REALISING that space explorers risk their lives for the sake of scientific advancement;
Hereby defines:
"Space explorers" as any human, animal, or robot launched into space for the sake of discovery.
"Space" as the area outside of the Earth's atmosphere.
Hereby requires that:
- 1. No member nations may fire weaponry at rockets, capsules, or payloads heading towards space.
2. No missions may be sabotaged, by any means, including
- a. Draining fuel tanks prelaunch,
b. Assassinating members of the crew,
c. Ransacking cockpits for stashes of food or oxygen,
d. Causing any damage to vital components of a nation's space travel.
