Tanks, they're almost a symbol of modern warfare. Many claim their obsolescence in face of weapons such as drones and ATGM's, however despite this almost all nations in the world put effort and developing and acquiring new tanks, which proves in some way that this kind of vehicles still having their value.

So, how it is YN's tank fleet? Heres the UEH's one.

Main battle tanks:

The tank fleet is supposed to be used in many situations: as one of the main assets in a network of mobile coastal defenses and anti-invasion missions and related operations, and of couse as well in order to support infantry and destroy incoming vehicles in conventional mobile and combined arms warfare if a possible invasion of the continent succeeds, as well as if expeditionary missions and invasions are needed against enemies overseas or counterattacking after an attempted invasion. Despite being an island nation, the UEH is a considerably large one, thus needing a good number of vehicles to cover its defenses.

The MDI-A4 Conquistador Tank, produced by Maverick Defense Industries, is the main battle tank of the Federal Armed Forces.

The tank is roughly 72 tons, and is armed primarily with a 152mm gun as well as a 20mm coaxial. It is primarily designed with urban environments in mind, hence the short barrel, larger bore diameter, and dense armor package. The composite armor is installed in modules that can be replaced in-theater. The tank also features blow-out panels, halon gas fire suppression systems, and a positive pressure system with filtered air to allow the tank to operate in CBRN environments.

The MDI-A4 is the only proper tank in service with the Federation. There are mounted gun systems on vehicles such as the Havok, but a large gun does not a tank make.

Boldonia does not have a main battle tank (yet?) but it does have a light tank, the M551A3 Sheridan MK.II. However it does not make up the majority of Boldonia's armored force which is filled with LAV-25 IFVs. It's really hard for Boldonia to find a MBT because a primary concern is that it has to be able to participate in amphibious assaults, which usually means amphibious capabilities are favored. However Boldonia does have a deal with the US essentially saying if Boldonia really needs 5th Gen Fighters and MBTs ASAP the US will give them some F-35s and M1 Abrams.

Since the Cold War, Seorabeol has had to prepare for large-scale ground warfare. This has continued to the present day, and so Seorabeol is in a situation where it has to maintain a large armored force at all times in preparation for large-scale ground warfare.

• K1A1: K1A1 is Seorabeol's main tank now. The tank is equipped with a 120mm smoothbore gun. Currently, 2,352 units are active.
• K1A2: Modernization of K1A1 tank. It is equipped with new electronic equipment and a soft-kill APS. Currently, 1,253 units are active, and all 2,352 K1A1 units will be improved to K1A2.
• K2: K2 is a tank developed as a successor to the K1 series tanks. New technologies such as In-arm Suspension Units, Hard-Kill/Soft-Kill APS, and Dynamic Track Tension System are applied. 1,522 units are active and 842 units will be purchased additionally.
• SBT-1: It's an improved version of the K2 tank. 346 units are active, and 2,222 units will be purchased additionally.
• M35A2-2020: This tank was purchased from Etoile Arcture and is equipped with a variety of new equipment for Urban Warfare. A total of 550 tanks are active.

Tangatarehua does not have tanks as not only would such an ordnance violate our pacifist constitution, they're also not considered strategically necessary to the defence of a mostly island nation. Instead, we concentrate more on submarines and naval vessels as a crucial component of our self defence strategy.

Now 219 KMW Leopard2A7CT of whom 138 actives in 2 tank Regiments 1stAR "Escofet" and the 3rd Cavalry AR "Nebot" and 81 in reserve cavalry armoured Regiment "Sant Jordi". Currently is the only model in service. They are the remaining of my license built 445 Leo2A4CT. Those have been upgraded A6 and A7 model.

The Government has shown some interest in the future leopard3 and KMW Panther as possible future Leopard replacements.

Previously other MBTs used before. after WW2 have been various Shermans models postwar we received through the MAP the M4A3E6 and E8 and M4A4, also the funds to purchase the Centurions came through the MAP Centurion of various marks mainly Mk5CT, M48A3CT, M48A5CT, Leopard of various marks later all them upgraded at Leopard1A5CT2 and M60A3TTS.

