank cannon. Should be simple enough, this design isn't exactly an Arch Reactor, is it? Well, yeah. It's kind of simple. But the design slightly looks like a Landship from WWI, with big tractors outside the walls. So the engineers go back to the board, where they find out they can just hide the tractor and the machinery under a light sheet of armor. Simple!

But the size of the entire thing is another problem, as it's a clear target. The most they could do was either make it camo or heavier, but the carrier was slow regardless. So they compressed the driver seat like a car, and the guns accessible from a ladder to a tight area. Sure, not exactly spine-supportive, but hey, Kaidians are meant to have flexible spines, at least the biological ones.

So with a design for a land-carrier, the Corps started to get to work on designing this "should-be-simple-enough" excuse for a tank. But even with that, the Corps still hold countless meetings to innovate the old Kaidian designs for tanks, planes, drones, and robo-soldiers. After all, you can't be too safe! Well, I guess you kinda can. I mean, I guess I'm only making this because I want action. After all, I want to get back into RP, and I mean serious rp. I just don't wanna put it on Lemona cause we had like 3 conflicts on that, and one of them wasn't even an actual war!

REMEMBER, REMEMBER, THE 28TH OF DECEMBER

————————————————————————

[POV, Robert Griffith's:]

it was a cold day, snow blanketed London and Parliament, Today a discussion was being hold on some non-important vote, Something about regulations on workers safety.. I can't remember, I was spaced out, not listening to the MPs or Clerk of the House, I began to think how annoying it'll be to deal with that snow outside.. jesus it'll be freezing out there. When suddenly an MP tapped me on my shoulder and leaned in to whisper something
"Do you know when this session'll be over?" I glanced over "No.." The nervous MP leaned back and presumably asked another MP next to them the same question, once doing so leaning back in and telling me "They said 20 Minutes if you were curious PM" I kept a blank expression on my face "Cheers.." I felt exhausted and was glad to hear I could leave soon and get a well needed nap, now it was just time to wait..

————————————————————————

[NO POV]

A Disguised revolutionary kept digging, He was directly under parliament. He had been digging for months now, Nobody knew he or his Comrades were there. Behind him a fellow revolutionary handed him explosives, more down the line were handing explosives down for him to plant, He did so, with more and more explosives being handed to him. Added onto the pile. This tunnel extended for miles, it was a monumental feat, the revolutionaries themselves couldn't believe it. They had used the sewers, gathering information about parts of the sewers that were frequently cleaned or visited by government workers and parts that weren't, getting the closest to parliament they could and digging a hole in the sewer walls to it, hiding it out of sight of anybody. Finally the flow of explosives had stopped and they had all been planted. The revolutionary that had planted them made sure they were set, carefully examining them, with the revolutionary behind rushing, he quickly stated
"Be Patient damnit!" his voice echoing through the tunnel and some revolutionaries snickering at his comments "The General will be proud of us, He will not believe it!" the revolutionary behind gestured for him to be quiet, he did so. The revolutionaries began their way back out the tunnel, ducking their way through the narrow tunnel.

————————————————————————

[POV, Robert Griffith's:]

