In anticipated match Balanesḱi loses to Cohen
Author: St́epanâ Šurigini

Tamara: In a surprising turn of events, Agausian tennis player, Marâ Balanesḱi, failed to qualify for the next round of the International Tennis Federation (ITF) Masters Tour 2023 in the city of Raanana, Israel.

The highly anticipated match between Balanesḱi and her opponent, Israeli player Naomi (Ḱoeni) Cohen, was filled with suspense as both players gave it their all on the court. However, it was Cohen who emerged victorious, winning the match in straight sets, with a score of 6-4, 6-3.

Despite her best efforts, Balanesḱi was unable to match Cohen's aggressive playstyle and precision shots. Her lack of consistency proved to be her downfall, as she struggled to hold her serve and make crucial shots during crucial moments of the game.

Speaking to reporters after the match, Balanesḱi expressed her disappointment at the loss, but remained optimistic about her future prospects. "I gave it my all out there, but Naomi was just the better player today. I'll take this as a learning experience and come back stronger next time," she said.

Balanesḱi, who is currently ranked 67th in the world, had high hopes of making it to the latter stages of the tournament. Her early exit will be a major setback for the young player, who has been making steady progress in the world of tennis over the past few years.

The ITF Masters Tour 2023 is set to continue with other top players from around the world competing for the title. Grigoli Gо́žbûm, another world famous Agausian tennis player, won his match and will continue Managua, Nicaragua.

Bystanders watched in shock and confusion as an ambulance and several Parliamentary Security Service cars arrived outside Parliament just after midday today.

Controversial former Deputy Prime Minister and People's Front leader Simon Baker was wheeled out from the East Block of Parliament, surrounded by both paramedics and security staff. According to footage obtained by TVDG, Baker was flanked by Prime Minister English, who accompanied him to hospital in a waiting Parliamentary Security Service vehicle. Baker was not treated outside the ambulance.

A statement from the Office of Member for South Cape was released at 1:30 today, confirming that Baker had been transported to North Christchurch Hospital. North Christchurch Hospital has been the destination for many Parliamentarians, including Prime Minister English, who had surgery to remove a benign tumor there in 2014. Baker himself has been admitted to the hospital in 2021, but the nature of the visit was not disclosed at the time.

The statement continues, saying that Baker is "in a stable condition and in good spirits" and was "admitted as a precautionary measure after complaining of severe chest and arm pain during a meeting." It is understood that both Baker and Prime Minister English were attending a Parliamentary Security Service meeting at the time. Although cardiologists have speculated that Baker may have suffered from a minor heart attack, there has been no further word on his condition.

The Office of Member for South Cape has confirmed in the statement that Baker will not be returning to his duties for the next fortnight, as is standard procedure for Cabinet members who present with 'severe medical issues', according to the Parliamentary Code. The statement also confirmed that Defence Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Harold Leigh will become Acting Member of Parliament for South Cape during Baker's fortnight recovery period.

Leigh spoke with National Radio during a live interview from North Christchurch Hospital, wishing Baker his "absolute best regards" and telling listeners that he "will be checking in on [Simon Baker] as often as possible during his recovery period." Prime Minister English also featured in the interview, assuring listeners that "Simon is upbeat and frankly happy to have some time off" with a chuckle.

Labour leader Phoebe Schofield declined to give comment when pressed by reporters outside Parliament, only saying that "I heard he's doing just fine."

SANTUBONG-Preparations for the parade and parade in conjunction with the 424th Establishment Day of the Sultanate of Sarawak Darulhana (Establishment Day)at Sungai Jaong Square, Santubong have reached almost 95 percent, said the Minister of Communications and Multimedia, Datu Haji Zain Harun.

Reviewing the semi-full rehearsal on Friday, he who is also the Chairman of the Main Committee for the Celebration of the Establishment Day of the Sultanate of Sarawak Darulhana and the First Day of Ramadhan was satisfied with the level of preparation and good layout of the event.

He said, today's rehearsal went regularly according to the set time and was almost perfect.

