The Rejected Realms Embassy

Hello, everyone!

Welcome to the embassy of the Rejected Realms in the NationStates Gameplay forum. In this thread we shall post updates on our lovely and unique region, answer questions and well..all the other stuff that you do in embassies.

The Rejected realms is unique, because unlike most regions, you can't be banned from it. Even better, you can't be kicked from it. It is the place where nations end up when they get ejected from other regions (which is why it is known as a 'sinker' - as against a 'feeder').

Most of you only know the current WA delegate, Kandarin (nation recently passed onto Naivetry of Equilism) but there were others before him, such as Louldamin, Gres (former High commander of the Rejected Realms Army, also known as Phoenix Gres) and MrNonchalant (leader of the Atlantic Alliance, arch enemy of the RRA).

And TRR's first update in years...

Image

Kandarin retires

By this time, most people will already be aware that Kandarin has retired. His decision was announced here on the NationStates forums, and has been much discussed. There's little that we can add to it, other than to say that we wish him the best in RL, and hope that one day he will return.

Naivetry takes over Kandarin's nation

The most controversial aspect of Kandarin's retirement was his transferring of his nation to Naivetry of Equilism, who therefore took the delegacy of The Rejected Realms. This led to heated discussion amongst members of TRR, but eventually we've decided that Naivetry will continue to hold the delegacy for the time being, until a long-term decision is made on the future of the delegate position in TRR.

The Rejected Realms Army re-starts

The renewed interest in TRR following Kandarin's retirement has led to the reformation of the Rejected Realms Army, which is back in operation and defending regions around NationStates.

TRR Foreign Affairs Department created

As you can tell from this update (and from me pestering you about embassies), The Rejected Realms now has a Foreign Affairs Department. This means that we'll be sweeping aside the cobwebs in our embassies, and filling them up with updates like this.

Hunt for 'missing alliances' begins

After discovering a long-lost alliance with Lazarus, TRR's Foreign Affairs Department is now desperately hunting for other alliances that the region has signed. If you think we once signed over half our sovereign territories to you, in return for a couple of beers and a pack of cigarettes - well you're probably right - so let us know!

WA Voting Policy

After a discussion on the voting policy of our new delegate, Naivetry is now consulting with TRR members before voting on each WA resolution. In future, we may include a record of how we've voted on resolutions in our updates. The debate on our voting policy led to questions about TRR citizenship - something that will likely have to be addressed in the near future.

Future plans

So far, we've decided not to rush into any big decisions. This means we won't be setting up a massive constitution with loads of elected positions, only to find we can't fill them. However, TRR will still be moving forward, and Naivetry has suggested that we begin telegramming all new TRR nations inviting them to join the forums. Laws are still a way off, but we may get there eventually.

Other stuff

• The Rejected Realms is enjoying a healthy population of over 1,100 nations, thanks to Chief Recruiter JAL (aka Durkadurkiranistan II).
• A "So you've been ejected..." thread was set up on the NS forums for nations who find themselves unexpectedly resident in The Rejected Realms. This may be brought onto TRR's forums at some point in the future.
• TRR has seen several new members in recent weeks, including Pan-Stron-Atreus, Blackwater Rifts and Biblical Importance.
• TRR's famed Rooftop Poolrom has been cleaned, the bottles and bodies removed, and is now open for business!

That's all for this week, and if you're lucky, another update will be on its way soon.

One of the missing alliances is one Kandarin signed with NWO a week before he left the game.

I spoke to the founder of NWO about that when I saw it listed in your WFE. I said I'd seen no evidence for it, and that if it was agreed, I'd like some proof - and if not, that it should be removed. Agent W decided to remove mention of it from the WFE, so it's safe to assume it either never existed, or that it is no longer in effect.

Minor update: we're having some fun with a rejectee from the East Pacific named Anur-Sanur. Have fun reading his posts on our forum and our regional message board. And feel free to give feedback!

We're going to have an official update written & dispatched this weekend. Naivetry is remaining delegate for the time being, and we're slowly working our way towards a system of elections. However, this will take time as we want to make sure we do it correctly, and we're designing a system entirely from scratch.

