Honestly, it's fine the way it is, and I doubt it will be changed, but in my humble opinion, if it ever were to change, it should be more akin to "A chamber dedicated to promoting inter-regional peace and goodwill, when convenient."

Because lets face it, the UN in the real world is not above realpolitik and cynically abandoning its supposed principles when the price is right, and the WA is an obvious satire of the real world UN.