"This parade and parade event requires a certain level of perfection because it has to be coordinated with the departure and arrival movement of His Royal Majesty the Sultan of Sarawak Darulhana and His Royal Highness Queen Consort, which needs to be coordinated with the movement of flying aircraft.

"I would like to thank all the contingents for showing good preparation after training for so long,"
he told reporters at the semi-full rehearsal.

Zain hopes that this time's celebration can be celebrated with joy and the visitors who attend are asked to get involved, especially during the reading of the pledge, the chanting of "Allahuakbar"(Allah is Great) and the singing of the theme and patriotic songs.

He also hoped that this year's Foundation Day theme 'To the North with Love' could be realized on the day of celebration by the thousands of people expected to attend, in addition to the good weather and the program running smoothly, safely and perfectly according to plan.

"I believe the physical presence of the people of Santubong and all the people of Sarawak Darulhana who followed the live broadcast of hundreds of thousands of people, will make this year's event lively, in line with our country moving into an endemic phase after three years of not holding it due to Covid-19," he said.

The 2023 Foundation Day celebration will take place tonight until tomorrow at Dataran Merdeka with a target of 50,000 visitors.

Various exciting events have been arranged to fuel this year's celebrations including the arrival of HRM Sultan Tengah III Ibrahim Ali Omar Shah and his wife HRH Queen Consort Hajah Hamidah in a Royal horse-drawn carriage from Istana Darulhana to Dataran Merdeka tomorrow.-DHNews

Sufficient food supply for the one month of Ramadan - KPBM

KUCHING-The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Supply confirmed that the supply of chicken and eggs in Sarawak Darulhana is sufficient to meet the high demand for this Ramadan.

The minister said that the ministry has discussed with chicken farmers and egg operators regarding the problems they face, including the lack of foreign workers.

"The government, in cooperation with Immigration, the police and the Ministry of Human Resources, will facilitate the process so that the entrepreneurs involved can hire more workers," he said at a press conference after officiating the Ramadhan Preparation Program, today.

He said the relaxation of hiring conditions implemented by the government included whitewashing of foreign workers without permits.

The ministry also said the increase in the price of animal feed such as soy and corn was also the cause of the supply being affected.

Harun Hussein's wife prepared a shroud before she died

SAMADONG-
"My wife prepared her own shroud before she died,"
said the former Chief of the Royal National Police, Pehin Seri Awang Harun Hussein.

He said he was informed of the matter by his housekeeper after his wife, Jabariyah Mahmud died at 10.17 last night.

Jabariyah died at their home on Jalan Desa Ilmu, Muara Tuang, yesterday and left behind four children and nine grandchildren.

Musa said, his wife did not have any health problems before.

"I just took my wife for a health check-up, everything is fine, there are no problems.
"But last Wednesday, the deceased suddenly fell when he was about to take ablution to perform the Zohor prayer in this house,"
he said.

Harun added, after two days of treatment at the Samadong University Medical Center (PPUS), medical experts asked for permission to perform surgery on the head.

He said, according to the medical experts who treated his wife, there was a blood clot on her brain that caused the head to swell.

"However, our family decided not to do the risky surgery
"So we took the deceased home while follow-up treatment was done,"
he said.

Meanwhile, Harun said, the body of his late wife will be taken to Taman Desa Ilmu Mosque, Kota Samarahan, to be bathed and shrouded before the funeral prayer at 8 o'clock this morning.

The body will then be buried at the Kampong Bukit Berangan Islamic Cemetery at 10.30am.

The deceased had previously been the Chairman of the Sarawak Darulhana Police Family Association (PERKEPSAD) when Harun held the position of Chief of the Royal National Police from 2016 to 2020.

SANTUBONG-The excitement and warmth of the 2023 Establishment Day celebration can not only be seen and felt at the parade event that took place at Dataran Merdeka this morning but throughout the country.

Patriotic spirit and a sense of excitement can be seen in all walks of life from various corners of the country when they came to celebrate Establishment Day 2022 at the respective state level this morning.

