A brutal Nuclear War broke out overnight, caused by Le Enclave Reformas, who dropped a nuclear bomb on Kravolec. This led to a other nations eventually firing off nukes at each other, and now the world has been left a nuclear wasteland. One nation managed to use a time machine and go back In time, but this didn’t work for others. Utquiagvik, which used to be a Democratic Nation who supported freedom and safety of citizens, is now a Nuclear Wasteland, with declining democracy, ruled by a madman. The world, now covered in radiation and destruction, may never recover.

Because of this being a limited nuclear exchange and nuclear winter not being real, the Lakan response would be largely similar to their post-Chernobyl reaction- enact some safety measures, disseminate deradifying kits amongst the populace and hold some CRBN drills amongst the general populace. They propose deploying a humanitarian force to assist in evacuation of the affected areas but only in case of the inhabitants of these areas agreeing to cease all military actions and begin the procedure of peace treaty. Furthermore, it is hints towards the “possibility” of humanitarian mission eventually resulting in the colonization of the territories and their “descent” into a Crown colony.

No, I’m just saying that if you take that 20 billion, you lose your sovereignty. If you lose your sovereignty, then you don’t get to decide what to do with the money, Germany decides it.