As cold war ended our tank force was constantly reduced from 815 examples in 1989 to 219 today with the increase of military expending We did not expand our tank force just only overhaul and Upgrade it.

Now 0. My island nation is an island first. Second Not very big or populated, also, very mountainous. And, finally is surrounded by friendly neighbours with plenty of MBTs that have defense agreements with us.
So my defense budget is not very big 1.38% of my GDP this fiscal year. But the average of last years was 1.2%. My Government has approved an increase to 1.50%, but our procurement plans doesn't include MBTs.

The closer We have to MBTs are 17 upgunned FV101 Scorpion 2 in storage. Also 14 8x8 tank destroyers with 105mm gun are currently our closest equivalent to a MBT.

They have replaced the 202 BT91 indigenous heavy upgrade of the T72 from the active service last year the number of BT91 was reduced to 149 it is expected the number will be cut to 84 stored. It has been said Ukraine that received 28 of them last year. And more could arrive this year.

Depending on the Branch and Theater -

The Armoured and Mechanized Division uses Leopard 2A7 variants as the core Branches of the Land Forces. They are responsible for general maneuver combat and the nation's bridges can handle the weight.

Motorized and Infantry Divisions have similar tank battalions attached to them, as well as a splattering of lighter AFVs in Leopard 1s.

The Marines, a spearhead force use the Leopard 2A4 variants, supported by heavy IFVs.

The Airborne do not possess heavy AFVs but possess IFVs able to be airlifted in the form of Scorpions, Scimitars and Swingfire support vehicles.

Diarcesia's main battle tank fleet is a modern and technologically advanced force that is well-equipped to handle a wide range of military challenges. Among its number, one of the fleet's mainstays is the Apsychia, designed for jungle and urban warfare.

The Theocratic Matriarchy Army of Holy Marsh (TMA) has a little under 5 million total main battle tanks, with just under half that number being in active service at any time. The majority of those tanks are the HAT-III Sparky Main Battle Tank, as well as the LY10 Bloodhound, and LY9/M22 Dire Wolf Heavy Tank.

The Matriarchal Marine Corp (MMC) has 40000 tanks, all in active service, split along the same lines as the Army.

The Theocratic Airborne Force (TAF) has 19000 LY10 Bloodhound light tanks.
The Matriarchal Testing and Foreign Force (MTFF) have 45000 tanks, this time with much wider lines. More than 20 different tanks make appearances, as the MTFF is designed as a testing force for wargames as well as a ready-response army group that can intervene in foreign nations as logistically compatible support.

The Theocratic Matriarchy Militia (TMM) have over 2 million tanks, with 1 million being in active service. It can vary widely, with first-response militia units using some HAT-3 but primarily HAT-1A2 Alpha Sparky tanks. The HAT-1 Sparky, LY4A2 Wolfhound, and LY6 Werewolf are seen in increasing amounts as the grade of militia go down. Lower-grade militia forces use a more eclectic blend of tanks, including tremendously outdated Leopard 2A6s as well as other foreign designs gifted from Marshites abroad.

The Theocratic Shrine Guard (TSG) have over 20000 tanks, primarily the HAT-1A3 and HAT-1.
The Marshite Holy Warriors have between 5000 to 6000 main battle tanks, all of which are HAT-III Sparky MBTs.

The Grand Duchy of Japuile does not have a large number of tanks, as the nation focused on naval combat. But there is already one tank that is light in the classification.

My tank force is lead by second hand Leopard2A4CT to Leopard2A6.
In the late 1990s most of my tanks were Aging M47, M48 and M60 Patton. So We purchased 115 Leopard2A4CT. That have been brought to Leopard2A6V upgrade. They retain the CT variant as they retain the particular whip radio antennae, the 12 81mm smoke grenade launchers but the C6/FN MAG coaxial and turret MG have been replaced by Valencian MG3 version MG3V.
They feature the longer L55 gun, added armor (now they weight 62 tonnes), upgraded sensors, radio, battle processing system and periscopes, Israeli Trophy active protection system and Swedish SAAB Barracuda Camo.

Leopard2A7 has been considered as replacement and at least 90 will be bought.

