Members of the International Community are cordially invited to apply for an embassy, consulate, or consulate-general to be established within the United Realms of Oronia using the form below.
Application Information
The United Realms is currently able to accommodate diplomatic missions. Embassies and consulates-general, as well as residences for senior officials and their families, shall be hosted within the Embassy District, the informal name for a section of Antüriaa with a high concentration of embassies, diplomatic missions, and diplomatic residences. Antüria, located in Fanelayasia, is the largest city and capital city of the United Realms.
Consulates are permitted in the following cities:
Challariab - The capital city of Puelania, Challaria is a coastal city known for its numerous ports. The city also houses the headquarters of several Oronian mining and telecommunications companies.
Kuyeniac - The de facto capital city of Fanelayasia, Kuyenia is a coastal city west of the capital city. Known for its beaches, the city is also the home of many universities and institutes.
Kowariad - The capital city of Las Tierras Lewfü, Kowaria is located within the Lewfü forests, which are known for its variety of trees and canopy plants. The city is one of the most visited cities due to the surrounding natural environment.
Pichilakeniae - The capital city of Ngulusia, Pichilakenia is a lakeside city bordering Paillalco Lake, the only lake in the United Realms. Housing several sacred sites, the city is one of the major cultural and religious centers in the United Realms.
Platasillaf - The capital city of Northern Platalonia, Platasilla is the second-largest city in the United Realms. It is a major center for banking, chemical, pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
The locations of other diplomatic missions (i.e., missions for international or regional organizations) will be decided on a case-by-case basis, although requests can be made.
By applying, each nation or international organization agrees to the following terms:
- That its diplomatic mission shall abide by general international norms regarding the purpose and conduct of diplomatic missions and their staff.
- That its diplomatic mission and its employees shall uphold Oronian law within the United Realms.
- That its ambassador, or equivalent, and certain employees shall receive diplomatic immunity from arrest or incarceration, but may be declared persona non grata in response to serious illegal behavior, in line with international norms.
- That each member of its diplomatic mission's security staff are to be armed only with one standard service rifle (shotgun or carbine), one standard sidearm, and one melee weapon, unless restrictions upon a Oronian diplomatic mission within its own territory mandates greater restrictions, at which point a reciprocity clause shall impose armament restrictions equal to those practiced by the Oronian diplomatic mission in its host nation.
- That any importation of arms, drugs, flora and fauna for the diplomatic mission's use shall be formally declared before arrival.
- That agreement to host this diplomatic mission may be terminated with one week's notice if its continued operation poses unacceptable risk to the United Realms, its citizens, or its international standing.
- That it may either accept pre-constructed properties, or notify the Foreign Ministry of specific accommodations and modifications.
