In this plan we will give you 7.5% of our crop intake from any state owned farm, we will also provide free transport of the crops to your country through shipping, we will also provide you with medicine and humanitarian aid during this deal.

Black Moon's request

Japuilean's Black Moon, a private humanitarian organization from the Grand Duchy of Japuile provides humanitarian aid to any country that has fallen into civil war or hard times, although they steer their internal policies and training toward socialism and the so-called idea of refinement through labor. An official request to the Chancellery of Affairs requesting assistance for a foreign operation has been frozen with a request for additional clarification.

I am also aware of the challenges and hardships that our people face in these turbulent times.

I want to express my gratitude for your humanitarian initiative and your willingness to provide assistance to our people. We value your cooperation and respect for our sovereignty and our internal affairs. We recognize that you are a reputable and trustworthy organization that has a history of helping people in need around the world.

We have reviewed your list of personnel and items that will be delivered with the first delivery. We have no objections to the items, as long as they comply with our quality and safety standards. However, we have some concerns about the personnel. All personnel of Japuilean’s Black Moon will have to undergo a thorough border control and screening process to ensure that they are not affiliated with any anti-government or terrorist groups that seek to destabilize our country. We have zero tolerance for any subversive or hostile activities on our soil.

We will also provide protection for your personnel, but only within the specoa; zones controlled by the KPA. We cannot guarantee their safety outside these zones, as there are many dangers and threats from various sources. We advise you to avoid any contact or interaction with any unauthorized or suspicious individuals or groups.