The absence of a large-scale Establishment Day celebration for two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic increased the patriotic spirit of the people of Sarawak Darulhana to bring the whole family including their children from early in the morning to not miss the opportunity to witness this celebration no matter where they are.

The translation of the theme "To the north with love" can be seen with the overflow of people and excitement at every venue for the celebration of Establishment Day 2023 in various locations that are lively with the Yellow Banner waving here and there.

In Samadong, about 10,000 visitors filled the Gedong Historical Square to follow the celebration of Establishme!t Day 2023 which took place lively, attended by the Chairman of the Governor of Samadong Region, Tun Pehin Seri Mohd Talib Rusti and his wife, Toh Puan Asma Ab Razan and the Chief Minister of Samadong, Datu Seri Patinggi Daud Md Yasin.

In the Melano Autonomous Region, people who took the opportunity to celebrate Establishment Day with their families began to gather at Dataran Perayaan, Mukah as early as 8 am while waving the Yellow Banner and singing the patriotic song Empayar Akan Bangkit, Dari Utara Dengan Cinta and "Kami Akan Datang" before the parade started.

Also leaving was a representative from Brunei Darussalam, His Excellency Pehin Orang-Kaya Di-Gadong Pengiran Haji Aziman bin Pengiran Haji Awang Seputit

Julis in his speech said the spirit of the Saribas nation, which consists of Malays and Ibans, in celebrating Establishment Day should be continued in order to celebrate the struggle of the previous people to ensure that Saribas becomes a developed region.

In the Autonomous Region of Bau, the Regional Governor, His Excellency Datu Pehin Seri Michael Moses Kirom A.K Hendri celebrated the Establishment Day Celebration at the Bau Regional Level in front of the Bau Town Square which was also attended by 15,000 people.

The parade was attended by 95 contingents involving a total of 6,200 participants including flag bearers, vehicles, officers from various government departments and security forces.

In Samarahan, the Regent of the Royal Throne Pengiran Haji Muhammad Saif Ibrahim Ali Omar Shah IV represented the Palace to the celebration of Establishment Day 2023 at the Samarahan level at Samadong University in Muara Tuang.

Also present was the leadership of the university administration led by the Minister of Education Datu Seri Awangku Rosly Awangku Ismail.

In Santubong,Establishment Day Celebration 2023 saw the crowd who came to Dataran Merdeka mesmerized by the highlight of the air asset show of the Royal Sarawak Darulhana Armed Forces (RSDAF).

The flying action that lasted for about eight minutes received applause, cheers and waves from the visitors as a sign of appreciation and did not miss taking out their phones and cameras to capture the exciting action.

For the first time in the Establishment Day Celebration, the air show segment was not interrupted by a contingent of walk-bys to allow the audience to focus on each asset that walked by and then be able to see the fly-bys and aircraft actions in the air more clearly and in detail.

More interestingly, the segment was conducted by commentators from the Royal Sarawak Darulhana Air Force (SAF), Captain Azri Fakhrur Ar-Radzi and Lieutenant Nurshahira Afiq Danityal.

The air show segment involved fighter aircraft, transport aircraft and helicopters including Apache 37, F-16, Sukhoi SU 30 MKM, F-18D Hornet and B.A.E Hawk as well as A400M and C130 transport aircraft, EC 725AP helicopters, AW 109, MD 530G, FENNEC , AW139, AW 189 and Mi 17.

The segment ended with flying over BAE Hawk fighter aircraft, VIIC formation of Sukhoi SU 30 MKM aircraft, The Flanker, SAF's F18 D and The Mighty Hornet aircraft and Sarawak's own fighter jet, the Merpati Jepang which was launched yesterday.

According to commentators, the fighter aircraft is capable of conducting various air attacks such as air-to-air combat, air-to-ground, air support, aerial bombing, reconnaissance, electronic warfare and attacking air defenses.