Zetaboarded!

The Rejected Realms took the decision to convert it's forums from Invisionfree to Zetaboards recently. The old forum urls still work, and all the content (posts, threads, user accounts, messages etc.) are still there - the forum just uses better software. Following the conversion, we've installed a new forum theme so that TRR's forums no longer look like they were designed in 1995.

New admin slave

With the retirement of Kandarin, The Rejected Realms had found its forum short of admins. CrazyGirl therefore decided to appoint Sedge as a new administrator, to do all the work for her. This has included uploading the aforementioned forum theme, and adding various scripts to improve the useability of the forum. Rumours that he decorated her private office pink are unverified.

IRC

We finally have our own IRC channel - #TRR on irc.esper.net - and those without a dedicated IRC client can access the channel via the TRR's forums by going to this page: http://s8.zetaboards.com/The_RR_and_RRA/pages/irc/

Two Rivers Proposal

The Rejected Realms is edging slowly closer towards a system of semi-democratic delegate elections. Discussion on the "Two Rivers Proposal" can be found here, and the plan is likely to be implemented in the coming days. It envisages a one-off system for electing a delegate (with no specified term limit), with the elections run by a "Council of Three" consisting of CrazyGirl, Thought Transference and Biblical Importance. It is hoped that after a delegate election is concluded, we can begin discussions on setting up a formal set of laws as well as a goverment.

Anur-Sanur situation

The Rejected Realms has recently gained a new member by the name of Anur-Sanur, who was ejected from The East Pacific. After a brief period on the forum, he seems to have developed a dislike of CrazyGirl and Naivetry, and is campaigning to become delegate.

Mother knows best

Prominent TRR personality CrazyGirl posted a complaint on the NS forum about her nation being a "Father Knows Best" state, claiming that in fact, "Mother knows best". NationStates admin [violet] then changed the game code so that any nation previously in the "Father Knows Best State" category, with a nation pre-title of "Queendom" or "Matriarchy" becomes a "Mother Knows Best State".

Love is in the air?

A (mildly) edited transcript from #TRR reads:
* @CrazyGirl sighs
* @Wopruthien is worried
<@CrazyGirl> About?
<@Wopruthien> you just told me you loved me....

Unfortunately, Wopruthien's hopes were dashed just seconds later:
* @CrazyGirl face palms
<@CrazyGirl> I ddin't say I love you
<@sedge> who loves who?
<@CrazyGirl> everyone loves me?
<@sedge> Oh... I thought Wop said something about you saying you loved him
<@sedge> I just thought that I could spread that news around NS a bit
<@sedge> maybe mention it in the next update...
<@CrazyGirl> I don't love him
<@CrazyGirl> He just removed my aops
<@CrazyGirl> the bastard
<@sedge> lol
<@sedge> but I'm still including it in the next update
* Wopruthien was kicked by CrazyGirl (bastard.)

Wopruthien was later spotted crying in a corner, listening to REM's "Everybody Hurts".

That concludes this update from The Rejected Realms. We'll be back soon with news on such important issues as the delegacy, the setting up of a government, and Wopruthien's unrequited love for CG.

Elections Over!

The elections for the position of Delegate of The Rejected Realms have finally concluded, with Naivetry being elected as delegate. The election was contested by Naivetry and Biblical Importance, with much debate happening about the future of the region. Results were as follows:

Total eligible voters: 23
Total votes cast: 18

How the votes were cast:
Naivetry - 12
Biblical Importance - 2
Abstain - 4

Government?

With the elections over, TRR is expected to move on to sorting out a government for the region, as well as a set of laws to establish how the region operates. More on this (hopefully) in the next update.

Quote of the month

Biblical Importance wrote:
Anur-Sanur wrote:i have a general question, but I think it is an important one.

What makes you different from Naivetry and how do these differences make you the better choice for delegate?

That's a question you should ask your parents. And I don't think it makes me a better candidate than her.

Marriage

Two residents of TRR are to be married later this month - Whamabama and CrazyGirl. This will take place at 11pm GMT on Sunday 23rd January, at #TheWeddingChapel on irc.esper.net . Further information can be found here.

