I'm planning to put this resolution in the Security Council when i reach 2 endorsements. But i got SO MANY will of condemning this region that i will put this draft TODAY.

Hereby this draft:

The Security Council,

Recognizing the existence of Menta Lee-IL, hereinafter Lee-IL;

Knowing the villainess and the heartlessness inside of the party and the government in generalis

Discovering that Lee-IL, for more than 10 years, opressed their people and forced them to love the country, even if the person was tortured by the orders of Lee-IL;

Shocked by his propaganda, that manipulated billions of minds, including leaders, that put they on the evil footsteps of Lee-IL and Psychotic Dictatorships;

Learning the existence of the Psychotic Dictatorships, the largest totalitarian region on the multiverse;

Honoring the victims of this malevole regime, that don't give a damn to the people, and when the people rebels against it, is killed;

Irritated by the existence of Lee-IL, and because they are involved in military jogability, all because of Lee-IL's friend Bedetopia;

Hoping that, someday this long-lasting regime be overthrown of power and substituted by an democratic one,

Hereby condemns Menta Lee-IL.

He expects everyone to have perfect English, I am 14, taking a GCSE in English, I am from England, and live in ENgland, yes my English isn't perfect, but this man is expecting those younger than him to have perfect English.

I will and have helped anyone who has put the effort into their draft. However, the OP hadn’t bothered to read the rules, so their attempt was full of illegalities.

Furthermore, knowing that English is the language of the SC I would have hoped they would have spent a bit more time making their draft comprehensible.

The Security Council couldn't do what you suggest in the penultimate clause, though wishing for an overthrow is different than demanding it, I guess.

But Menta Lee-Il is basically already condemned by SC#305. They haven't done nearly enough heinous things outside of that resolution to warrant the badge. (Especially since you'd actually probably be looking to condemn Lancaster of Wessex to cover the full gamut of what that player has done.)