The participation in the air show segment this time combines the skills and expertise of the three RSDAF service branches, namely aircraft belonging to the SAF, the Sarawak Darulhana Army and the Royal Sarawak Darulhana Navy in addition to aircraft belonging to the security and enforcement forces of the Royal Sarawak Darulhana Police, the Sarawak Maritime Enforcement Agency Darulhana and Sarawak Darulhana Fire and Rescue Department.

Flying over aircraft especially by the SAF is a mandatory event that can raise the spirit and sense of pride of the people of Sarawak Darulhana for having experienced and great pilots in the blue clouds.

Christchurch District Health Authority votes to loosen HRT restrictions

Christchurch's District Health Authority has published the results of its latest internal debate and vote, with a previously-shelved proposal loosening restrictions on the prescribing of gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy being passed by the Board's members 11-9.

The proposal, which was originally tabled by Dr. Emily Baker in December 2021, failed to pass in its first reading, failing 9-10 with one abstention. The proposal, which removes the $25,000 per year cap on prescribed hormone replacement therapy, strips pharmacists of the 'right of refusal' to provide HRT, and removes the requirement to have prescription requests vetted by two doctors, is widely considered controversial both within the medical and wider Christchurch communities.

Currently, transgender people have access to both trans-specific psychiatric assistance and hormone replacement therapy, however, HRT is only available with the approval of two doctors, and is not permitted to be prescribed to anyone under the age of 21. Additionally, Christchurch DHA currently only provides up to $25,000 in subsidised hormone treatments per year. Pharmacists in Christchurch are also currently legally permitted to refuse to honour prescriptions for hormone replacement therapy based on their personal beliefs.

The proposal, which will come into effect on June 1, also includes a change to the age at which hormone replacement therapy can be prescribed. The age will be dropped from 21 to 18. The original proposal tabled in 2021 by Dr. Baker had argued the age should be lowered to 15, with parental consent until age 17. However, this proposal failed to gain support within the DHA's board members and was not altered before being tabled in February of this year.

Additionally, people under the age of 21 living outside of the Christchurch District Health Authority boundaries will be eligible for subsidised HRT if one or both of their parents lives in Christchurch. It is estimated that the entire policy will cost the District Health Authority, which is funded by both the central Government and the Christchurch City Council, $225m over the next two years.

Nationally, hormone replacement therapy and gender affirming surgeries are not subsidised by the central Government as most medicines are. Minister of Health Leah Driver said in a statement today that "While the Christchurch DHA, as well as others, are within their rights to provide funding for these treatments from their operating budgets, the position of the Ministry [of Health] has not changed."

Labour leader Phoebe Schofield said in a Peaker post that she was "absolutely ecstatic" with the decision, saying it "marks a turning point for trans rights in Drongonia." She also said that she "will legislate that gaining access to HRT will be a non-issue for trans people, no matter where in the country, all the way from Nelson to Port English and everywhere in between."

No other District Health Authorities have tabled proposals to provide HRT or gender-affirming surgery in 2023. Currently, five of the nine District Health Authorities do not offer the treatment. Only Nelson and Dunedin DHAs offer gender affirming care, and English Island offers no trans-specific care.

Indonesia Occupies East Timor!
11th March, 2023

After a week of buildup on the East Timorese border, the ultranationalist state of Indonesia finally showed its real pretensions to the world. Twenty-one years after the end of the Indonesian occupation of East Timor, East Timor was invaded (once again) by its neighboring country. The small, poor, and defenseless Southeast Asian country could not stand the pressure of the Indonesian war machine. On the night of 9th March 2023, Indonesian soldiers crossed the border of East Timor. Concurrently, the Indonesian Air Force bombed the Timorese capital, Dili. After seven hours, East Timor surrendered to Indonesia, although the East Timorese president, Bernardo Torres, escaped unscathed and is preparing a government-in-exile in Portugal. Death tolls are unknown, but military casualties are heavy on the Timorese side and light for the Indonesians.