IRC

#TRR has been as busy as ever, with debate on such topics as squirrels, marriage and cooking CrazyGirl on the BBQ. Feel free to join in the madness - we don't bite.

#Gameplay is a newly established channel on esper.net , set up by CrazyGirl in an attempt to bring together gameplayers from across NationStates. This paragraph is a shameless plug for it :P

Other Stuff

  • Anur-Sanur decided to participate in the elections (and not as a candidate).
  • TRR had a special Christmas theme for the forums for a couple of weeks, including special ranks such as Reindeer, Snowman and Elf. However, this has now been disabled, so you'll have to wait until next year to see it again.
  • We still haven't decided on a regional song. This could be connected to the fact that CG was supposed to be organising the vote.

Government

Discussions on a government progressed rapidly, with general consensus amongst members on how it'll be structured. Things have since stalled slightly, since no-one particularly wants to do the next step and actually draft a constitution. Hopefully we'll stop being lazy and get that done by the time the next update is out. The intention is to keep things fairly simple, and to not tie ourselves up in laws. The discussion can be found here.

Foreign Affairs

The Foreign Affairs Department has been working hard, recently opening an embassy with The South Pacific, bringing our total number of embassies up to 20.

Anur-Sanur

Well-known troublemaker Anur-Sanur had a slight meltdown, with it eventually being revealed that he was working with NeeNee (Pristine Angel) on her plans to take over the region. The two fell-out, and TRR residents have been enjoying the various chat-logs posted on the forums since.

Manetheren River

Slightly less well-known troublemaker Manetheren River turned up on the forum, wrote several walls-of-text complaints about the leadership of the region, and now seems to have decided to leave. Late Addition: Biyah confessed that he was Manetheren River. Life in TRR is never boring....

The Rejected Realms Army

The RRA has been busy ensuring the security of the region, and is keeping a close eye on the various endo-swappers sitting in TRR. If you want to help out, it's currently looking for intel operatives.

Lolcats

The following conversation prompted a flurry of TRR lolcats to be made:
* @Naivetry pokes at Krull gently
<@Krulltopia> yes?
<@Naivetry> U liek our forumz, then? :P
* +Dali gasps at Nai
<@Krulltopia> ....
<@Krulltopia> did you just meme at me?
<@Naivetry> um.
<@Naivetry> <_<
<@Naivetry> maybe?
<@Naivetry> >_>
<+Dali> that needs to be chatlogged
* @Naivetry is clearly in need of sleep.
<@Naivetry> noooooo, no chatlogging the bad grammar.
* @sedge will be adding that to the next update
<@Wham> wow, I could correct Nai's grammer, and spelling for one
* @Wham decides not to though
<@CrazyGirl> grammar
* @Naivetry had to stop herself from typing 'teh bad grammerz' just now.
<@sedge> lol
<@Wham> heh, I AM used to it though. :P
<@Naivetry> apparently when tired I become a lolcat.
* +Dali pats Nai
* @Wham chatlogs that too
<@Naivetry> -_-
* @Naivetry is providing much entertainment, it seems.
* +Dali tosses Nai a cheezburger
* @Wham hugs Nai
<@Naivetry> cheezburger!!! nomnomnom
* @Wham also provides Nai with chocolate covered coffee beans
<@Naivetry> oh my gosh, did I just say that?
<@CrazyGirl> Yup, you did
<+Dali> LOL
<@Naivetry> ...
<@Wham> we going to need yo u to breathe though this tube as hard as you can
<@Naivetry> If I'm still awake after midnight tonight, someone take away my keyboard.
* @Wham puts the breathalizer to Nai

Later on...

<@sedge> hmm, I should make a Nai lolcat...
<@Biyah> mmmhmmm

There are now over 30 lolcats of TRR members in this thread.

