The Free Land of Svobodala, commonly known as Svobodala, is an large, environmentally-friendly island-nation located in the South Atlantic Ocean off the coast of South-west Africa. Consisting of a single large island with many smaller islands surrounding, Svobodala has a population of 773 million people, the majority concentrated on the west coast in major cities. Svobodala's economy is very well-developed and varied, with large contributions from tourism, agriculture, arms manufacturing, and coastal fishing. The capital and largest city is the coastal city of Svobodala City, with a population of 19 million, and is known for its many plant-covered skyscrapers and canal systems, as it is prone to flooding.
Svobodala's demographics are primarily native Svobodalan, who have a fair skin color, which is unusual for the region Svobodala is in, although a substantial percentage of the population is Dutch, English, and Argentinian. Svobodala has extremely high civil liberties and political freedoms, with a libertarian government. The average income is approximately 97,000 Svobodalan Shells, but the figure is likely lower as many Svobodalans still live in their traditional villages deep in the wilderness, cut off from the rest of the nation.
