"Torunis, as a puppet of the Belova nation, threatened our population by cutting off gas and water supplies, and that is why we condemn the crimes against our people.
We stationed our small army on the border of Torunis and drove all their intruders out of our nation."

That is why we are sending 400 soldiers, 16 type-15 tanks and 5 MLRS "PHL-03" to the border.
We are sending water as support to the nation of Northern Torunis.

Northern Torunis isn't canon, and therefore, no one in the United Nations of Soarah is obligated to acknowledge it. If Northern Torunis had contacted me or Belova about it, we would have found a lore to fit Northern Torunis into the war. But neither of us were contacted, and neither was Torunis, by Northern Torunis. Therefore, we will not be acknowledging the existence of Northern Torunis.