Whampire

It was revealed on #TRR that Whamabama is actually a Twilight vampire:

* @Wham takes CG to our own person crypt
<@sedge> crypt? That sounds... creepy
<@Wham> it's not
<@sedge> if you insist
* @CrazyGirl screams for help
* @Wham wonders why CG is screaming for help
<@Wham> Is not your hubby enough?
<@CrazyGirl> I'm handcuffed and dragged into a crypt
<@Wham> crypt +bedroom silly.
<@Wham> crypt = bedroom
<@sedge> Wham's a vampire
* @Wham uses slang
<@sedge> He's a Twilight vampire
<@Wham> don't make me hurt you
* @sedge admires Wham's sparkly skin
<@CrazyGirl> ooooh shiny
* @Wham dies
* Wham is now known as Wham|dead

Werewolves in the vicinity are advised to take caution.

Other Stuff

  • A "Dear CG" thread has been started here. Those in need of advice may find it helpful. Alternatively, they may not.
  • CrazyGirl decided to set up a Cult of Naivetry on the forums, with Biyah as Head Priest. Feel free to leave her offerings.
  • Wham recently died on IRC, and was given the kiss of life by Sedge. He was last seen with a loaded shotgun, looking for revenge.
  • CrazyGirl had to be comforted on IRC after watching a particularly scary movie. Apparently the death scene in Bambi caused her to burst into tears and hide behind her sofa.
  • If this update isn't funny enough for you, this should make you laugh.

Constitutionalised

Apparently that is a word! Yes, after weeks of wrangling, we finally have a Constitution. You can view this document in all its glory, here. Principal contributors to the document were Wham, Sedge and Naivetry - the latter insisting on keeping it short, whilst CG posted several times in the thread to complain that the constitution didn't declare her "Supreme Empress of The Rejected Realms". Don't worry, we still love her.

Officers Elections

Following on from the Constitution passing, elections for the Officer positions will be commencing. Officers are the government officials who run the region under the direction of the Delegate. So far, just one candidate has been announced - Sedge. At least you'll keep getting these updates...

Embassies Opened

Continuing with the self-promotion, the Foreign Affair Department (the only government department...) has been busy. Sure, it's well over a month since we wrote an update, but we've been doing stuff behind the scenes. Opening embassies, closing embassies (which reminds me - if you haven't got this update, we probably closed your embassy... not that you'll read this... oh well). There may have been some other stuff too - we really can't remember.

Gameside Embassy Policy

On a similar subject, NationStates now has embassies within the game itself. Our embassy policy remains the same as ever - applications have to be made on the forums, and we expect regular updates, or we'll close your embassy (occasional special exceptions depending on the generosity of the Foreign Affairs Minister - or the generosity of the bribes sent to him). This means that if you request an embassy in-game, it'll be rejected if you haven't already got one established on the forums.

CG's Commendation

Returning to the 'everyone loves CG' topic, there's currently a Commendation of Crazy Girl at vote in the Security Council. Vote for or she'll beat you up.

IRC

Well we don't have quite so many funny IRC quotes as last time. This moment of pure randomness will have to do:

<@CrazyGirl> .............................................
<@sedge> ?????????????
<@CrazyGirl> bAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
<@Krulltopia> ...

<@CrazyGirl> woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooof

<@sedge> cock-a-doodle-dooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
<@CrazyGirl> grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrroooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowl
<@sedge> hoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooowl
<@sedge> I think that's probably enough? :P
<@CrazyGirl> yeah
<@Wham> ya, I was about to start kicking. :P

The Mop and Pail - New Cabal in The Rejected Realms

Postby Dalimbar » Sat Apr 09, 2011 6:47 pm

The Rejected Realms is happy to announce that we will be starting two newspapers. The Rejected Times, our mainstream high brow source of factual information, and The Mop and Pail, described by some as a tabloid from hell. In addition, we are bringing back our popular political talkshow, NS:Crossfire. Please feel free to visit our three services at: http://s8.zetaboards.com/The_RR_and_RRA/forum/38853/. We are pleased however to present to you the first edition of The Mop and Pail, which was released moments ago.

--------

New Cabal in The Rejected Realms

Image
Election officials in TRR checking to ensure any irregularities are well hidden from the public.