On 10th March, the Brazilian prime minister, Giovanna Gottschalk called the Portuguese president, António Henriques, to discuss the event, and an emergency meeting at the UN is expected to occur today. A joint team of Brazilian and Portuguese diplomats is preparing a speech to be read at the UN General Assembly. The team of four diplomats, Brazilians Flávia Pontes and Guilherme Henrique Bianchi, and the Portuguese Maria Silva Bernardes and Alexandre Coelho, are pushing for sanctions against Indonesia - a move that undoubtedly would hurt not only the invaders of East Timor but also the global economy as a whole. Since the rise of the Indonesian National Party, the country has experienced unforeseen economic and social growth for a Southeast Asian country, with an average GDP growth per year of 7.5% during the period of 2010 to 2020. The 2008 Global Recession also didn't hurt Indonesia as much as it hurt other countries, although it did slow growth. However, since President Lie's self-coup in 2014, there have been calls for a return to normality and democracy. The cold-blooded murder of an activist by the police in 2020 was the trigger for the Indonesian Spring, a period of unrest and protests in Indonesia which undermined the authority of President Lie.

Although many would go on to support the protests and demand his resignation, the protests were met with counter-protests organized by nationalist organizations. Slamet Lie never refused to show his disgust with the previous government's decision to leave East Timor. Before being elected president, he openly called for the annexation of Papua New Guinea in an interview. Later, he proposed to "pacify" West Papua. Now it seems he is willing to fulfill his vision of a "Greater Indonesia" at any cost.

"It sounds like a desperate measure to gain support from the Indonesian nationalists. The Indonesian Spring really affected his image of a strongman, and Slamet thinks he can get away with invading a small, defenseless neighbor as a show of strength. This must not go on unpunished." said Portuguese diplomat Alexandre Coelho. Brazilian Guilherme H. Bianchi agrees, but he details further. "Indonesia should be cut off from global trade. They need us more than we need them; cut off all economic and trade links to Indonesia and in three months we'll have Slamet Lie's head."s

Former Minister Ramiši confirmed to Supreme Administrative Court
Author: T́anâ Amkvevi
Sunday, March 12, 2023

Image

Tamara - Former Justice Minister, Daviti Ramiši, has been confirmed as a judge on the Supreme Administrative Court of Agausia, the country's highest court for administrative law. Ramiši was nominated for the position by President Simon Aioviḱara and approved by the Agausian parliament with a vote eighty to sixty-five.

Ramiši is a well-known figure in Agausian politics, having served as a member of parliament and the country's Justice Minister for four years under former prime minister Osḱar Ṕet́opi's first cabinet. During his tenure, he introduced a number of reforms to the justice system aimed at increasing transparency and efficiency. Although, the effectiveness of the reforms can be debated.

In a statement following his confirmation, Ramiši expressed his gratitude to the President and the parliament for the opportunity to serve on the Supreme Administrative Court. He vowed to uphold the rule of law and to ensure that the court remains independent and impartial.

The Supreme Administrative Court of Agausia is responsible for adjudicating disputes between individuals and the state, as well as reviewing decisions made by lower courts and administrative bodies. It also rules on all challenges to the legality of acts of the Cabinet of Ministers, the individual ministers, high ranking government officials, and of other acts established by law. It is the court of the last resort for generally all cases of administrative law.

President Aioviḱara, who has made judicial reform a key priority of his administration, praised Ramiši's confirmation as a "milestone for the rule of law in Agausia." He expressed confidence that he would be a fair and impartial judge and pledged to continue working to strengthen the country's justice system.

Breaking News: Local Councilor Revealed Secret Atheist

In the small town of Aerexon, residents are shocked to discover that a long-serving member of the community’s government council is actually an atheist. The individual in question confirmed the rumors after Internet sleuths connected him to an account notorious for persuasive but calm anti-religious argument.

It is unlikely that the people will elect him again after this, although his honesty about it and his previous popularity may make him the first publicly-professed atheist to be elected to local government. It also helps that his online alter-ego behavior was characterized by calm and persuasive debate rather than harassment.

