The Ocean Defence Pact is an alliance dedicated for military defense of its member states. It is a collective group of nations for prosperity and peace.

Requirement: Preferably not be a full member of any military/political organization, although this is done on a case to case basis. This is an issue about dedication as well as the ability to participate in fully fledged RPs. Being a full member of another organisation means you also have other obligations, possibly contrary. This would create a conflict of interest, and some things would be unable to be done. Putting other obligations of other alliances ahead of ours is in direct contrast to our constitution. If you cannot adhere to this suggestion, consider your nation to be removed from consideration. Also, certain alliances cannot work within our values, so a blacklist has been drawn up.

Reasons for joining?: Bakivaland expresses the desire to join the Ocean Defense Pact to help defend smaller countries, be protected in case of invasion, and to further their influence around the globe. They also wish to join to further their alliance with Marajarbia, as well as develop friendly relationships and alliances with other countries. They also wish to sell petrol and metal to other countries. Their overseas territories are in desperate need of defense, as their militaries aren't very strong at the moment, and Bakivaland expresses concern of invasion of the colonies, and thus they wish to join the pact to protect their colonies as well.

Currently, Bakivaland also expresses the desire to have a seat at the Executive Council of the pact, as they believe that they can better the world if they do. The Bakivish-created committee, known as the "International Foreign Aid Committee", which they host every year, would like to merge into the alliance. The committee was created for the peace and betterment of the international community, sending humanitarian and military aid to countries in need.
