Well, poop. It appears that Caralingia is actually canonically guilty of war crimes/unprovoked attack. I thought that was just a pretext. Exarkyon does not support such things, and had I known that at the beginning it would not have endorsed Caralingia. In another RP Exarkyon is actively supporting an operation like the one Manistanyan is in right now. Exarkyon isn't supposed to be evil. I didn't realize Caralingia was invading New Aswal.