The main tank of the Marinian army is the BT-70 Aggressor II-B, the second model of the Aggressor II MBT developed by General Chassis and Northstar defence . The Aggressor II (Aggressor 1 was a prototype) family of tanks has served in wars such as Brasilistan (2018), Afghanistan, the 2nd Smalltopian war (1993), the war of reunification (1982-83) and several others. The Marinian army has 420 agressor tanks, of which 210 are the II-B model, introduced in 1995. The rest include 91 Agressor II-As (without the soft kill APS, a rifled 105mm gun and worse, older composite armour, and worse fire control systems), introduced in 1980 (in reserve, gun replaced with 120 L/44), and 119 Agressor II-Cs, introduced in 2010. The II-Cs are a quantum leap ahead, with the TDS-AP combined hard and soft kill APS, the new Rheinmetall L/55 gun, an anti-drone gun, and a new sensor suite.

The Aggressor family replaced 20 year old Leopard 1 tanks, which were sold to Marinian allies in 1985.

[Unified Communist Councils]

The Unified Armed Forces lacks a "primary" main battle tank, its tank fleet consisting of a hodgepodge of MBTs individually produced by its once-independent constituencies.

Type-99 MBT
The premier MBT would have to be the Type-99 Main Battle Tank, produced by the Hongli Defense Cooperative. The tank is roughly 80 tons, and is armed primarily with a 130mm stabilized gun as well as a 9.3x60mm coaxial. It is primarily designed for fighting out on the fields and open plains, hence stabilization for fire-on-the-move capabilities, a large bore diameter for superior range and penetration, and a conventional front armor scheme. Protection is greatly enhanced by modular ERA bricks that can quickly be replaced in-theatre. Additionally, the tank is equipped with blow-out panels, automatic fire suppression systems, and a positive pressure system with filtered air for fighting in NBCR environments.

The tank is highly mobile despite its heavy weight thanks to a combination of high-hardness-steel torsion bars with rotary shock absorbers and 1300 hp gas turbine engine. This powerful engine enables the most modern iteration of the Type-99 to field a larger turret equipped with a 152mm gun, greater ERA coverage, and the integration of a 5th gen Active Protection System designed to defeat missiles and AFPDS.

Type-95 MBT
The most numerous MBT fielded is the Type-95 Main Battle Tank, a tried and true design baptized by the fires of the Armageddon War. The stock variant of the tank is 65 tonnes, equipped with a 130mm gun as well as a 9.3x60mm coaxial. It was the "mobilization variant" of the earlier Type-94 with cost saving and production-on-scale in mind, meaning quality compromises were made to improve the mass production of the Type-95 during the war. Even before the end of the first Type-95A production run, it was becoming very clear that the T-95 was being positioned as an alternative to the T-94, and in short order, an upgrade to it. Early model Type-95s were designed to be cheaper, and easier to produce, although the primary method of this was by simplify known area’s of difficulty with the original T-94A design. In the T-95A, the suspension is simplified, cutting production and machining costs. The engine is greatly simplified, and actually proved to be superior in many respects the 1000 hp electric drive train that powered the T-94A.

Although it was a compromise to use a turret of pure cast steel construction instead of Composite K, it wasn’t without some benefit. Composite K had a distinct drawback. Composite K is comprised of ceramic spheres suspended in cast steel, and these turrets would tend to form voids upon being damaged, significantly compromising their ability to withstand more then a single hit. While the pure steel turret of the T-95A is weaker, it isn’t without it’s own benefit.

Beyond these aspects, the T-95A was an alarmingly respectable machine. Like the T-94A, it was fitted with an array of steel, glass texolite, and steel on the frontal hull, and had a full set of optical system that were rather similar to those observed in the T-94A. The commander received the same periscope, the drivers optics were the same, the gunners optics were very similar, and both carried comparable coincidence range finding equipment.

Type-94 MBT
The second numerous MBT fielded is the Type-94 Main Battle Tank, another tried and true design baptized by the fires of the Armageddon War. Produced during the Cold War, it is the oldest tank still in active service, with thousands of modernized T-94s sitting in storage or being cannibalized for parts. The stock variant of the tank is 50 tonnes, equipped with a 110mm gun as well as a 9.3x60mm coaxial. It was among the first generation of Erudian tanks to utilize an all-or-nothing composite armor scheme, and in 75 AAY, the design was retrofitted to reduce on crew number with the removal of a manned turret in favor of a 152mm low-profile unmanned turret which served to both modernize the chassis moving on into the new century while serving as a testbed for future combat platforms.

