any way to recover lost archived messages

hey i lost some old sentimental archived messages is there any way to recover them

All of your RMB posts are available here. (The RMB search system was changed in 2017 so search only brought up the latest/oldest 1,000 posts for a given search term instead of all of them, but since you've only made five you're well in the clear.)

All of your forum posts are available here (you joined in 2010 so didn't lose anything in Jolt).

If you mean where your telegrams are, you might want to look in all of your folders again. You have Postmaster-General status but I have no idea when you got it so telegrams from before then may be lost to you and everybody but the person who sent them.
