Official Communication from the Ministry of Defence or the Republic of Novoscotiania

In response to Presidential Decree 12.02221, The President of the Republic has ordered the Ministry of Defence to request submissions of interest from private sector organisations to assist in the Formation of the Republic of Novoscotiania Coastguard Service.

The Republic of Novoscotiania Coastguard Service has the following roles which submissions must be suitable for:

500 x Ballistic Helmets
500 x Ballistic Amour
1000 x Side Arms with Associated Ammunition
1000 x Assault Rifles with Associated Ammunition
500 x non-lethal Tasers

Ground based vehicles

25 x Land Rover type vehicles
15 x Amoured Personnel Vehicles
10 x Prisoner Transport Vehicles

Aircraft

5 x Search and Rescue Helicopters
5 x Surveillance Helicopters
3 x Maritime Patrol Aircraft (Fixed Wing)

Ships

5 x Patrol Craft
5 x Corvettes

The BASD-2 series of helicopters are very versatile platforms. They have seen service all over the world and are very reliable and can be customizable for several jobs.
Of course, the 2N is the naval series, which can perform search and rescue at sea; transport missions of both personnel and cargo; works well on capital ship decks; and is a great ASW bird. The 2G is a great ground support aircraft, and the rest of the variants of the 2 series have been popular transport and utility helicopters.

While the BASD-1R is an incredible stealthy recon/surveillance rotorcraft, we think the 4R series might suit your needs better at sea. It is an excellent, compact surveillance chopper and like the rest of the BASD series, the 4R has been tested and proven in action. All of the BASD-4 series are great for an economical platform for hundreds of needs in the air, and in this, case, at sea.

Akua UUV Series

While not something you specifically requested, we believe no force on the water is complete without great Unmanned Underwater Vehicles like these. The whole Akua series are very adept at serving all sorts of needs, from surveillance, to repair, to kinetic action.

Belisarius Class ELINT ship
Gracchus Class ELINT ship

The Belisarius and Gracchus Class ELINT ships are perfect surveillance platforms for your piracy and narcotics interdiction missions. They can get in close to target vessels and gather electronic data, collecting evidence for further, future operations, without drawing as much attention as a warship. While Tethys Marys makes the hulls, we have exclusive license to sell these vessels, as the electronics suites on board them are ours.

we here at Silverport Dockyards Limited have heard of your request for proposals and we would like to throw our hat into the ring.
SDY is specialized in building smaller vessels, both for the military market and the civilian market. We are one of the main suppliers of our own armed forces and the Water Polices and recently began exporting our Corrán-class Offshore Patrol Vessels to nations far beyond our shores. Heavily armed for combatting organized crime in all its forms, as well as less organized criminals, it is one of the main patrol vessels seen in the waters of the Free Lands. Thanks to its drone launching and recovery abilities, the range of detection of fiends is extended by hundreds and hundreds upon kilometres, the exact number depending on the model used.

As for your request for surveillance helicopters, I personally must recommend contacting Monarcha Aircraft Factories Limited in Forfar here in the Free Lands. Their M-107 Helicopter Drone might be to your liking.

Of course, we can organize demonstrations in the Free Lands. Room and board would be our charge.

Bump. I will post la later a submission for the maritime patrol version of CAE 295 cargo aircraft and Vigilant class patrol boat and corvette.

About personal equipment I would add 1000 Ares Mk5, 1000 ballistic vests and 1000 Ripoll P126 9x19mm parabellum as off set.
