The United Consortium of Nations is an international organization based in BrazaKinshasa, Kingdom of Congolese Republic. The United Consortium of Nations or shortly called UCN has two branches. These branches are the Global Council and the Security Council.

The Global Council is the more important branch, consisting of all the member states in the United Consortium of Nations, it is far more powerful. The Global Council has the capability to condemn a nation, that breaks international laws, starts conflicts, and causes instability in the already-instable world. It also has the capability to Comment on nations that make an effort for peace and are positively affecting the world. They also have the right to write resolutions and enforce them around the alliance, changing the Temporary members of the Security Council.

The Security Council is the branch consisting of nations whose responsibility is to take on humanitarian Operations across the world. The Security Council shall be made up of the Kingdom of CONGOlese republic, the Janpian Union of Revolutionary States, Federative Commonwealth of Gralov, and the Confederate States of Anagonia. The Security Council must launch Aid Programs for the poor, undeveloped nations and also lead Armed Humanitarian. A simple majority (51%) is needed to pass a SecCoun Resolution.

The Security Council will be responsible for maintaining the Armed Humanitarians. They will not directly participate in war otherwise they are attacked. Their main job is to escort ordinary civilians from the warzone.

The United Consortium of Nations is completely not a neutral alliance, however, it will definitely oppose War Criminals and hand them over to International Courts such as the Cylis Treaty Arbitration Organization (CTAO) Court.

The United Consortium of Nations or shortly “UCN” is being established by the Congolese Republic and other democratic nations that are prepared to take this on in order to create a world where everyone may live in peace and not constantly be afraid of conflict.

The United Consortium of Nations, or UCN for short, will consist of the two branches listed ahead: Global Council, and the Security Council.

I. Each Alliance member state will have one vote in the Global Council when deciding on urgent issues including condemnation and commendation, sanctions, and other resolutions.


A. Resolutions will have the power to: Commend and Condemn, dismiss Temporary members of the Security Council via a Majority vote (2/3) for a reasonable cause, request the Security Council to step in during armed conflicts to protect other members, produce official documents and establish a new United Consortium of Nations branch if necessary for the improvement of the alliance.

B. The Deputy Secretary-General will be elected by the Council Members every year (1 IRL Month) and will oversee the Global Council proceedings. He will play a part in ensuring resolution votes are conducted fairly. If voting is required to break a tie, he will do so.

II. The Democratic Federal Republic of Congolese Republic, the Federative Commonwealth of Gralov, The Janpian Union of Revolutionary States, and the Confederate States of Anagonia should comprise the Security Council. Additionally, the Global Council will choose three temporary members to serve on the Security Council for a year (1 IRL month) before the next election. This election will also choose the Next Secretary General who will be in charge of leading the United Consortium of Nations Security Council.


A. To approve a resolution, the Security Council must have a majority (51%) of the Permanent Members and two of the four Temporary Members.

B. By means of an approved Security Council Resolution, the Security Council will be in charge of sending out troops. Every member must stand up for a fellow member state, and the Alliance must condemn and sanction any nation that attacks the member. The United Consortium of Nations will become involved in the conflict if necessary.

C. SecCoun will be responsible for accepting or rejecting Nations wishing to join UCN. They shall be known as the UCN Applications Board.

D. If the SecCoun wishes to dismiss a Temporary SecCoun Member, they will need a Simple Majority (51%).

Rights and Responsibilities of the members of the United Consortium of Nations:


I. Any Member state shall not be forced to send Armed Forces to the Alliance. But if the state wants to willingly donate soldiers, it cannot be more than 10,000.

II. Member States will have to pay 1.5% of their GDP to the Alliance every year. This will help the alliance to develop at a faster speed. This shall only be considered for underdeveloped, poor, and warring state. The amount can be lowered to 0.2% of the GDP. This will be discussed by the Global Council and the joining party will have present reasons for why they should be granted it.

III. Member States have to Obey International Laws, and the Treaties made by this foundation.

IV. Member States are not obliged to defend other nations in UCN militarily, but they must send the nation Aid. This shall only happen if the said nation is the defender in the conflict. If the Defender of the Conflict is being harmed due to the opposing side using illegal weapons and breaking International Law, the UCN and its members will be obliged to place sanctions on the offense and send military aid to the defence of the member.

I already know i'm not but the fact this rumors surround my nation and only one other nation, make it seems like the election ballot system isn't as reliable as you might think. I rather do tallies and displayed ballot within a board room to ensure all votes are accounted for.
