In the ruling, the judge, a man from the neutral nation known as Wallowis, a very important member in what was the ULIBOR and what is now the modern day CTAO, ruled that the Countesian Government is guilty of inaction, and that the former head of intelligence of Countesia has to serve an unspecified amount of time in a prison within Cylis, and that Countesia must pay a grand sum of one million NSD to the late diplomat's family. The Marajarbian Government has officially announced its intentions to resume focus on projects such as the GUAS, and is seeking new founders to help develop these plans into a powerful alliance even more successful than the GCN. Unlike the original plans for the Global Union of Allied States, the restart will more than likely be on even more fairly negotiated terms, with more trustworthy nations involved in such projects.

It is expected that the new constitution for the GUAS will make matters involving the focus on trade route expansion and protection, military affairs such as mutual defense, and how the alliance will ultimately be formed.

The CTAO has been invited primarily due to its founding nation, Wallowis, being a neutrally aligned nation which helped Marajarbia deal with the Countesians regarding the assassination of the Marajarbian Diplomat on foreign soil.

If Wallowis accepts, then the GUAS will hand over any and all war criminals it encounters after its creation period for processing. Should there be negotiations, it is also possible that on very fair terms agreed upon by the present parties, the CTAO could also go as far as to join the GUAS as Alliance 17, and CTAO would become the official GUAS Courts, which would extremely improve the ongoing legal situations which the world is in today.

General Mwebu Kangu was the Leader of the Congolese Military. Congo has a tough history with Military due to many coups and counter-coups. But Congo was able to be in peace of one man, Mwebu Kangu. People almost worshipped him, but he, was just starting his new plan. Due to him being a Peaceful General, he was able to become friends with the President of Congo, Felix Tshikesi. He had immense influence over the old man. Mwebu Kangu was friends with him and acted like he agreed, but he used to be one of the biggest Anti-Communist protesters in the country before joining the Military. He didn't agree with any of the words Felix Tshikesi said. Mwebu was slowly gaining influence over the politics of the country. At November 2 night, his brain struck with the best idea he could think of. This was the right time to end Felix's reign, it was over, the public hated Felix more than anyone. Felix was rumored to leave for Lisamia on 4th of Instant. So, he didn't waste anymore time and left.

At exactly, 11:55, he would reach the Palace. He would burst in the room with his gun and put the President on gunpoint.

“You cannot do this, friend. I thought we were friends, why are you doing this Kang. What do you want? Just leave me. You agreed with whatever I said. What is the problem? I'm sure I can fix it.”

Breaking News: Military Coup by General Mwebu Kangu; Monarchy Proclaimed.

Felix Tshikesi, the communist dictator, has been murdered just two days ago by Mwebu Kangu, the People's Republic of Congo's then-general. Felix Tshikesi may very well have struggled for Congo's independence, but after becoming entangled in a corruption investigation and emerging triumphant, he lost all respectability. More than anyone else, he was disliked by the masses. But nobody contemplated plotting a coup. Mwebu Kangu was the only individual who gave it some thought. He had been preparing for a coup for around 15 years. He garnered respect as he gradually solidified his authority among the Congolese people and politicians. After all these years of labor, he finally succeeded in starting the coup and carrying it out. He first proclaimed a republic, which drew harsh criticism and numerous questions about the nature of democracy in the Congo. But he formally proclaimed himself the King of the Kingdom of Congo this morning. He stated in a speech,

Hello to Anyone and everyone. My inauguration as king of the Congo, our motherland, occurred today. This decision, in my judgment, was the appropriate one and would bring prosperity to the Congo. Nevertheless, I and my government can assure you that the humanitarian and democratic conditions will remain the same, if not greater. There will now be questions about democracy and how the state will operate. With a parliament, this kingdom will function as a constitutional monarchy, which eliminates authoritarianism by preventing the concentration of power in the hands of a single individual. Because of its history, the Congolese Communist Party will be abolished. Nonetheless, new communist parties can only be created if the individual involved has never before belonged to the CCP (Congolese Communist Party). They'll be kept out of politics. Mitheldalond wishes to affirm our full support for any nation opposing, by any means, the atrocities committed against the people of China and Nanking. We echo their demands that those responsible be brought to swift and severe justice, and shall do all in our power ensure this is done. 6. Potential denial of entry to Mitheldalondian waters and airspace of all civilian vessels and aircraft registered in such nations

In this instance, Mitheldalond has chosen to implement item 6 of the above list. Mitheldalondian waters and airspace are now closed to all ships and aircraft from the two nations in question or operating under KTO charter. It should be noted that this will require transoceanic flights and voyages to cover a distance of nearly 8200 nmi (over 15,000 km) with no ability to land, refuel, or put into port. This is beyond the range of even the largest airliners.

Nations holding membership in the KTO will not be subjected to these penalties unless they are acting in the name of the KTO or as part of any KTO operation, or are themselves on the Blacklist.

Mitheldalond would also like to offer our military and economic support to Greater Malaysia, Sombreland, New Georgia, Europe a Nation, and any other nation opposing the Nanking Atrocities if they find themselves facing reprisals from either of the guilty nations or the KTO for their actions.