Malev, The Rejected Realms: Massive construction projects are under way in The Rejected Realms following the election of four egomaniacs to the regional Government. Members of the recently established Assembly of The Rejected Realms, presumably under either the influence of intoxicating substances or threat from shadowy military forces, elected Biyah, Dalimbar, Sedge, and Unibot as Officers in the new government, leaving many outside of the region who cared enough to ask "what the heck is going on down there?"

After each Officer was elected, the Legitimately Elected Regional Dictator Naivetry appointed each member a portfolio that is sure to spark civil unrest from malcontents in a matter of weeks:

Image
Biyah informing citizens that if he has to adapt, so should they.

Biyah was appointed Officer of Domestic Affairs, who has taken additional titles such as "High Priest of the Cult of Naivetry", and has begun using proceeds from his department to help fund his next feeder coup. It is expected that his secret police will be ensuring all citizens properly love Naivetry and worship the ground she stands on. Furthermore, an anonymous source stated that "by the time he is done, [Biyah] will make Naivetry the new Pope Hope..."

Image
Dalimbar reminding reporters that thought-crime will not be tolerated.

Dalimbar now has the role of managing Media and Information, and it is expected his already high levels of paranoia will spike to extreme (and bringing the region to DEFCON 1) as he ensures that every regional paper conforms to the party-line. It should be noted that he was promoted from being Delegate of The North Pacific to this role, and was required to steal several cases of TNP Rum before his appointment was approved. Unofficial reaction from his former homeland was "get him away from us!"

Image
Sedge demonstrating tactics to be used in future treaty negotiations.

Sedge, who is undergoing a challenge to his honor and dignity from Crazy Girl in the form of a Security Council Condemnation resolution, retains an iron-grip over Foreign Affairs. He is also expected to expand his "Forum Slave" duties to "TRR Dogsbody". He has been seen trying to give other Officers orders, such as "get to work you lazy bums!" However, his colleagues were spotted laughing at that, and sent him to clean up sections of the forum.

Image
Unibot (below) attempting to convince a resident to join the forum.

Finally, Unibot was appointed Officer of Regional Mobilization, and is expected to be personally harassing and arm-twisting residents to join the regional forum, and failure to submit to his orders will result in a stern lecture on mundane technicalities related to the Security Council. Or, as noted by his wife Zardeenah of Unknown, he will start coughing up hair-balls until compliance.

The Cabal, which have been holding secret meetings over the weekend in their new "Officers' Lounge", have been rumored to have been arguing over who should have control over vital areas of the region, such as the drinks cabinet, the shredder, and the hit-list. At one point of the meeting, Biyah, Dalimbar and Unibot ganged up on Sedge and demanded he clean up the broken glass on the floor from when a heated argument broke out between Dalimbar and Unibot over which was better: TNP Rum or Dharman Scotch. It is speculated that Sedge will get his revenge on the other three Officers at a later date.

It is unknown at this point where the Delegate sits in all of this. However, according to sources close to Naivetry, she and RRA Commander Crazy Girl were laughing at the antics, with general consensus between the two that "boys will be boys". Crazy Girl was also seen petting Sedge for his work of being her "Forum Slave", though minutes before the vote started she cried "OMG NOT SEDGE", as she was concerned that his new duties will conflict with the list of tasks she will inevitably assign him for forum administration activities. Getting the Forum Administrator/RRA Commander her coffee is important, after all.

When asked for comment about all of these rumors at his first press conference, Dalimbar quirked an eyebrow, told one journalist that his shoes really did not match his outfit, and notified the rest they will be sent to his dungeons if they ask more silly questions.

All we can say at The Mop and Pail is that we bow down to our new Cabal Overlords, we wish them the best, and kindly ask they be merciful.

Update No. 6, April 2011

Officer Elections Over

The Rejected Realms now has a government, with the successful conclusion of Officer elections. At the time of our last update, just Sedge was running, but in the days afterwards, Unibot, Biyah and Dalimbar all threw their hats in the ring and joined in the race. With four candidates, and four vacant positions, it was little surprise to see all four confirmed as Officers. Delegate Naivetry allowed the Officers to pick their roles, resulting in the following government line-up:

  • Naivetry (delegate)
  • Sedge (foreign affairs)
  • Unibot (mobilisation)
  • Biyah (domestic affairs)
  • Dalimbar (media)
The Officers have been hard at work since taking up their positions.

