Welcome...welcome to all my fellow politicians, my fellow Krowians, Bockians, and the world. I am warm to the heart that you kindly tuned into this state of the Union, that I insisted on having before next years election for my fellow friends....(look around briefly) and some enemies against my administration.
I want to say while my first few months has been exciting, I would be lying to you all if I didn't say there were plenty of rough moments and choices to be made in the betterment of the country and for most importantly, for my people.
(immediate roars of Krowians fill the air)

Thank you all for that. I want to say it was a pleasure serving in the Krowian Military with several of my brethren and associates, with several being elected into office and a select few appointed to their positions.

Now to the meat of the reason I organized this rush state of the Union.
As I assassinated the former leader and Dictator, Cortez, during a prep rally last Summer I vow to make several reforms and new laws to strengthen not only Krowians, but the entire country and those who decided to move to our country.
I reformed the government to give each region independent control and oversight of their own respective regions and citizens. There is no need for any centralized government heavy handing control over the entire population with laws and bills that seem to hinder one region but grow enough. Only a handful of laws and bills will be federally protected such as.
Gun Rights
As a military soldier, I was trained never to leave your gun at home or leave without protection because you never know what that day holds for you. So I signed into effective that all consenting adults, 18 and up, as well as consenting ages, 16 and 17, are required to attend military shooting training and own at least one gun, issued to them by the military while any additional gun they purchase themselves. Additionally, anyone with a history of violence or mental illness will be ask to seek treatment and if there is no improvement, you will not be issue a weapon nor be able to purchase one...anyone caught stealing them a weapon will be sentence both of them to the firing squad and their life erased from Krow-bock. I do not want to be a dictator, but I will employ several means if it means people use common sense and protect not only themselves but their families as well. Further, having all consenting adults trained and able to hold a gun will greatly increase the security of the country should anyone try to invade, because they won't be facing just any military, they will be facing the KROW-BOCKIAN PEOPLE!!

The next topic on hand is Abortion
Abortion
Abortion is protected for cases of violent acts, incest, and life saving situations only. As the Americans have shown in their country, they allow their women to have sex one week only for her to abort the egg in the 6th months. Additionally, the toll it takes on loving boyfriends, fiancés, and husbands who are unaware their girlfriends, fiancées, or wives has secretly aborted the baby is just as high and sometimes lead to violent crimes ruining both lives. This will also help those looking to settle down to pick someone who mutually have several goals and ideals to have that Hallmark and Lifetime Channel family.
The international Guardian
The IG bill open it borders in time of need and crisis such as civil unrest and wars, safe harbors from international criminals, and people running away from slavery and trafficking. Those who have fled to our walls and borders have been welcome with open arms and the countless stories of rural villagers channeling a boat lane with several rowboats holding lit lanterns as refugees made it to our shores. While we champion the weak and voiceless, we have cast out violent offenders or those too unstable for our way of life.
Universal healthcare Act
With this act, Each region are mandated to setup medical treasury and the hardworking citizens will be tax among the usual taxes from their checks. However, this social tax will go into the treasury that is separate from that individual's health insurance and the willing individual can offer to contribute should they want. So when an employee loses their job or their normal insurance cannot cover the rest of the bill, that person can contact that office and receive the remaining amount to ensure they do not fall into bankruptcy due to the medical services
National Release Act
The NRA Act is pretty simple and benefit all involved. All industry companies are to contribute over 20,000 ton of produce to designated emergency warehouses and in the case of the steel industry, over 75 million tons of steel products, where they will be properly protected from the weather and locked away until a time of need. How many times have you heard about the country of Haiti having to rebuild, or the South Pacific dealing with heavy storms, or the various Earthquakes that shake millions of homes and business annually? With this act and purpose, we can donate a specific amount to help those in need while not halting production for domestic markets and in turn help those in need improve their living.
The National Reconstruction Act
Under Dictator Cortez administration, he champion nationalization and owning the big corporations from causing any harm to the country. In the end, he did more harm than good controlling every industry and the living conditions of those working under the government thumb was brutal. However, under the NRA act, I de-naturalized every industry back to the private sector with the exception being the oil, gas, and other power industries as giving them too much freedom will lead to corruption and questionable business practices as seen with various oil spills throughout the world. As such, growth in the company and aboard has skyrocketed and the quality of life for every Krowians has grown gradually from decades before.
The last thing I mention is the various Close Strategic Agreements to keep our nations out of international conflict and wars, the SATA being my second diamond executive order for buffer between ourselves and undesirable nations that we dare not speak their nation or their agenda. Lastly, I have applied for and looking to join several other organizations such as the RTO, WTTO, and KTO to strengthen our bonds with fellow allies and further guard ourselves from any direct conflict within the world.