Time felt as if it was dragging on for hours.. it felt like it had been an hour now but I know it had only been 15 minutes, I just had to endure 5 minutes..
Whilst I was glancing around, I spotted the MOW (Minister Of War) and MOI (Minister Of Intelligence) discussing with each other in the far corner of parliament near the doors, they seemed to be joking.. I got curious, looking over to the Clerk of the house, seeing them pre-occupied with a particularly unruly MP, I took the opportunity to stand up and sneak over to the two ministers, with everybody seemingly that disinterested that they didn't spot me or if they did, they didn't care. As I approached the two ministers they looked over to me, the MOI with his usual eagle-eyed stare through his glasses and the MOW with his usual fury. I spoke loud enough for them to hear me but quietly enough for nobody else to
"What are you two discussing? It has to be more interesting than this debate.." The MOI adjusted his glasses "Sir.. how do we put this?" The MOI and MOW looked at eachother, snickering as they did so, almost as if they were saying to each other “Im not telling him, you are”, The MOW let out one final chuckle before finally saying in a hushed tone "The Pyhdon Emperor got arrested going into Lemona!" The MOW Burst out laughing with the MOI Snickering to himself yet again, earning a few looks from MPs across parliament, I stood there for a second slightly thinking they were joking "Really?" they both quickly replied "Yes!" I joined in their snickering, How could the Pyhdon Emperor get himself caught in Lemona? I wondered though, why was he there anyway? I decided to ask "Do you know why he was in Lemona?" The MOI Paused for a Moment "Our Intelligence isn't sure why, it may have been something do with all this IBSO Nonsense.. anyhow it is Hilarious." The MOW Chuckled "Heh, yeah.." Suddenly, The Clerk of the house shouted across the house along with a bang of his gavel "This Session of parliament is Over! We shall continue this debate tomorrow!" The 2 Ministers and I all looked at eachother, I spoke up first "Would you two join me on a walk?" The MOW Looked unsure but the MOI was eager, the MOI spoke first "Hmm.. Why not? I have some plans to discuss with you anyhow" I and the MOI looked over to the MOW, he finally spoke "I have some matters back at the Ministry of War to sort, I'll have to deal with that first.." I responded "Alright then, I won't impede your job Minister, get to it!" The MOW quickly scurried off, Exiting parliament, I and the MOI looked back at eachother "shall we get going then?" he said with us exiting parliament behind the MOW

————————————————————————

[NO POV]

All the Revolutionaries had finally exited the tunnel, with a charge leading out of the tunnel to where the revolutionaries stood, ready to blow parliament sky high any moment, One of the Revolutionaries radios crackled to life, It was Revolutionaries above ground outside parliament itself, they had spotted the MOW, MOI And Prime Minister, The revolutionaries quickly surrounded the single Revolutionaries radio, carefully listening to what the party above ground had to say. They were going to blow up parliament any how but assassinating the PM is what they really wanted, they quickly formulated a plan, realising the MOW wasn't with them and it was just the PM and MOI on a walk. Observe where the PM and MOI are going and intersect their path, Assassinate the PM at all costs. The above ground group agreed, and dispersed, carefully following the PMs Path, One revolutionary, James Mild, had been assigned the task of following the PM the Closest. Strangely the PM didn't have any security with him, the Revolutionaries found this odd but Robert was a man of the people, so they assumed he had simply ordered for no security to be with him, anyhow they prepared themselves, Watching the MOI and PM move across the street and get closer to 10 Downing Street, James following closely behind, the PM and MOI stopped just a few feet from the gates of 10 Downing Street, the MOI had his back to James but the PM was facing him, the PM hadn't noticed him yet but he soon would

————————————————————————

[POV, Robert Griffith's:]

I and the MOI had stopped outside the gates of 10 Downing Street, just a few feet from it, the MOI was going on and on about his new plans for intelligence gathering, I was half-heartedly listening, zoning out and observing my surroundings. I had seen everything around 10 Downing Street a million times now, but it never got old, the trees and buildings, older than I was by centuries, when suddenly, I noticed a peculiar man almost run-walking towards me and the MOI. The MOI hadn't noticed I was zoned out by now or my perplexed look at the individual, too focused on what he was saying. The man I had spotted had his eyes fixated on me, he looked almost manic, Insane even, he wore a brown trenchcoat, grey jumper, black pants and a brown cap. He got closer and closer, feet away from us when finally he began to reach into his trenchcoat

Time froze, and it was too late when I realised what was about to happen, it was almost as if everything had gone into slow motion as I saw the man pull out a handgun and aim it at me, 3 shots rang out, the first missed, the second two hit my shoulder and chest, I felt a stinging pain as the MOI whipped his head around to face the attacker and security at the gate rushed at him. When he began to pull the handgun out several people noticed and ran. But now that he had fired, everyone noticed. I collapsed to the ground in pain, as the MOI shouted for the security to apprehend him, he had already began booking it down the street. Thankfully however civilians had gotten in his way and stopped him themselves, my vision began to become blurry as I made out the silhouette of the MOI trying to assist me to my feet, throwing my arm over his shoulder
"WE NEED TO GET YOU TO A HOSPITAL!" The MOI shouted, he kept barking orders at the security, the attacker had been apprehended now and was being dealt with by a few security, the rest were tending to me. They quickly got a vehicle, I, the MOI and a few security got into the car and drove to the nearest hospital across the river, passing the parliament. As we did so however approaching the bridge. An explosion roared from behind the car, I glanced over at the MOI, his expression said it all, he was looking behind us towards parliament, and muttered in a panicked tone "They Blew Up Parliament.."

