Welcome to Kalasparata's Factbook. What is a Changing Empire or Republic you may ask? Well we all know an empire is when you have an Emporer or Empress who can have absolute power, no matter how corrupt nor crappy he/she is, just because his/her father or mother had absolute power. Now we all know this isn't very democratic, no matter if the nation is a democrasy. Now, as we all know, a republic is a nation with no Emporer, Empress, King nor Queen and is as democratic but there is nothing stopping the president taking absolute power, unless it's a system like Australia with a Govenor General. With Kalasparata, the Emporer or Empress has power but not absolute power this is because every 6 months, along with the general elections, we also have the Rupublic or Empire Elections. This is when we ask the people weather they want the current Empire or Empress or weather they want or a republic. If they chose the Emporer or Empress, he/she has power of Kalasparata and Hellenic Oztralia and is the head of the parliment, however, if they vote against him/her, we have a republic, where the President Cop makes sure we stay democratic. Why do we an empire you may ask, it's because of the chance of Kalasparata or Hellenic Oztralia ever getting invaded either externally through foreign take over or internally through military dictatorship, we have an empire or empress to protect us.

Imagine a great desert, spreading over a billion kilometres, an extremely minor fault line (with tiny volcanos that only release 1L of lava and the biggest earthquakes are 1-2 on the recto scale and tsunamis are only 1 meter high), really, really tall mountains and really, really deep cliffs which spread past the nations boarders, grass lands great enough to feed 3 million sheep, the grand waters of the pacific ocean, bush, forests and woods bigger than you can ever know, snow in the tropics, the international date line, the equator, cyclones, a desert as large as Europe, a beach so sandy that it goes km past any ones imagination, sunshine, summer and winter at the same time with-in the one km, elevations, sea, desert and snow breezes all meeting together, extremely fertile land, natural beauty. Now imagine it all meeting together in a 3 sq km location. That's Ipsola Central District for you!

The rest of Kalasparata has all these things but not centralised. The greatest number of the following a 8 sq km land (other than ICD) has is 5! Our greatest earthquake was a 2 on the recto scale thanks to our extremely tiny fault line! The rest of Kalasparta sits on a plate. The longest, widest and deepest closed body of water is the Kalasparadio Grand International Sea which runs from Ipsola to Hellenic Oztralia, the tallest mountain is Kalasparadio Mount Kalasparata, in the Kalasparadio Kalasparatan Mountain Ranges which is also the nation's largest range, in Ipsola, the lowest point is the Kalasparadio Ipsola Canyon, also in The Kalasparadio Kalasparatan Mountain Ranges. We also have an island in Kalasparatan waters, Danger Island, 500km off the cost of Ipsola on a huge fault line with every natural disaster, sickness and dieses. The whole country spreads over 18,200,700 km2 which includes Lake Kalasparata which expands over 1,200,000km2

40,000 to 50,000 thousand years ago, millions of tribes with people any where from 2-2,000 people staarted up all over the country (which of coarse hadn't been created). This was the birth of Kalasparata. From 30,000 to 22,000 years ago, these tribes started expanding, claiming more and more land and merging with other tribe all around around who were very simmilar but had one different thing each so they worked out their differences and changed both tribes to compromise. As they went futher and futher, the more they had changed from the origional tribes and were extremely differnent. After a while, they started seeing other merged tribes who were completely different and could not compromise, so they stoped merging and started setteling. This happened 18,000 years ago and all these 100 places started to develop culture and religion. 2,000 years later, all these tribal groups started to develop infrastructure. These 100 tribal groups became city states. There were a few citystates scatered across 4 different areas. Each area was millions of kilometers away and each with different languages. In one they spoke English, one Greek, one Kalaspian and one Shimaratan. The Kalaspian and Shimaratan ones had many completely different languages but so simmilar they made it into the one. They started expanding and moving closer to the other groups but the languages were too diferent so they were kept seperate. They eventually picked up the other languages. They then tryed to start a nation but there was only one problem...the people from one half wanted a monarchy and from the other a republic so they had attempted to only start up 2 countries, Kalasparata and Shimarata which was only meant to last 50 years until they found a solution everyone would be happy. Kalaspia was the monarchy and Shimarata was the republic. There were many of attempts of re-union but it wasn't it wasn't till 500 years later, in 4000 BC, where John Redman Waters came up with the system we have now and became the first King of Kalasparata. They also desided that since it was Kalaspia's system, the rmonarchy, that started the nation, Kalaspia should go first in everything. They also decided for Ipsola to be the capital as it was the only place on the boder. The centralisation of Ipsola encouraged Kalasparatans to be centralist. The name Kalasparata was a combination between Kalaspia and Shimarata.

