Greetings!

I am Kafkanistan. In "real life", I'm a 20s-30s dieselpunk enthusiast, lit geek, aspiring game author, animation buff, graphic art student and (gasp) girl.

My nation is inspired by a real place. It is California, where surreal run-ins with bureaucracy are unfortunately very common and getting worse all the time. I decided to create my nation after recent *extremely surreal* dealings with the school financial aid department and a surreal day at the DMV (events which are actually pretty tame), and a few downright nightmarish things happening to my friends in the same week.

We Kafkans are a disgruntled and frustrated lot, some of us more than others.