In Vordoslavia, tensions rose in Gaia, and some oppositions wanted to install a 'Big Brother Government, with Grand Kaiser Leopold the 1st submitting to this extreme group. Shortly after this group rose to power, the Kaiser ordered the military to crack down on this group, known as the Big Brother Massacre. Vordoslavia has now changed and opposition groups shall not be seen in Vordoslavian territory again.

Theocracy: the queen of the sciences. Theocracy led to many of our modern hospital and education systems in the Middle Ages. But sometimes, Theocracy is taken much more literal than that: in the form of Holy Wars, or Crusades for the Christians. And what the Kaedia Christin want to do is have a crusade... against the locals of the Gaian Levanat. Now, the real objective is to make a Jerusalemite puppet kingdom and create a holy site at: you bet, Jerusalem. But of course, this needs preperations. So the Kaidian Navy have gathered tons of ships to ship out willing pilgrims to Jersualem, where they will be the first subjects of Kaidian Jerusalem.

Over fifty-thousand people had gathered in Kaidian Italia to go on the pilgrimage of a lifetime, and it was crowded indeed. Navy ships had docked at Port Aurellio and pushed off to the Eastern Mediterranean Sea. The journey took a whole 4 days to make it towards the coast of the Levant, and a day and a half to make it to the site of Jerusalem. Once the people had landed, they roamed free and started to make boundaries for the new Kingdom, making an outline of the Medieval Jerusalem. But as people say: Rome wasn't built in a Day! So for now, the area is only made of simple wood houses and soldiers/pilgrims managing the foundation for a Holy Site of an Era! For now, the area is controlled by a collective Administration of Pilgrims and Soldiers, similar to the Kaidian Administration at Greater Akorrda.

Once the Manis Imperiae woke up to the news, he had come out from the Citadel to leave for the new Colony, using his private ship to sail from the North Sea to the Mediterranean. As of today, his Eternal Greatness is packing up for the trip, and is expected to leave tomorrow.

REMEMBER, REMEMBER, THE 28TH OF DECEMBER

I stared at the MOI, did I just hear him right? surely they haven't.. I mustered my strength and looked behind me through the boot of the car towards Parliament, to my horror all I could see was smoke and people running away. "Those B######s actually did.." I muttered under my breath, I collapsed back onto the seat and stared straight forward, a government worker in the seat next to me tending to my wounds whilst we pulled up to the hospital, I started to feel more and more woozy before passing out due to blood loss

The PM had passed out within the car, The MOI and government worker looked at eachother and knew what they had to do, They got Robert out of the car and placed his arms over their shoulders, The government worker on the left and MOI on the right, they quickly scurried to the Hospital entrance, dragging Robert along, quickly getting him medical attention. Back towards parliament people were scrambling to figure out what had happened, with many realising it had been an attack by Monarchist revolutionaries. Smoke engulfed the area that was parliament, with it spreading further and further into the sky and across London, Soldiers located within the city rushed to the area, along with any security. The other revolutionaries within the city had taken the opportunity to now escape, long gone from London, they most likely wouldn't be caught for months, The revolutionaries underground were still navigating the sewer system to get out, however police did block the sewer exits so they're bound to get caught. The revolutionary that had shot the PM, James, had been taken to a police station, and was now in police custody being questioned, however so far it hasn't gotten anywhere, and it most likely won't.

In the sewers, the Revolutionaries began to see light, they realised they had found an exit, they quickly scrambled towards it, wading through the water and rubbish and diet inside the sewer, One approached the exit, then three and soon all of them, before they all realised police were waiting for them, hiding around the corner of the sewer exit. Some accepted their fate, others tried to run back into the sewers but failed. All of them were caught and brought into police custody to be questioned by government operatives.

