In RP world, Chongqing is a special administrative region of Yanhuang Federation. In history, Chongqing was plundered as a Japanese colony due to the invasion of imperialism (the invasion of the Eight Power Allied Forces in 1900). Due to the contribution of the Yanhuang region to all countries in the World War and the awakening of the national consciousness of the Yanhuang people, the colonies in the Yanhuang region were allowed to independence or armed uprisings (such as Chongqing) one after another. Later, 34 colonies united as the Chinese Alliance, the predecessor of the Yanhuang Federation.
The northern part of Yanhuang Federation implements socialist planned economy, while the southern part(Including Chongqing)implements socialist market economy.

The Independent State of Karazicu -= Kiropoli

Kiropoli was the site of an important event in Karazi history known as the Retaking, or alternatively the May 15 coup, where Karazicu's state of anarchy came to an end and replaced by the regime of Milipol, a force comprised of both the national/secret police force known as the Civilna Prostasija, and the Karazi Arma, the armed forces. During the Retaking, Milipol, who have been amassing power and support during the state of anarchy, marched into the city in order to retake control of the island. They killed everyone who got in their way or was acting in a disorderly fashion, and after getting rid of these people, they headed into the government offices and declared themselves the new leadership of Karazicu, and in doing so starting the current military junta.