The Countesian-Marajarbian diplomatic crisis has seemed to take yet another drastic turn as it was announced this afternoon that Alex Bledel, the former head of the Countesian Federal Intelligence, has been granted a full pardon for his crimes of gross negligence. It was also further announced that he would be returning to the CFI as consultant.

This comes days after the CTAO trial in Wallowis came to an abrupt end as Alex Bledel, accompanied by his lawyer, Paul Rightman, stormed out of the courtroom after the latter declared the entire trial null and void on the grounds that Wallowis repeatedly swung the trial in favour of the Marajarbians even after being showed leaked footage from the conference. Despite this, Alex Bledel and Paul Rightman somehow managed to avoid arrest and subsequently made it back to Countesian soil unharmed where Mr. Bledel was taken back into custody.

After the safe return of its two citizens, The Countesian Government would go on to back up Rightmans claims and officially declare the entire event a mistrial due to Wallowis breaking neutrality many times to favour the Marajarbians. Despite being an ultimatum to accept the CTAO ruling or face an embargo from CTAO, Countesia still refused to acknowledge the trial as legitimate and has officially declared that the Marajarbian government, and the family of the deceased representative killed in Aursi, are entitled to nothing.

According to sources from within CTAO, the vote of an embargo has failed to even rouse the attention of the organisations own member states. To add to their woes, Armenia, Countesias fellow KTO ally, withdrew from the organisation altogether. In response to this, Wallowis has now put legislation up to vote in an attempt to create the position of chairman to allow himself to force the embargo against Countesia into power.

In response to the questions being put forward as to their decision to reinstate a man they had arrested for incompetence, Prime Minister James Emmanuel would go on to say

"Despite Mr Bledels lack of success at containing the P.E.U, he was correct in his decision to consider the Marajarbians to be a bigger threat. Even more so with the benefit of hindsight, knowing that their own government refuses to admit that one of their diplomats had been supplanted by an incredibly dangerous creature without their knowledge. We do not condone the conspiracy theories being parroted by internet trolls such as Mr. Joe James that Marajarbians are reptilian clones of their Emperor, but we cannot risk such a tragedy befalling our own officials. Therefore, as an expert on the Marajarbians and their government, Mr. Bledel will be helping the CFI investigate the possibility that global affairs are being manipulated by powers hiding under our noses to their own benefit."

The Marajarbian people and government have condemned the moves made, calling the Countesians "Murderers who hide behind "untouchable" warmongers for protection against international law, order, and justice".

However, Marajarbia won't pursue any further action, considering how the trial was done by CTAO authorities and neutrally aligned nations such as Wallowis, and unless it is called upon, not one Marajarbian ship will join any attempt made by the CTAO at any embargo unless something truly despicable and destructive happens on the part of the Countesians, the clear aggressors who only want to cause more harm than good, a truly far cry from the days of old, when Countesia worked alongside Spaincio, Hopal, Corrington, and the other ICDN member states in peace and cooperation through diplomatic means.

The Marajarbian Government has started its own economic campaign regarding the ongoing diplomatic conflict between the nations of Countesia and the Marajarbian Federation, with the first steps taken being sanctions on Countesia and on a variety of Countesian Government officials, and escorts of Countesian ships throughout any form of Marajarbia’s territory.

Some have called this revenge for the Janpian-led attacks made on Marajarbian Shipping Networks, others have referred to this move as the start of Marajarbia’s revenge against those who deem it a hostile threat, but it is clear to all Marajarbians everywhere that the Countesians bring more trouble than it is worth.

Government of Imperia Opens the Imperium World Trade Center

Today, It was announced by the Imperial Government of Imperia that the Imperium World Trade Center was "ready for business" with the IWTC Complex's Grand Opening Ceremony. The Imperium World Trade Center will help increase interaction with other nations economically and help to facilitate International Trade making Imperia a large trade hub. This is also expected to help Imperium Exports as other nations will now be bale to conduct business in Imperium Markets and vice versa making trade easier between nations. The Imperial Government has partnered with many of Imperia's Largest Businesses and Corporations and many have already set up shop in the IWTC Complex, with the Imperium Export and Marketplace joint venture, many tech companies, the Imperial Shipping Company, and Subsidiaries of the Imperium-Based conglomerate, Olympic Corporations setting up their storefronts at the Imperium World Trade Center. The Imperium's Largest Trading Partner, The Republic of Krow-Bock having set up a "Mini-Listing" of their products from the Dar-Arc International Storefront at the Imperium World Trade Center.
The Office of the Imperial President has released an Official Statement, stating,

"This (The Imperium World Trade Center) will help to form and strengthen economic relations with other nations and to promote free trade and ease trade restrictions, allowing economic prosperity for both the Imperium and its partners."

The Imperial Department of Finance also released an Official Statement:

"The Imperium World Trade Center will be a key part of establishing and strengthening Imperia's economic relations with other nations and also contribute to Imperia being a net-exporter, easing trade restrictions and will also make Imperia a facilitator of International Trade.