Drongonia's 'first dark sky reserve' declared
Gilroy Bay, Drongonia

tourist hangout and photo spot. Photo //
Greater Cook District Council

In the small and often overlooked town of Lake Cook, named for British explorer James Cook, Drongonia's first-ever 'dark sky reserve' has been announced by the Greater Cook District Council.

The town of 19,000, situated mid-way between Halver and Gilroy Bay has been a hotspot for tourists since the early 2000s, when the local Council decided to invest heavily in international advertising and subsidise motel owners to offer year-round accommodation.

The town, which sees up to 90,000 tourists per year, voted to declare the District Council's boundary as a 'dark sky reserve', with the Greater Cook District Council announcing a partnership with the Ministry for the Environment which will see new lower-light streetlamps installed over the next 18 months. In addition, new by-laws are expected to be passed later this year prohibiting bright light displays outside of national holidays, in an effort to keep the skies as pure as possible for both locals and tourists.

The town is well-known for its beautiful skies, being listed in the top five stargazing destinations by The Lonely Planet Guide in 2022. In 2001, the town's District Council, which encompasses the town itself as well as the surrounding farmlands and villages, partnered with both the Halver and Gilroy Bay City Councils to improve roading infrastructure in an effort to woo tourists. In 2004, the council partnered with several local businesses to install 'starspots' around the town and its outskirts, with comfortable chairs and basic binoculars being provided for visitors and locals to sit down and enjoy the stars.

Cook District Mayor of 22 years Martyn Kendrew said he was "proud as punch" of the town's skies. Kendrew was among the loudest voices calling for the promotion of the town's stargazing culture during his election to Mayor in 2001. When asked about the council's upcoming by-laws, he said he's heard "virtually zero opposition to the changes. In reality most of the town were abiding by the new rules anyway."

Minister for the Environment, Erica Stanford, told TVDG she's "spent many amazing nights on location in the most beautiful place in the world" while preparing the legislation to allow for the council's funding. Stanford said that "Lake Cook is just one of many areas we're looking to help declare dark sky reserves in." She went onto reference material from the Ministry, suggesting they're aiming for as many as 50 sites by 2030.

It is understood that both of English Island's major small towns, South Cape and Swinton, are looking to become dark sky reserves by the end of 2024. Adamson Islands' District Council, located just west of English Island proper, is expected to declare the area as dark sky reserve by the end of the year.

March 22 to see the new moon of Ramadan
SANTUBONG-The date of seeing the new moon of Ramadan in Sarawak Darulhana is this evening, Wednesday 22 March which is equivalent to 29 Syaaban 1444 Hijrah.

The Office of the Keeper of the Sultan's Great Seal, in a statement informed the Royal Council of Sarawak Darulhana agreed on the method of setting the start date of fasting based on Rukyah and Hisab.

He said, the Keeper of the Sultan's Great Seal will announce the start date of fasting through radio and television, that night.

According to the statement, the committee has been allowed to see the new moon of Ramadan in 29 locations across the country, namely in Tanjung Datu,Falak Center Miri, Bandung Bay, Kuching and Tanjung Batu, Bintulu.

Sarawak Darulhana published a million copies of the Quran to be distributed around the world

SANTUBONG-Sarawak Darulhana will print and distribute one million copies of the Quran worldwide, in response to the burning of the Muslim holy book.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Islamic Religious Affairs said that the approach is more beneficial as a measure to spread understanding about the Quran so that its content can be understood by all parties regardless of religious background.

"Besides the involvement of Sarawak Darulhana and Yayasan Darulhana, this effort also requires the support and cooperation of every Muslim country.

"We strongly object to the insanity of people who are willing to burn the holy book of the Quran. Instead of burning one Quran, God willing, Sarawak Darulhana through the Darulhana Foundation will gradually try to print and distribute one million copies of the Quran.

"That's the best answer to face people's madness and God willing, it's not only to be read but can make material to be lived,"
He said.

The Minister stated that he would contact the relevant countries so that efforts to distribute the Quran in large quantities could be coordinated more effectively.

He said, most of the allocations are from the government and are made in stages including waqf.