In 1916, Kalasparata was involved in many battles of World War 1 some very, very far away and Kalasparata had many distant enemies with allys near Kalasparata so our enemies could stop here. Kalasparata didn't have many allies so we had to travel very long distances with no stopping nor refuling so Kalasparata had to come up with bright solutions. We had to buy un-inhabbited land from poor countries and build up temporary colonies. When the war ended, we kept the land, mainly because many kalasparatans had perminatly moved there and all the local poor nations went bust and the locals fled with the money we paid them for the rest of their land. We then started building them up perminatly.

In 1950, during the early period of the Cold War, a new problem was threatening Kalasparata, communism. Kalasparata enlisted in conscription since there was a war directly affecting Kalasparata from a communist trying to turn us communist. Back then, there were many pro-communists in Kalasparata who were arguing against the government but extremely were extremely out numbered and as they did not want to fight against communism, they went to Ipsola because they knew that if they protested there, where Kalasparata was controled. These riots got out of hand and it was dificult for Kalasparata to fight the war because of the protests. This was solved in 1956 when Kim Derimal started a seperate, communist country named Hellenic Oztralia and the Kalasparatans granted them the land just so they can stop bugging us. In 1960, the war had ended and the Hellenic Oztralians saw all the poor countries and realised how bad communism, so they dumped it is and asked Kalasparata if they could re-unite but it was too dificult for a few reasons:
1.Hellenic Oztralia was in the World Assembly which Kalasparata would never join
2.There were still some die hard communists
3.The damage was irreparable
4.Kalasparata already had colonies and it would be stupid and meaninless to make Hellenic Oztralia be anythning but one
So Kalasparata put Hellenic Oztralia under juristiction. On September 18 2010, Hellenic Oztralia left the WA, but we did not bother re-uniting them so we kept them seperate but under Kalasparatan Juristiction

4th July saw the age of Anti-matter when a huge metor the size of Ipsola hit the Kalasparatan desert. Fortunatly it was an un-inhabbited area. Kalasparata saw this amazing phenomenon and decided that either we''ll leave it there and let it annihilate more of the atmosphere and itself or we could try to store it and study it. The atmosphere eventually repared itself and Kalasparata studied and stored it. When we found out enough about anti-matter, the age began. On 9 November 2010, when people lost intrest and developing more anti-matter and started getting intrested in other things like the spectrum, the age of anti-matter ended and the period of technological progress began

Kalasparata's military, police, life savers, ambulance, fire services, rescue, serch parties, bomb squad, prison wardens, cyber cops (internet police), navy, airforce, space force (army of space), national guard etc. are all under the one department, KES (Kalasparatan Emergency Services). In the emergency services, you start off as an amateur moving from department to department then you become a professional in a certain department. KES is nationalised

By law, all KES vehicles must have bumpers of a 1991 car, be made of thick stainless steal, has the technology to go over speed bumps and dips ect. really fast without even noticing, must be no more than 2 years old (before it gets sold), etc.
Serving 10 years in the KES will get you the Veteran as oppose to 30 years in any other job.
All KES departments are integrated! Our military is part of the KES. We have weapons of all sorts from swords and spears, antimatter, inter-dimensional travel, huge rays that shoot communication satellite of our enemies to earth and many other classified things. Kalasparata is a defensive army only and only exists for the protection of the nation and allies. We will never invade!

Ancient Religions
Before Christ, Kalasparata had many religions, the main of which being Jewdism, but there were also hundreds of natives, the main ones of which included:
Fragujumanuburaism:
A religion in which worshiped the fluro pink and fluro green colour combinations
Heretramanakupaloramianiaism:
A religion which worships dimensions. The belife that if you don't make use of all 3 dimensions, the gods will belive you only want 2 dimensions so when you die, you will become eternally 2-dimensional but, if you used all 3 dimensions, then your ghost will roam around the 3 dimensions forever but for those who wants it, can try to discover the 4th dimension