The T90M is the currently most advanced tank in the arsenal of the Soviet Armed Forces.

[Etoile Arcture]

The Etoile Arcture Ground Forces operate the M35A2-2020 Cataphract, a 67 metric ton main battle tank armed with a 120 mm L55 electro-thermal chemical main gun, and the M34A3-2020 Hoplite, a 56 metric ton heavy infantry fighting vehicle, within the establishment of its combat teams.

As of early 2023, the production run of the M35A2 Cataphract has been about 1 million hulls for domestic and foreign users. This will increase as the Defence Forces plan to field an 850,000-strong fleet by 2025. The Etoile Arcture Ground Forces have on order 500,000 M35A2-2020 tanks for frontline use of which around a third have already been delivered, and the Etoile Arcture Territorial Forces have received 350,000 M35A2-2000 Block II tanks transferred from the Ground Forces stocks in 2022.

The Ottoman Empire's tanks are a couple thousand (in total) of both German and Soviet designs from WW2.
To add to this, someone wasted all our steel on a P1000 Ratte, and now we're importing heavily from the USA until we get back on our feet.

Klementonia's tank arsenal are all home-produced, created by a government-owned industry. This includes the specific chassis and body design for certain tanks, such as the Lenpol series, which include tanks such as the Lenpol-A, the Lenpol-B(2), and the Lenpol-B(3AA). We also have other tanks, such as the Rekon chassis, and the Enegal chassis. We also have a supply train in use, the 'Hermes' train, armed with 30 guards.

All of which are advanced and utilize explosive reactive armour. Overall, good tanks.

[Sarawak Darulhana]

Before Sarawak Darulhana started the military industry, the Royal Defence Force of Sarawak Darulhana purchased military equipment from various countries, the tanks used by Sarawak Darulhana were purchased from Israel, Russia, England, Turkiye, China and Germany.
The Sultan of Sarawak has ordered the military to establish an arms manufacturing industry body and now Sarawak Darulhana no longer buys assets from outside including tanks.

1.Rentap Mark-1
The Rentap Mark I, operational since 2017, is the original design created as a result of Sarawakian Tal's decision, and was fabricated and designed for mass production. The Rentap Mark I weighed 63 Tonnes and had a 908 horsepower (677 kW) diesel engine, with a power-to-weight ratio of 14 hp/Tonne. It was armed with the 105 millimeter M64 L71A main gun (a licensed copy of the American M68, two 7.62 mm machine guns for anti-infantry defense,and a 60 mm mortar mounted externally, with the mortar operator not completely protected by the tank's hull.

2.Rentap Mark-2
The Mark 2 used the same 105 mm main gun and 7.62 mm machine guns as the Mark I, but the 60 mm mortar was redesigned during construction to be located within the hull and configured for remote firing to remove the need to expose the operator to enemy small-arms fire. An Sarawakian-designed automatic transmission and increased fuel storage for increased range was installed on all further Mark IIs. Anti-rocket netting was fitted for increased survivability against infantry equipped with anti-tank rockets. Many minor improvements were made to the fire-control system. Updated meteorological sensors, crosswind analyzers, and thermographic optics and image intensifiers gave greater visibility and battlefield awareness.

3.Sharif Masahor-7
The Sharif Masahor-7" (The Melanauan Hero's) is planned to enter service in 2023. The tank will have an upgraded Trophy APS, 360-degree day/night camera coverage for boosted situational awareness, a fighter jet–style heads-up display for the tank commander, and new sensors enabling it to independently acquire targets and strike them rapidly, as well as having electronic warfare abilities and advanced processing systems, a direct energy systems capable of intercepting drones and cruise missiles.
Kebalist Vision helmet-mounted display system
A main feature of the Sharif Masahor-7, unveiled in July 2020, is the integration of the Kebalist Vision helmet-mounted augmented reality system, using high-resolution cameras arrayed around the tank to provide a 360° virtual reality view of a tank's surroundings to crew members' helmet displays while protected inside.
