Earlier today, 350 NCR Rangers marched upon Shady Sands along with Governor Amira Mcconnell attempted to force Aaron Kimball to resign. Some 670 NCR Troopers had been ordered to respond to the attempt, and hopefully peacefully. Although who shot first is unknown, the matter exploded into chaos as the turn-coat Rangers began to attempt to secure the Congress building. Heavy gunfighting was concentrated in the Southern portions of the city where Rangers and Troopers first found eachohter. While the fighting is now over, questions have been raised as to what will happen to the turn-coats, why the Navarro Territories and several other Northern Regions have gone silent, and where Amira Mcconnell is. Many presume that these are all intertwined and that an NCR Civil War is looming.

General Oliver of the Mojave Territories stated, "Should my Republic go to war with itself, then I shall stand by my orders, protect the Mojave Territories, and the Republic as a whole. PM Austin Motoda had sworn he had heard of the NCR before from a piece of media, especially the rangers' distinct armor pieces, but thought really nothing of it. As a founder of the new peacekeeping alliance the Foxtrot Accord, The Crimson Isles, and Austin Motoda, have gone out on record saying that they will help mobilize peacekeeping forces to New California and help President Kimball keep order, condemning the rogue governor and calling on fellow FA founders and Co founders to do the same.

The 5th, and 6th Crimson Royal Guard regiments would also be sent to New California as well, both heavily elite Regiments on par with even the Best Veteran Rangers, and have been brought to the nation solely because of that threat.

There were some Crimsonian peacekeepers in the crowd, as they saw the satchel hit the ground, a loud yell would be heard across the crowd "GET DOWN!" but it was too late, many of the peacekeepers had been blown up in the blast, as well as the crowd too, which had civilians in it as well, a war crime had happened.

There was some taller, much more muscular soldiers who then came out of one of the buildings, clad in Black and red uniforms unlike the peacekeepers who wore camouflaged uniforms, they lifted their Rifles up, and started making their way towards the remains of the crowd, looking for the man who did this. They were quite intimidating to the passerbys due to their size, yet despite their size they had moved around the crowd like they were hyperactive ants, surprising, they clearly weren't your run of the mill soldiers or humans for that matter, and clearly had something done to them to make them the way they were.

Antoni read the newspaper skimming through it before stopping at the article about the civil war in California. It piqued his interest as a possible site for the new drones they've been manufacturing and for the first deployment of the Arsenal Bird. He punched in the number of the Commander-in-Chief of the Ayshirean Air Force, he was also eager to show off the power of drones and keen to see Santoak's military in action. After waiting for a few minutes the General picked up.

"Ah Witman General, I'm sure you've heard of the civil war happening in the NCR which is a perfect opportunity for our drones to gain experience."

"We've already been discussing a possible intervention and this will be the first deployment of the PZL-99's as they're cheap and easy to produce, we also plan to annex a certain city which will give us a base of operations for spreading our influence in the Americas."

Antoni grinned hearing exactly what he expected to hear.

"Very well then I'm sure Polsteam will take care of the delivery's?"

"As usual they will provide the shipping containers and fuel for the drones. Officers from the Ayshirean Air Force will also been the ships I'm sure I don't need to explain why."

The ten cargo ships of Polsteam the largest shipping company in Ayshire broke away from harbor heading for the Suez Canal and then the Pacific. Each ship carried three cargo containers containing said drones. They were at full speed the captains eager to get to California before the war ended.

The troops had made it to the dead rebel, or so they thought it was a rebel, one of then would take out a walkie talkie from his belt "Xenos 3 to central command, we've got a fucking bloodbath down here, somebody just threw a satchel full of Explosives at a bunch of civilians and peacekeepers, we'll need a couple meat vans over here" he would look back over at where the main explosion was, there was a young Peacekeeper barely still alive that was writhing in pain and crying out for his mother

"and some more troops..." He would tell another one of the huge soldiers to go help that one young peacekeeper from bleeding out, and would also tell the others to keep watch and help any civilians that survived. The man going by the codename Xenos 3 had taken to looking at the assailant, before softly kicking his dead body over and scoffing, before saying under his breath "Damn coward shot himself, couldn't handle the fact he just blew up a bunch of civilians... typical" he would pull the body away from the crowd and would start searching him for any kind of objects or information that could tell them who exactly the guy was and who he was working for.