The Imperial Government has released no other statement regarding this as of now but another economic development is currently happening in the Black Sea region where a Free Trade Agreement between Uralia, Armenia, and Imperia has been proposed. But right now the Imperium World Trade Center is going through its beginning development phase as more Corporations announce their storefronts and as more International Businesses are invited to "set up shop" in the Imperium World Trade Center.

The Countesian-Marajarbian diplomatic crisis has seemed to take yet another drastic turn as it was announced this afternoon that Alex Bledel, the former head of the Countesian Federal Intelligence, has been granted a full pardon for his crimes of gross negligence. It was also further announced that he would be returning to the CFI as consultant.

This comes days after the CTAO trial in Wallowis came to an abrupt end as Alex Bledel, accompanied by his lawyer, Paul Rightman, stormed out of the courtroom after the latter declared the entire trial null and void on the grounds that Wallowis repeatedly swung the trial in favour of the Marajarbians even after being showed leaked footage from the conference. Despite this, Alex Bledel and Paul Rightman somehow managed to avoid arrest and subsequently made it back to Countesian soil unharmed where Mr. Bledel was taken back into custody.

After the safe return of its two citizens, The Countesian Government would go on to back up Rightmans claims and officially declare the entire event a mistrial due to Wallowis breaking neutrality many times to favour the Marajarbians. Despite being an ultimatum to accept the CTAO ruling or face an embargo from CTAO, Countesia still refused to acknowledge the trial as legitimate and has officially declared that the Marajarbian government, and the family of the deceased representative killed in Aursi, are entitled to nothing.

According to sources from within CTAO, the vote of an embargo has failed to even rouse the attention of the organisations own member states. To add to their woes, Armenia, Countesias fellow KTO ally, withdrew from the organisation altogether. In response to this, Wallowis has now put legislation up to vote in an attempt to create the position of chairman to allow himself to force the embargo against Countesia into power.

In response to the questions being put forward as to their decision to reinstate a man they had arrested for incompetence, Prime Minister James Emmanuel would go on to say

"Despite Mr Bledels lack of success at containing the P.E.U, he was correct in his decision to consider the Marajarbians to be a bigger threat. Even more so with the benefit of hindsight, knowing that their own government refuses to admit that one of their diplomats had been supplanted by an incredibly dangerous creature without their knowledge. We do not condone the conspiracy theories being parroted by internet trolls such as Mr. Joe James that Marajarbians are reptilian clones of their Emperor, but we cannot risk such a tragedy befalling our own officials. Therefore, as an expert on the Marajarbians and their government, Mr. Bledel will be helping the CFI investigate the possibility that global affairs are being manipulated by powers hiding under our noses to their own benefit."

The Marajarbian people and government have condemned the moves made, calling the Countesians "Murderers who hide behind "untouchable" warmongers for protection against international law, order, and justice".

However, Marajarbia won't pursue any further action, considering how the trial was done by CTAO authorities and neutrally aligned nations such as Wallowis, and unless it is called upon, not one Marajarbian ship will join any attempt made by the CTAO at any embargo unless something truly despicable and destructive happens on the part of the Countesians, the clear aggressors who only want to cause more harm than good, a truly far cry from the days of old, when Countesia worked alongside Spaincio, Hopal, Corrington, and the other ICDN member states in peace and cooperation through diplomatic means.

Congo was plagued with Civil conflicts since its medieval History, but she always fought back. But often, it was unorganized and became heavily affected by problems, and these problems led to a cycle of conflicts. In this cycle of conflict, Felix Tshikesi, the Communist dictator was able to stay in position for a long time but he couldn't avoid the wrath of this cycle. General Mwebu Kangu led a Military coup and proclaimed himself as the King of the Kingdom of Congo. He was advised by many advisors not to do anything outside of the usual cycle because in their opinions, that would lead to a more painful death. But Mwebu Kangu didn't listen and wrote an Act. An act that would transform Congo into a Global Power. A plan which has worked with many nations and is destined to work with many nations to come. He introduced the Friendship Plan.

Friendship Plan How long will Janpia suffer from a Menace like this? Felix Tshikesi ruined the economy like no one else. He absolutely destroyed the economy. People of Congo are now suffering from his foolishness. He was an educated person but showed no example of that, he didn't come up with any plan, he just went with his gut while making important decisions that affected the daily lives of the Citizens in Congo. Yesterday Morning, Congo officially announced its new flag and coat of arms. A government official said, “This flag represents everything a flag needs to represent a country.”

The flag mainly represents the Kinshasa Region of Congo. The Constitution requires the Flag to represent both the Kinshasa and the Brazaville region ever since the Merger between the People's Republic of Congo and Congo-Kinshasa. The new coat of arms also features the new Motto which was changed from Workers of Congo, Rise! to Justice, Travail, Prévaloir (English:Justice, Work, Prevail) The new flag and the coat of arms has been greatly welcomed by the people. The flag was hoisted on top of the tallest building in Congo, People's Palace today in the morning in front of national leaders such as Prime Minister Damaji Kashima and His Majesty, King Mwebu I.