"I will also consult the Foreign Minister and of course contact our friends abroad,"

Kingdom of Rumania recognizes Kaiser Franz Josef V's claim to its throne

Elisabeta Palace, Bukarest, Kingdom of Rumania, Kaiserreich of Tuirsland
Christophe Zdzisław

In a move that has surprised many, the Kingdom of Romania/Rumania has officially recognized Kaiser Franz Josef V's claim to its throne. The kingdom, which has been under Tuirsland's occupation for two decades, has finally given in to the demands of the Kaiser, who is the ruler of Tuirsland.

Kaiser Franz Josef V is from the von Bämburg-Franzenfeld-Maggedenburg dynasty, the same ruling family of Tuirsland. His claim to the Romanian throne is based on the fact that his family, the Hohenzollern line, used to rule Romania before it was dissolved at the end of World War I.

The Kaiser's claim to the Romanian throne has been a contentious issue for many years, with both Tuirsland and Romania holding firmly to their positions. However, with this recent development, it seems that Tuirsland has finally succeeded in its efforts to absorb Romania into its fold.

Tuirsland now has a total of five kingdoms under its rule: Bämburg, Nordenburg, Pieneburg, Kaukasus, and now Romania. While this move has been met with mixed reactions, there is no denying that Tuirsland's power and influence in the region have increased significantly.

The recognition of the Kaiser's claim to the Romanian throne has also raised questions about the future of the kingdom. Many fear that Romania's rich cultural heritage and traditions will be lost under Tuirsland's rule, while others believe that this move will bring stability and prosperity to the region.

Only time will tell what the future holds for Romania and its people under Tuirsland's occupation. For now, the world watches with bated breath as yet another kingdom falls under the Kaiser's rule.

Riots tear through the streets during an online debate today. "There's no way we're wrong," states one professor as he hoists a sign, "I'm sure of it!"

NElec.: NElec. shuts down?

Postby Aituia alt1 » Sat Mar 18, 2023 5:54 am

NElec., will shut down in late 2023.
───────────────────────
Trumund S. | March 18, 2023

NElec., or National Electronics Rusrunia, would begin to shutdown due to the recent new law passed in Rusrunia.

Law -article- states that ' In-order to sell items lawfully, the company must have a new "Security" barcode for commercial, and other purposes. ', but, NElec. has never used the new security barcodes, leading to mass amounts of shoplifting incidences, as said from the Rusrunian Stats graph[edit].

Romance is outlawed! Contractualism mandatory!

Postby Incelastan » Sat Mar 18, 2023 9:38 am

National Information Service Wire (NAS-W)

Pursuant to the stated purposes and objectives of the Directorate and the Great Incel Revolution of 2021, the following activities have been formally prohibited under Directive 34 of the Revised National Emergency Law Code:

1. Marriage in any form.
2. Cohabitation in any form.
3. Informal romantic arrangements of any non-transactional nature.
4. Platonic friendships between two members of the opposite sex.
5. Fraternization between members of the opposite sex.

All partnerships or arrangements between men and women are hereby required to be transactional and contractual by nature, with clearly stated and objectively understood/interpreted purposes, concessions, rights, privileges, and compensations. Non non-contractual relationships between two or more members of the opposite sex are permitted under the laws of the Masculist State of Incelastan. Contractualism is the essence of the natural order and the natural relationship between the sexes and the time for hypocritical pretenses that this is not the case has ended. Romance is dead. Long Live Transactionalism!

Anyone found in violation of these laws is subject to a minimum punishment of ten lashes with the knout and a maximum penalty of ten years of hard labor in a re-education camp under the auspices of the Directorate of Criminal Justice and Civil Law. Anyone caught performing or officiating marriages is subject to death by firing squad. Also, pursuant to this law, all clergy are formally outlawed as well except for that of the Masculist National Church, who do not perform weddings for obvious reasons. Any unauthorized clergy are subject to death by firing squad.