Almost 300 People have been confirmed dead in this horrific act, and more bodies are still being found. THE COMMUNES SHALL, WILL ENDURE

————————————————————————————————————

'The Communes will endure', this message reverberates across Britain and it's empire, citizens mourn and government officials scramble as the news of the death of Prime Minister Robert Griffith's was announced. The nation has lost one of its best leaders and the revolutionaries will be made to pay a toll for what they have done. With parliament in ruin and the leader of the nation dead, Command has been handed over to the MoD, who is ready to carry out the justice necessary for the tragedy carried out, all flags across the nation are now flying at half-mast, a funeral is expected to be held soon. Since the attack, police and soldiers have been all around London and attacks on revolutionaries have never been more frequent, with more and more soldiers being recruited, patriotism is at an all time high..

SOCIALISTIC BRITAIN, LONDON, BARRACKS.

The soldiers stand around the officer standing on the pedestal, all these soldiers are fresh recruits, just out of training aged 18. This officer will be sending them off to India to fight the revolutionary threat, he clears his throat holding a piece of paper Infront of him, preparing himself for the speech he is about to make.
"Today, you will be sent off for your country, your families, and for your people, You will fight the glorious fight that this nation needs you to do. When you return, You will be hailed as Heroes! Saviours of our glorious nation! Do not fret the enemy, for they are cowards, mere bugs compared to you. when you charge the enemy, remember you are fighting for the survival of this very nation, it's very essence and glory.

This is a necessary fight for our nation, if we were to back down and let these revolutionary scum take over, we would be cowards. So do not let them take over, fight to the last man." The soldiers begin cheering "FOR BRITANNIA! FOR OUR GLORIOUS COMMUNES!"
The soldiers repeat the phrase, with the cheering growing ever louder

Little do these soldiers know, they will not return home, and the officer knows damn well he is speaking lies.

Revirin looks out into Greater Akorrda, ever sipping his delicious Kaidian beer. Typical. But of course, it is something he can use to pass his most sorrow times. He turns around in his chair, to find his waiter. The waiter says nothing but bows before putting down a newspaper from the Kaidian Chronicle for Revirin. Revirin bows back, and picks up the newspaper for him to read. He takes almost half an hour to read the entire thing. Periodically, the waiter comes back with a cup of coffee for the Manis Imperiae. It is still the morning, after all. Revirin then hears chatter from another room. He sighs, still half-way through the last article. Revirin stands up and sips the rest of the coffee and leaves the cup on the tray of the waiter, coming back with once more another cup. The waiter looks back at the Manis Imperiae saying nothing, before taking the full coffee cup for himself.

Now the Manis Imperiae is on his way down the Imperial Citadel, knowing what is up with the chatter. He eventually makes it downstairs where the chatter is louder than ever. Once down, he opens the door to the Kaidian Administration, where the Administrators sit to discuss legislation. Revirin walks in, and sees there is a lack of the High Administrator. Outragous! Revirin runs over to the High Administrator's Podium and strikes the javel. "Order! Order! Ordebin, Thalceri!" Revirin said. Suddenly, the entire room got quiet. The Administrators all sat down as Revirin wiped his head. Revirin then spent the next hour or so debating with the Administration on a new planet in the Gaia System, being perfect for home for a new people (and a new tech era). In a classic democratic vote of hands, the word to land a ship on the new planet is set. So Revirin decides to go along with the ship ride, as he calls the Engineers out to release the KAC Aydra and the KTC Feraw (in this factbook) with 20,000 people and 50,000 people respectively.

Revirin tags along, leaving the Administration to govern Kaidia in his absence. In the wake of noon, the ships were filled with fuel and people still struggling to get in. But the majority of the people outside the ship are observers, watching from cruise ships by the two islands where the ships were docked. The crowd cheer on for the people to land in a new home, far from the native home. There is still time for people to get on, for the massive amount of people coming onto the ships. Eventually, the ships are nearly full at 2:30, and it is time to take off for the new planet. Revirin looks from the Imperial Citadel, leaving his crown in a glass case. He knows that the crown to the people will be protected by Erik Vaanis, the one and only. So Revirin leaves with his personal soldiers to the Aydra, where they land inside with a landing bay. With all preperations set, both of the ships' engines roar to life, as the supports holding them both up raise and they hover in grace.