TRR Roleplay

Defying its status as a gameplay region, The Rejected Realms now has a 1984 themed roleplay going on, run by Biyah. This has already attracted a number of posters, and the infamous Cult of Naivetry has been assigned to the roleplay section too.

Media

Media Officer Dalimbar has been busy setting up newspapers. The Rejected Times is the highbrow newspaper, covering serious events within the region and the NationStates world. The Mop and Pail is our trashy tabloid, and the first edition can be read here. The NS Crossfire IRC debates of 2009 have been revived, and will be starting again shortly.

Mobilisation

Unibot has been contacting new members of The Rejected Realms in order to get them active on the forums. This has already proved successful, with several new registrants on the RR forums. We hope to see even more in the future.

Sedge Condemned

As retaliation for Commend Crazy girl, CG wrote, submitted, and campaigned for the WA Security Council proposal 'Condemn Sedgistan', which passed by a significant majority, resulting in Sedge being the first person in NationStates to be both Commended and Condemned. Work will start shortly on Liberating him...

Crazy girl modded!

Yep, that's a pig you see flying past your window. Crazy girl has now joined fellow Rejected Realms resident Sedgistan on the ebil NationStates mod team. Rumours that this was done to stop CG posting her 'I want my magic powahs!" threads have been strenuously, if unconvincingly, denied.

IRC log of the month

<@Nai|Dinner> NS has ruined politics for me. I look at stuff going through our state legislature, and I feel like telling people, "i c wut u did thar and I hate u all"
<@CrazyGirl> Someone quote her on that.
<@sedge> it's going in the next update
<@CrazyGirl> Thanks, Sedgey
<@CrazyGirl> Sorry, Nai :p

All that other stuff that I can't quite be bothered to write more than a sentence about
  • Sedge was recently lynched for uploading a Twilight theme on the forum for April 1st. Apparently Whamabama led this, after learning his account was re-named 'Whampire' for the day.
  • WANTED! More of these posters, please...
  • A new thread, Blame Sedge was started, with participants invited to say what they blame sedge for. Unfortunately the thread veered off-topic, with some posters deciding to blame Wopruthien instead. Sedge has been blamed for this threadjack.

Mop & Pail: FRA Expose, Unibot Jealous of TSP's limelight.

Postby Biyah » Tue May 24, 2011 5:39 am

FRA Expose', Unibot Jealous of TSP's limelight. Does this mean war?

Image
Unibot giving a rousing speech to one cell phone camera, 3 paid spectators and a couple of cats.

FRA Juice Bar, The South Pacific: In a spark of pique unseen since Numero Capitan last discovered that his precious pink looking-glass had been stolen, rendering him unable to admire himself for his daily 90 minute routine, Unibot has made a ringing statement that has all of Nationstates mildly a'twitter.

"The South Pacific is stealing our thunder, no more! I'm tired of only seeing the local TV station reporters outside my door when I wake up - I want all the networks back! I hereby resolve that The South Pacific shall have its old delegate returned to it. For the, uh, greater good - of course."

His impassioned speech drew wondrous applause, or would have had the applause track not been eaten by the tape-player of Cocodian's vintage '84 Impala. The crowd seemed impressed; but this reporter has not been able to verify if they were responding to Unibot, or watching highlights from the earlier Canucks VS Sharks game that was silently playing on an HD TV strategically placed on a riser behind the speaker's podium.

Image
FRA establishments have been empty, since all attention has been focused on The South Pacific.

Several high profile members (well, two, that's all there is) of The South Pacific's old regime were seen wandering into the FRA:TSP Juice Bar, security seemed not to be a problem as nobody has visited the place in at least two days. The FRA had stormtroopers, appropriately dressed in go-go boots, blocking all reporters from stepping inside to view the proceedings: but an inside source at the FRA has confirmed that Southern Bellz, Lady Rebels and FRA representatives are haggling over Royalty rights from a 'TSP Girls Gone Wild' calendar that the FRA is rumored to be planning.