The Ostaji Herald
Congress of Governors Adjurns, Presenting Consitutional Amendments

Saturday, March 18, 2023

Golansky, Fixturn – Following two weeks of discussions, debates, and votes, Ostaja's first Council of Governors has adjourned with two new Constitutional amendments: one authorizing a massive influx of representation in the Federal Senate, and another enshrining the freedom of the press.

The Congress, hosted in Fixturn's capitol of Golansky (formerly Coty), was initially called after weeks of peaceful protests across the nation opposed what has been perceived as too little representation in the Federal legislative body. The Senate, currently holding 97 seats, has been cast as unable to fully represent all 234 million citizens in the country. The push to enlarge the Senate comes from citizens of most political parties, typically grouped in provinces who are represented by an opposing Senator. The need became most apparent in late February, when Fixturn increased the number of seats in its legislative house to 103, despite being one of the smaller states in the Federal Republic.

Should this amendment pass the Senate, President John Carl Michaels, a politically neutral official by Constitutional mandate, will convene a committee to determine just how to implement the measures before the June elections. While no details can be officially offered before passage of the amendment, most in the political sphere are confident of the amendment's approval, and a member of the President's staff, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said that a plan will likely be offered in early April.

Other matters were discussed at the Congress, including concerns over freedom of the press. Initially, the Constitutional Commission argued that Ostaja's Article V rights, which include freedom of speech, assembly, and petition, were enough to protect the press, should the government attempt to influence it. However, it has become apparent that the representatives at the Congress disagreed, hence the passage of the amendment.

Some matters garnered some serious support but failed to be returned to the required five out of seven state legislatures. These include, but aren't limited to, protection of gun rights for Ostaji citizens and a national term limit amendment for Senators.

Chancellor Ryan called a special session of the Senate for later today to vote on the amendments. In an official statement, she shared her support for the two amendments in the hopes of ensuring public representation and transparency of governing through the free press and media.

Rome, Utica Cut Off; Anthony Line Sundered by Offensive!

Postby Incelastan » Mon Mar 20, 2023 7:02 pm

National Information Service Wire (NAS-W)

ILA troops have now sundered the Susan B. Anthony Line in upstate New York a second time, cutting off Rome and Utica in that state. Local residents have reportedly begun fleeing as refugees from ILA forces, for fear of purges, executions, etc. ILA units that have captured Rochester have already begun reorganizing key aspects of the social, political, and economic order in favor of the Masculist ideals and vision for the future of the former United States of America. Subversive organizations, such as NOW, the ACLU, the SPLC, NARAL, etc. have already been dissolved and their assets are forfeit under the laws of the Masculist State of Incelastan. All liberated territories are to be incorporated or annexed into Incelastan, after all. Prominent public officials, such as the Mayor, Council, and other officers of the municipal civil government, have been placed in protective custody, subject to indefinite detention, due to the abolition of the rather silly and outmoded notion of habeas corpus. All feminist literature is to be considered contraband, and as such, confiscated and destroyed. Gender studies' courses will also eliminated in all local institutions of higher learning.

Some 5,643 enemy combatants and 11,335 enemy non-combatants have been captured as well, and their future status will depend heavily upon the success of their re-education. For the present, they remain in captivity in POW camps in northeastern New York. The enemy divisional commander, Major General Teresa Van Horn, who was taken prisoner, has been executed for war crimes and crimes against patriarchy. This last is a recent crime that has become illegal since the establishment of Incelastan. Since patriarchy is understood to be a social good, even imperative, all attacks upon the institutions of patriarchy are deemed crimes against social order as well. At last count, the enemy also suffered losses of 7,235 killed in action and 1,546 missing in action. Final victory over the criminal feminist-Marxist regime in New York State is deemed imminent at this point and henceforth as well.

In other news....

Three women caught without passes after curfew have been incarcerated in Portland, Maine by district authorities.

Catholic Monsignor Anton Bobek has proposed a summit with a representative of the Directorate. Details not available at this time.

Former Congresswoman Jaclyn Robertson has been indicted in Trans-Ohio by Communist authorities there.