After a few minutes, the ships reach the altitude to safely roam, and align to the new planet. With a roar, the ships leave the area (and soon the planet) to colonize a new planet. So for the next few days, the management of the ship target where to land on in the planet. Eventually in the meeting, they find the planet way distorted, almost like a mirrored version of Earth and Gaia combined. But who knows, I'm only basing this off of what Vordo said. They decide that the closest thing to Italia would suffice for a good colony. They wait until the ships reach the landing area, where they would leave the colonists with resources to use and come back to Kaidia. Of course, that'll be in the next few days, but at least they'll have a site to land on.

Once woken by the dawn of morning, High Administrator Herile vet Yornum finds a cup of coffee infront of him in his quarters. He's surprised, as he only lives in a regular civilian apartment. But I guess today is a special day? But then Herile hears a knock. He expects the daily Kaidian Chronicle, which he finds pretty soon. He picks up the newspaper and reads through the first page... but he senses something off. He's supposed to go on a diplomatic mission today! Herile rushes to his feet and gets his shoes and coat. As Herile walked out the door, he quickly got back inside and locked his exit door. Soon, he went out his bedroom window and locked the window there. He went down the stairs in his apartment until he could find a good height to safely jump off.

Herile soon found his car and quickly drove off into traffic, barely following traffic laws. Eventually, he swerved enough to reach the air docks. Herile ran over to the transport plane, filled with delicious Kaidian beer and the crew to bring the diplomats to Vordoslavia. Herile boards the plane quickly, as the thrusters just now launch and head the way to Vordoslavia. Since I'm lazy, I'll just say the plane reaches the Vordoslav airspace, and Herile is close to the capital to meet with the Grand Kaiser (or Manis Imperiae, since they both mean "Great Emperor").

In the quiet halls of the National Council on Foreign Affairs, Sir Kalden Wangchuk stood before a somber assembly of each State Council's representative on Foreign Affairs. The news of the parliament bombing in Britain had reached Risorgia, and the gravity of the situation weighed heavily on their hearts. Kalden Wangchuk, the head of the council, addressed his colleagues with a solemn tone, "Our thoughts and condolences go out to the people of Britain in this challenging time. The loss of Prime Minister Robert Griffith is not just a national tragedy for them, but a loss felt across borders. We stand with them in grief, united in our commitment to peace and unity."

As discussions echoed the sentiments of concern and empathy for Britain, Sir Kalden Wangchuk, chose to address and underline Risorgia's unwavering commitment to democracy, peace, and societal harmony. "While we mourn with the people of Britain, we must also remain vigilant in upholding the values that bind us as a global community. Risorgia condemns any act of violence that threatens the foundations of democracy, for it is through dialogue and understanding that true progress is achieved." Sir Kalden Wangchuk remarked, his voice reflecting a blend of concern and determination. "In times of crisis, it is crucial to unite rather than divide, to build bridges rather than walls."

As the news from Britain continued to unfold, the National Council on Foreign Affairs in Risorgia convened to discuss the nuanced aspects of the unfolding situation. "When a country and its people are in pain, the path we choose defines our character as a nation. Risorgia firmly believes in dialogue, mediation, and international cooperation as the essential tools for resolving disputes. We must reach out to Britain, offering our support in fostering understanding rather than escalating hostilities."

The decision in Britain to send fresh recruits to India, coupled with promises of heroism, raised ethical concerns within the Risorgian council. Known for his principled stance, Kalden Wangchuk questioned the treatment of young lives and the honesty of leadership. "The responsibility of sending young men and women into harm's way should be guided by transparency and a genuine commitment to their well-being. We must question the motives behind such decisions and strive for ethical practices in matters of national security." he continued with a resolute tone "As we witness the developments in Britain, let us remain steadfast in our belief that diplomatic solutions must prevail. Risorgia stands as a beacon of hope, advocating for peaceful resolutions and collective well-being. We extend our deepest sympathies to the people of Britain, urging all nations to prioritize dialogue over discord."

As a gesture of compassion, Risorgia announced a day of national mourning. Public spaces hosted candlelight vigils, and citizens gathered in parks and town squares to reflect on the fragility of life and the importance of standing together in times of sorrow. The profound grief echoed the sentiments of a people deeply committed to fostering harmony and understanding in a world often marked by discord.