It has been said that negotiations are fierce. The fallen regime of The South Pacific is widely thought to require the money to restock its wine cellars, if the rebels are ever removed from the region. The FRA would need the money both to fund the massive cost of the upcoming Ranger invasion, and to recover lost revenue after the new Delegate of The South Pacific dispatched guards to prevent FRA thugs in collecting protection money from cookie-selling girl scouts.

No Girl Scouts could be found for comment on the newly returned freedom they enjoy under the new Delegate, Devonitians, but several suspected Girl Scout mothers were seen racing pickups full of cookie boxes across town. "Make hay while the sun shines!" one was recorded yelling out an open window. For the record, the last recorded public sale of cookies in The South Pacific was just over a year ago ago, though sales had declined for years with the progressive apathy of the region.

Example propaganda recruitment poster hung in pool halls and tattoo parlors across the country

When this reporter did manage to corner Unibot for comment, all the Arch-Chancellor had to say relating to the subject was: "This new fangled delegate will fall, it's only a matter of time." He waxed nostalgic for a few minutes on the awesome power of his Organization, before he started to drool and bump repeatedly into walls. This reporter did manage to overhear one of Unibot's aids whisper "You forgot to take your meds again, didn't you sir?" as he was whisked away into parts of the FRA Compound unknown.

Even more interesting than this juicy situation is the mass of propaganda posters that have suddenly gone up in bars, tattoo parlors, pool halls and YWCAs across the Nationstates world. The FRA has suddenly kicked up its recruitment drive; though nothing is said about a possible war in The South Pacific, the recruitment posters promise plunder, glory and vacations in tropical places to any that apply.

The FRA's Public Image department was unavailable for comment. As our readers know, this is not a surprise, they're usually quite busy in the field performing duties unknown.

It is unknown at this time if the FRA actually has a will to fight, or if they are simply posturing in an attempt to steal the limelight back. But there are new developments every ten minutes, you can rest assured that Biyan reporters will be in the field ready to bring you every juicy tid-bit as they happens.

Stay tuned for details!

UPDATE!
Image
FRA Soldiers, killing time, having been evicted from The South Pacific.

Soldiers from The FRA attempted to Invai--Liberate The South Pacific last night while this news story was being edited. This reporter has it on good authority that Unibot had Sedge and Crazygirl, both of TRR and NS Mod Fame, removed from the FRA's juice bar planning center without a word or explanation. This seems especially odd, as Sedge was once Unibot's boss and mentor, and CG can still scare an Invader with one solidly placed glare.

Even more odd, both are senior members of The Rejected Realms and had every right to be there, according to official documents. Sedge was quoted, as he left the premises, with saying: "The buggers probably forgot which Feeder they were going to attack!"

CG was asked for comment, but no response was recorded as this reporter ran for his life at her very realistic animal growl.

Air Raid alarms in The Rejected Realms went off for hours as the Citizens there prepared for a possible FRA strike. Naivetry, the delegate of The Rejected Realms, refused to give comment; but was seen laughing quite merrily as she prepared brochures and care packages in the TRR Welcome Center, it is this reporters opinion that she was quite unconcerned about an attack en-force by FRA forces. When asked for comment, the general consensus of the RRA Soldiers seems to be that the FRA, who couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper box anyway, would probably strike out for TSP and end up in TRR due to bad navigation.

Unsurprisingly, FRA troops did indeed find their way to The Rejected Realms. What was surprising, however, was that they were all shipped to TRR in neat containers with bows on top, compliments of Devonitians. The FRA had found The South Pacific in the dead of night, and had marched in with heads proudly held high at their accomplishment - straight into air-freight containers thoughtfully provided by the new South Pacifician Army.

One FRA soldier, ChinChillas, was seen scratching his head and muttering, "Wait, weren't we supposed to shoot? I distinctly remember someone saying we were supposed to shoot. Why didn't training cover when we were supposed to shoot!?"

Biyan reporters have camped out on Devonitian's front lawn, waiting for the first official word from the new South Pacifican government regarding this incursion. So far, no officials have been available for questioning.

Stay tuned for more breaking news in this fascinating story!