Across the nation, flags flew at half-mast, a visible expression of solidarity with a fellow nation facing a profound crisis. The air was heavy with empathy as citizens, from serene urban centers to bustling mountain villages, mourned the loss of lives in the tragic bombing. Social media platforms buzzed with messages of support and empathy, showcasing the compassionate spirit of the Risorgian people.

In a televised address to the nation, the National Council Spokeperson Tenzin Dorje, flanked by the Unity Peaks flag, spoke with a measured and empathetic tone. "Our hearts go out to the people of Britain. In the face of adversity, let us reaffirm our commitment to peace, understanding, and cooperation. Risorgia extends its hand in solidarity, offering whatever support is deemed necessary during this difficult period. May the spirit of unity prevail in these challenging times." Tenzin pursued and emphasized the importance of truthfulness in leadership and the ethical treatment of those entrusted to defend the nation. "However, we do need to underline that our soldiers are not pawns, but individuals with dreams, families, and futures. It is our duty as a nation to ensure their well-being and to approach matters of conflict with honesty and integrity." The Risorgian stance stood as a beacon for ethical governance, advocating for dialogue over confrontation and transparency over manipulation.

In an official statement released to Britain and the international community, Risorgia emphasized the importance of collective efforts in resolving conflicts. "Our hearts go out to Britain, and we extend an earnest hand in facilitating a dialogue that can lead to reconciliation. The road to peace is paved with understanding, and we stand ready to assist in any way that promotes harmony." The spirit of solidarity echoed through the following sentences "In these challenging times, let us remember that the pursuit of peace requires collective efforts and a commitment to understanding. Risorgia stands ready to offer its support in any form that fosters reconciliation and healing for the people of Britain."

But the nation also expressed reservations about the potential consequences of a divisive approach in the aftermath of such a tragedy. "We would also like to warn the other nations of this world that public shaming and ridicule have the potential to escalate tensions and sow seeds of discord. It is our fervent hope that Britain, in their pursuit of justice, will also safeguard the principles that define democracy – freedom of expression, tolerance, and the right to dissent."

Through diplomatic channels, Risorgia was communicating its concerns to Britain, urging a reconsideration of methods that could inadvertently compromise the very societal harmony they sought to protect. The call for prudence and a measured response was a call from Risorgia towards the international community, begging them to foster a world where dialogue and understanding prevail over discord and animosity. Risorgia urged restraint and diplomatic engagement on the international stage. "Retaliatory actions can perpetuate a cycle of suffering. Let us choose the path of understanding and dialogue, for in unity, we find strength. Risorgia extends an olive branch to Britain and calls upon the global community to prioritize compassion, cooperation, and the well-being of all."

The message from Risorgia resonated beyond its borders, embodying a vision of a world where nations stand united, not in the face of conflict, but in the pursuit of lasting peace and collective prosperity.

WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE?

The New PM (On account of the previous one dying and a new one not being elected yet) James william whom is still filling his position as MoD, Reads through the newspaper, its full of the usual Jargon, when a statement from a nation bordering them catches his eye, Risorgia.. He had heard the name before, through some of his generals informing him of a new nation popping up near their gaian settlements, It was addressed to Britain and the international community itself? he quickly read through it, once reaching the end he sighs, thinking to himself "Who do these people think they are?", He also knew Risorgia was attempting to use diplomatic channels to voice its concerns, he had also spotted a section of the newspaper of Vordoslavia's Kaiser sending his concerns, he wasnt aware if his diplomats had responded but he decided to do so now, preparing to put on a facade for the nation

He sent a message through diplomatic channels to the nation of Risorgia and more importantly its Leader (ooc: i dont know who your leader is so uhhh)

"We understand your concerns, and we are grateful for your peoples empathy and care for our Previous PM's unfortunate passing. we will take your concerns into account but we cannot promise anything, we must do what is necassary as a nation.. however we will attempt to preserve democracy and the people's right to free speach and protest as much as we can, We as a nation thank you Sir Kalden Wangchuk and Risorgia itself and wish you luck."

After he was done he decided to send a message to the vordoslavian Kaiser.
Kaiser Leopold the 1st.. Britain greatly appreciates your condolences as we are mourning the loss of our beloved leader, We wish your nation luck and again, greatly appreciate your condolences.

William was now tired, and finally decided to begin preparing his next steps to eliminate the rebel threat.
